The unit is perfect for access to the beach with wonderful views of the beach from the private balcony. Truly a great spot for beach lovers. The bike trail is right in front of the location, too.

Thanks for a wonderful stay! This property was actually cleaner and better looking in person than in the pictures! Very clean, inside and out, gracious hosts who communicated frequently and clearly. Excellent location, near shopping and excellent dining. Definitely recommended!

Great stay for our family of four! The balcony view was stunning, the condo was clean and comfortable, and parking was easy. We especially loved the private beach—it was much less crowded than many of the other beaches along 30A which we really liked. Also, the lounger on the patio was perfection and now I want one :-) We would definitely return!

Excellent Condo - Great Location

We are return visitors and had just as good a time as we always do. The communication from the hosts is outstanding and the property is clean. The location on the beach is perfect and everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped for.

Oceanfront with a View!

Right on the beach! And what a View! Spent each morning on the balcony eating breakfast and watching the dolphins swim by! Great location!

Perfect Beach Vacation!!

The property was in the best location!! We loved the easy access to the expansive, beautiful white beach. The condo was very well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners were timely with all communication and very informative!!

Relaxing beach view

Well-appointed condo with a spectacular view. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners shared lots of info and recommendations that helped us as we explored the area. Highly recommend.

Fabulous view

We had a great stay! Perfect view! We enjoyed the covered porch and sunbed despite rain and wind. Condo was well stocked and clean. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Great info provided on local businesses, restaurants and things to do!

Lovely spot for anniversary getaway!

We enjoyed this condo very much! The communication with the host was excellent. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient. The recommended beach service was great! We love 30A and will definitely check here first for our next vacation there.
