Point Pleasant Beach home, clean and modern. Close proximity to beach(.9 miles),restaurants, boardwalk and inlet. Great rental for families with children. 4 beach badges included! Comfortably sleeps 8 people, 3 bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the living room. Sun room with couches, tv and dining table.Brand new kitchen that is fully equipped and has new appliances. Private fenced yard with an outdoor grill, propane fire pit and patio furniture. There is ample parking in the driveway and two street parking passes are available upon request(only can be used for parking in front of the house not near the beach) TV's are located in every bedroom. The living room has a gas fireplace. Living room and sunroom have Smart TV's Utilities included, no pets allowed(Sorry NO exceptions). All bed linens and towels are included. Professional cleaning service used to disinfect in between guests.

We had a great time and a great stay. The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is right next to a playground which was great for our son and close to town and the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. This house is comfortable and roomy. It was close enough to all the restaurants, shopping districts and beach/boardwalk, but on a quiet street so our nights were pleasant. It was perfect for family. We walked the track across the street in the mornings and even flew a kite. Also, Point Pleasant is by far my favorite boardwalk and beach. It has some for everyone if your vacationing multi-generational as we were. Thanks to the hostess, Carolyn, she was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had.

Home away from home

This property was beautiful, clean and spacious providing all the comforts of home while away. The kitchen was amazing and large enough to prepare meals for the family. It was also so great to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. A huge bonus was the comfortable beds which we’ve never had at a beach house before. The owner also provided so many great recommendations of places to eat and go which was greatly appreciated! All of the recommendations were spot on. In general the house was just really great. The perfect home away from home with a kind, responsive host. Can’t wait to stay again 🙂

Excellent property and location

Carolyn’s Point Pleasant beach house was great. The location was perfect (short distance to the beach, restaurants, and boardwalk) and everything was extremely clean. She responded to all inquiries immediately and was helpful during the cooking and checkin process. The booklet left in the house was also helpful, as it answered all of our questions and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The pictures were as advertised and we especially enjoyed the sunroom area as a hangout spot with the fresh air and fans. The house was also nicely equipped with more than enough kitchen and beach items. I highly reccomend this stay.

Wonderful home that's nice and quiet but very close to the action!

The home was gorgeous, all the amenities were wonderful, and the proximity to an awesome school playground was the cherry on top! I'd book again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Property

Really well stocked home perfect for a relaxing stay at the shore. They have the perfect amount of beach and kitchen gear in the home without it being too much. Well remodeled bathrooms. Great wifi and good communication with the property owner. The location is good - its walkable to the beach if you’re game for a 20 min stroll. Otherwise its a very easy drive.

Great PBB House

My group really enjoyed our stay! The house is a short walk to the beach and very close to a playground, which my 2 kids frequently used. I recommend this property and would stay again.

Great time in Point Pleasant

This house suited our needs well. The host is extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had. The house is not totally childproof, but was OK. The playground down the street was awesome and was utilized many days. The beach is a long walk, further than we could manage. The Allaire community farm was a pleasant change from the beach for families with kids. All in all, we had a great time.

Great place

The house was as advertised. Less than a mile from the beach. It contained all the appliances needed to make the stay enjoyable. When I asked the owner where I could purchase the ny Sunday times (since I’m addicted to the puzzle) she brought it to me. A real nice touch.

Great Point Beach Rental

We are local and needed additional space for family to stay while visiting. The house was perfect for this. Carolyn the host was super responsive. Check in and out was a breeze. The house was immaculately clean. Super cute decor! Loved that linens and beach badges were provided. Would rent again!

Long weekend summer kickoff

My family had a great stay! This house was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed barbecuing, prepping our apps at the kitchen island, and eating dinner outside at the table. It was easy to get to all the beaches by car, stroll around the neighborhood, enjoy seafood at Spikes. It was also nice to be able to checkin easily and early. It was a great way to kick off the summer.

Loved it! Just as advertised!

The property is modern, clean, and feels like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The house is located just a short walk away from the boardwalk and the beach. The property provided everything we needed to have a great vacation. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We highly recommend the property!!

Great Stay

This was a beautiful seashore house to stay for family vacation! Like new and so clean. Everything you could want and need was there for your use and enjoyment. Loved the back yard and sunroom! Nice beach house

Less than a mile from the beach. The owner provided us with street parking passes and beach passes which made things super convenient. She also provided beach chairs and umbrellas.. The property was newly renovated and the accommodations were comfy. There’s a nearby school playground less than two minutes away and our boys were over there everyday.
