Family Time

We enjoyed our stay at Vitamin Sea. We loved the location. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year.

Amazing Stay

Vitamin Sea is a beautiful home. We had the most wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and the management company couldn’t of done more to make our stay wonderful( Emily was amazing) We will be coming back thank you so much.

New Years stay

Great location. Close to 30A, the beach, and Panama City beach. The house is beautiful and each room is nicely decorated. Loved the balconies fir each room (except the bunk room). We paid to have the pool heated but it was only lukewarm. That was disappointing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!

Awesome vacation at Vitamin Sea house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just had our annual girls trip and stayed at Vitamin Sea. The home is so beautiful and had everything we needed. The elevator was helpful getting our luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Loved the game room on the 1st floor! We walked to the beach every day as it was just a very short walk. I would highly recommend this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for our group size. It had everything we needed for two families of four and grandma and grandpa. The location was perfect with a semi private beach down the block, that we were easily able to walk to. We also didn’t worry about the time we went to the beach because we knew, we always had a spot close by the entrance and a beach set waiting for us at no extra charge. Having all master rooms and the location made our stay superb. We can’t hardly wait go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic House. We vacationed for a week and loved the location and pool. House is very clean and has plenty of space for your family. House has new tv's and a wolf gas stove for cooking. Also has a pool table and sea kayak in the garage (with A/C). There is a nice gas grill for cooking out. Only a short 4 minute flat walk to beach. Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: Repairs needed - WiFi is awful-had better service at the beach- need to boost coverage area and speed / AC went out 3 times - all repaired quickly / dishwasher was not operational on top unit/ several power outlets did not work / microwave display did not work / doors going to pool and balcony on pool side have issues / hot tub wasn't working- addressed quickly / cable TV is difficult to use and channels very limited. All major issues were addressed quickly but should be repaired for the next stay.

Extended family spring break

We stayed with my young family of five, my brothers, young family, my parents and grandparents. The neighborhood was nice and a short walk to the beach. However, it is a drive to Rosemary Beach, Seaside downtown areas. The pool heater broke for two days and it was very cold, so we weren’t able to swim until they fixed it. Also, the elevator was broke more than half of our stay, and, multiple people kept coming out and no one really knew what was wrong until the last day we were there. This was inconvenient because my grandmother is disabled and was basically stuck upstairs. Otherwise it was a beautiful property with great space and very clean with comfortable beds & smart tvs in each room. My 5 & 7 year old sons loved the bunk room :)

Great location and comfortable property. Needs some TLC.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spend a wonderful week at Vitamin Sea. The location is great as it is very close to the beach. The beach was not crowded which made us feel safe and truly enjoy our experience. The property is very comfortable with ample space and an elevator. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and it was Greg to abbr a beach cart and plenty of beach chairs as well. The pool area is quite small but the kids enjoyed it in the days that it wasn’t too cold outside. We did have a couple of rainy and cold days in which the pool temperature could’ve been a bit warmer in order for us to be able to enjoy it. As pool heating is a service we pay for it should be our decision what temperature we would like it to be (we were told it was capped at 90F which is not warm enough on cold days). The property was very clean and the furniture is overall in a nice condition. However there are some areas that need better maintenance. The dishwasher was not emptying the water properly and although a technician was sent to fix it the problem was not solved. Also we sometimes had to run it twice in order for the dishes to come out clean. The clothes washer also need some maintenance. It smells quite musty and has mold around the door seal. The detergent dispenser I drawer is stuck and sometimes it leaks water. The door in one of the bathrooms showers also leaked water every time we used it. It’s a matter of checking all seals and making sure they are working. It would also be great if there were more hooks or bars for towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen is mostly well equipped but although there are plenty of cups and wine glasses there are not enough plates (we were 9 people staying and usually needed to wash plates after one meal in order to have enough). There are plenty of knives but not enough forks. It may be a matter of organizing things better in the kitchen as there are actually two kitchens. Management company was very responsive and they did make sure we
