Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

6 Indigo Lane is a renovated cozy beach home in a friendly neighborhood in the desirable Lawton Woods section of Sea Pines. A short walk or bike ride to the beach, Sea Pines Forest Preserve, and Lawton Stables. High-speed internet is available to accommodate remote working and video streaming, truly making this your home away from home!

This charming home features a very open floor plan that allows an easy flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is very tastefully decorated and features plenty of comfortable seating around the flatscreen TV, as well as a desk that provides plenty of space for working from home. This room features direct access to the patio through the large glass sliding doors, where you will love spending your mornings, days, and evenings! There is an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and firepit, all surrounded by lush nature to offer privacy while you enjoy your time outside. The perfect place to sip your morning coffee or have a cocktail under the stars!

The kitchen is completely remodeled and makes for a chef's dream! With brand new stone countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances, guests can enjoy a truly top-notch cooking experience made easy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need and offers plenty of space for multiple people to cook simultaneously without feeling crowded. There is window seating at the bar, along with additional seating for six at the dining table.

The master bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed along with a flat-screen TV and private patio access, surrounded by lush greenery. Through the gorgeous sliding barn door, you will find the completely remodeled master bathroom, which features a double vanity along with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Across the hall, you will find the second bedroom, which features two full-sized beds along with a flatscreen TV and plenty of closet storage space. This room has access to a full bathroom that sits right outside the door and features a single vanity and shower or tub.

This home is a 5-minute bike ride to the beach and a 10-minute bike ride to Harbour Town, where you can enjoy an array of shopping, dining, and entertainment. You are within walking distance of the Sea Pines Forest Preserve and Lawton Stables. This completely renovated home offers the best accommodations and location to truly make it the perfect place for your next Hilton Head vacation!

Guests can enjoy access to the South Beach community pool by purchasing passes directly through the Access Granted system. The property is already registered, just visit and select “Vacation Renter/Visitor” to purchase your passes. Payment is made directly through their site.

We loved this home! Clean, quiet and adorable!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as advertised. Such a cute home, clean and details down to blankets for dogs. Location was great too! Able to ride bikes to beach access and even to beach club. Would stay again!

Another great Sea Pines stay at HHI

House was clean and as advertised. The two bedroom arrangement worked out well for us with our 3 young children. House is located in the middle of Sea Pines so we rented bikes and were able to get down to the Beach Club in less than 10 minutes which was great for us. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for other small groups.

Remote work getaway

Great property in a great Sea Pines location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood was great for walks and a short bike ride to the beach. Property was very clean and well equipped and E only reason I cannot give it 5 total stars is because of the slow internet speeds which made it difficult to stream our favorite channels at night or use our mobile devices. Despite this we would happily return (especially if the internet speeds are upgraded)!

Great Experience

the house was cozy and very comfortable. It has everything you need, and the location is wonderful. we had a great time although we had two leave two days earlier because of the storm Ian. My only comment is about the outside grill. It needs to be updated since it doesn't cook evenly, and it was dirty. We would definitely come back to this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property isn't far from the beach, although we would have liked to be closer. The master bed was not the most comfortoable, but the rest of the beds were. The bedroom furniture was cheap, but you don't need high quality for a rental. Definitely a good option if you don't want to spend as much as you would on a bigger house near the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our two week stay in January of 2021. The house was equipped with just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. (Except for a full size ironing board, but we bought one for the house!) The bed was really comfortable and we were provided with plenty of linens. We had a small issue which was immediately addressed by the PM co and resolved to our satisfaction. This location is very close to the Hike/Bike trail and has very friendly neighbors. Overall, a very pleasant stay, especially since it was our first time traveling with our dog.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was easily the nicest pet-friendly home we have EVER rented. What a treat to actually have clean, comfortable accommodations and our dog with us. The home is nicely updated, very spacious, well-appointed with everything we needed, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood safe for the kids to bike around, centrally located to South Beach and Harbour Town, quick bike or walk to the horses and beach. We didn’t miss having a pool because the ocean water ended up being warm enough to swim later in the week and we mostly like to bike-adventure on Spring Break. Seems when we did visit friends with pools they were all freezing cold this week anyway. The rental agency was easy to deal with, very communicative and the home was super clean with ALL (and then some) of starter items left in little gift bags (I’m talking 4 tide pods and dishwasher pods, plenty of garbage bags, sponge, dish soap, hot pads), more than enough towels and bedding. Maybe my post-covid standards slacked or we made excuses for the rental group we usually use, because it was noticeably better. I don’t know what our future travel plans look like but I would totally rent this place again.

Wonderful Stay at 6 Indigo Lane

Reviewer Comments: After almost 3 years of not being able to travel we just spent a week in Hilton head Island renting 6 Indigo Ln. and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is situated in Lawton Woods which is walking distance to Lawton stables and a short drive to the Sea Pines beach house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated in a coastal theme with soothing colours which immediately set the relaxing tone of our very comfortable stay.! I was very pleasantly surprised to find that we were also provided with enough household essentials for our entire week long stay for our family of 3 which was very thoughtful and much appreciated eg , laundry pods, dishwashing liquid , dishwasher pods, garbage bags, toilet paper etc. As a pet friendly home the owners also thoughtfully provided us with dog bowls and pet throws for our use if required . The kitchen was extremely well set up with all the cooking utensil, pots pans etc you may need. We only used the gas BBQ once ( we were happy it was available and ready for use ) as we ended up trying many of the local restaurants and delicious cuisines ( Nectar, Kenny B’s , Jane’s Bistro and Bar just to name a few , all of which we highly recommend!). What we also liked about this home were the friendly neighbors. All very welcoming. We have rented many homes in Seapines over the years and would certainly rank this home in our top five. Thank you so much to the owners of 6 indigo Lane for letting us stay in your beautiful home!
