DETAILS: Barefoot Blue (formally Villa Cayman) is a beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home boasting 4 bedrooms, a double bunk room, and 1 sleeper sofa with room for 14 people. It's perfectly situated between Inlet and Rosemary Beach, just a short walk from upscale boutiques and restaurants. The private courtyard features a pool and grill area. Simply put, the name "Barefoot Blue" says a lot!

Guests will enjoy the well-equipped chef's kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, designer quartz countertops, ample storage space, plenty of small appliances for the chef, and a coffee machine and complimentary ground coffee for brewing single pods or large carafe. The nearby counter height island-dining table seats 6. Neutral soothing tones, blue accents, artwork, and plush furnishings create a tranquil ambiance in the living room, which seats 6. Additional seating on the patio allows for a wonderful vacation.

On the second floor, you will find 2 guest rooms featuring a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo in one and an oversized walk-in shower in the other. The bunk room has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds offering a cozy getaway with its own TV.
The third floor has a primary king suite, both offering a shower and separate soaking tub. Each floor offers a large balcony that can be accessed from all bedrooms and provides seating and privacy with beautiful views of the pool and trees.

The outdoor oasis boasts a sparkling, private pool with a sunning bay surrounded by chaise lounge chairs and an outdoor dining set. There is plenty of seating for the entire party of 12. Take a 5-minute walk to the sugar-white sand beach and sparkling emerald waters just minutes by foot, or to the local shops and dining in the center of Rosemary Beach. 6 adult beach cruiser bikes provide a great way to see the sights in our wonderful 30A coastal towns. We enjoyed our our stay at Barefoot Blue! The layout of the home was great for our group. The carpet needs some updating but the decor is beautiful. We also rented the carriage house and it was so cute - just the amount of extra space we needed!

We had a wonderful stay here with family! It is a short walk to inlet beach and about a 10 min walk to the restaurants and shops in Rosemary beach. We had an issue with the oven and microwave not working and we had to wait a half day for maintenance to come fix it. We weren’t able to figure out how to use the outdoor fans outside and maintenance was unable to help with that. Other than that, our stay was great.

Family vacation in Rosemary Beach

Our family of nine, 7 adults and two children, enjoyed our stay in Rosemary Beach at Barefoot Blue. The main house and carriage house accommodated us all nicely. The location was amazing, a five minute walk to the beach and town of Rosemary Beach.

Beautiful house with great location

We could not have asked for a better rental. It was very clean, located in a perfect location to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using this property again for future visits.

Great house but very small living area

Great house but living area very small. Not a great place for everyone to hang .. also bunk room not really a room more like a closet. Other wise everything was great. Location is amazing

Young beach stay

Although Rosemary Beach is incredible and this property is in a very convenient location, we were VERY dissatisfied with several things. I communicated with the property management team daily and there was never any resolve and just a “we’re sorry for the inconvenience.” I’ve summarized the various issues below: -we were informed within 30 days of arrival that the pool could not be heated (although it was advertised as being able to be heated). As a result, we were not able to enjoy the pool as it was quite cold and not enjoyable -the property is advertised as having plenty of beach equipment (chairs and umbrellas), however we were told the day before that there were in fact none. As such we had to spend an additional $200 to rent these items -the property also said it has 5 bikes, however we didn’t receive the bikes until late in the afternoon of our last full day. As such we ended up having to walk everywhere the entire time -carriage house (5th bedroom) - they didn’t grant us access to the carriage house until late Friday afternoon, so we were short a bedroom the first night. No apologies or anything for that -cleanliness - there were cigarette butts left by the pool (we don’t smoke), empty bottles and trash all around the property, as well as dirty linens left dumped on top of the dryer

November 2021 Stay

Door codes didn’t work at check in but sorted out quickly by 360 Blue and we got our weekend started. Villa & carriage house are decorated beautifully. Bridal party stayed together and had a great time.

Property is great. Management company not so much

First off, the house and the location are great. House is in a great spot, convenient to everything. Plenty of room, bedrooms are great, kitchen is great. The outside porches and patios are perfect, and the pool, while small, is great for kids and rainy beach days. The management company, on the other hand, left something to be desired. They give the appearance of being organized (there is even an app) and full service (via their concierge employees). But in our case they weren’t. I’ll try to be brief: We showed up at our rental right on time. Exterior of the Property was a disaster. Trash on the ground everywhere. Outdoor furniture all out of place. Boxes from previous renters on the ground. Gloves from the cleaning crew on the tables. Pool was a disgusting dirty mess. Leaves and grass everywhere. The golf cart we rented through the management company was nowhere in sight. We fixed all the patio furniture. A call to the management company got the trash picked up a couple hours later. The pool and the golf cart wound up taking a day or two. They knew the pool was trashed prior to arrival, as the breaker for all the equipment was off. But they kept blaming it on the pool vendor not showing up. They had NO info about our golf cart, kept telling me to call my vendor. Despite the fact that i had rented through them. Pool was fixed 36 hours after our arrival. Cart was located 36 after our arrival. Company continually blamed vendors. Despite the fact that THEY were MY vendor. No credit or offer to make things right was ever offered. So…house good. Management company…meh.

Love Rosemary Beach!

The house was lovely...the pictures on website don’t do it justice...it’s been fully redecorated...very tasteful. The living area has 2 sofas and 2 lounge chairs. The only negative would be getting used to the pool alarm when opening door...would have been nice not to have to type in code every time door was opened. The pool is great, but doesn’t get a-lot of sun, so opt to heat it while you’re there. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants! The bikes were a nice touch too...used them everyday. We would highly recommend this house.
