PLANNING YOUR STAY
- Peak Season Stays: To ensure a premium experience, we feature Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals during the peak summer season (May 21st – Sept 8th).
- Pool Season: The pool is open and heated to 86°F from late May through October 15th (weather permitting).
- Check-in: The primary guest must be 30+ years of age (ID required).
- The Essentials: We provide a high-quality "Starter Kit" (2 rolls of TP per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 trash bags, and hand soap). For large groups staying a full week, we recommend planning for additional laundry/dishwasher soap and paper goods.
- Community Harmony: Grand Beach is a peaceful residential enclave. We maintain a strict No Pets and No Smoking policy. Out of respect for our year-round neighbors, large parties or events are not permitted.

We had a great stay in Grand Beach! House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of space for kids and families to play, have fun, and enjoy meals together at the big dining table! When we had a question, the host responded right away. We were able to enjoy an outdoor bonfire in the fall weather and then the next day we enjoyed a gorgeous snow storm cozied up inside. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a great weekend!

Grand Beach Family Reunion

The house was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. The location was close to local amenities. Although close to the railroad the noise was minimal. The architecture was very nice and the outdoor space was great. The house could use some wall cleaning, better lighting and refreshed shower liners. Overall a comfortable house.

Great stay in Grand Beach

The property was super- we loved the outdoor space- pool, hot tub, seating, outdoor kitchen, and shade trees. The neighborhood was quiet and location convenient. We especially appreciated the many en-suite bathrooms/bedrooms. Suggest replacing/updating the furniture on the porch and in the living room. Check-in process easy and communication with property manager timely, cordial, and helpful! Enjoyed our stay!

Nearby getaway

The pool, hot tub and general outdoor area were wonderful. Heated pool was very comfortable. Lounges, table, umbrella and chairs were better than expected. Used outdoor grill - easy to use. Lot of beach towels were available.

Great location and amenities for two families

We enjoyed our week visit. Two families with kids ages 4-7. Bonus that there were plenty of beach towels and also some games, puzzles, and books. The outdoor area is great and worked well. The kitchen was well stocked from dishes, to classes, to pots and pans. We didn't end up using the fire table or fire pit, so cannot comment on those.

Beautiful home and location. Not as clean as we would have expected, but nothing terrible, things like toothpaste on one of the bathroom mirrors, floors looked un-mopped. Buds were clean. Very spacious, hot tub is very nice, as well as the master bathroom. Loved the dual oven/gas stove.

Great for families

We enjoyed this large, comfortable home, especially the outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill). There are large dining tables inside and outdoors so the family could all eat together. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking and dining utensils. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very nice for privacy. The area is quiet and wooded and we even had a deer visit one morning. It's a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Note that you must bring bathroom items (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer).

Great getaway from the city

This is an outstanding property and very easy to get to from Chicago. Although we weren't able to use much of the outdoor space due to weather, it has a perfect set up for outdoor fun - pool, bar/grill area, outdoor furniture with fire table, hot tub, beautiful fire pit area, screened-in porch... the works! The owners stock this house with everything you might need for staying in and cooking your own meals - particularly helpful at this time. The beds are comfortable, the basement was great for games and movies, strong internet/wifi, and there is plenty of room to spread out. Short walk to the water, park, golf and tennis courts. Grand Beach is such a wonderful little "village" to visit. We had an excellent stay and look forward to coming back. Thank you!!

Perfect place for a relaxing week with family!

Grand Beach Golf and More was our home away from home for a week. Our family group of 10 spans 3 generations. The house is beautiful - with plenty of space for all of us. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the large patio and pool every day. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked dinner together every night, often using the outdoor kitchen as well. Ron, the property manager, was extremely responsive. At one point I was looking for a vacuum cleaner just to do some tidying up and could not find a charger for it. Ron contacted the owner, who ordered a new one and had it delivered during our stay! Also, the pool maintenance man had to do some repairs while we were there and was incredibly gracious and diligent. We barely saw him and we never lost a minute of pool time. We spent a lot of our time walking and biking in Grand Beach (which has some great hilly roads and beautiful old and new homes)- and ventured to New Buffalo multiple times (Issa Vibe is a wonderful coffee shop)- and Michigan City once. Hiking in Indiana Dunes National Park was a treat. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great house to relax by the pool

The house was spacious and comfortable. The screened in porch overlooking the pool was a great place to hang out and relax. Both the adults and kids spent much time in the pool and hot tub, and just chilling outside by the pool. We also cooked out on the outside grill most nights.

We loved this house!

We had about 15 people staying with us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very convenient. The hot tub, the grill area, the fire pit all made for wonderful memories and laughs. We'd love to rent again when the pool is open.
