What an awesome place

This condo was perfect for our group. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the large balcony, the view from the 5th floor of the emerald green water and spotting dolphins is spectacular. Afternoons it got a bit warm, ceiling fans on the balcony would make a great addition to this unit. We loved the included beach service. Very nice place to relax.

Absolutely beautiful property! Pictures are exact- condo had everything we could have asked for/needed. Balcony was amazing - one day it rained a bit, but it didn’t matter. We stayed out on the balcony and had a great time playing cards. Scott was an excellent host- will definitely ibe back!

Great place

We recently stayed and enjoyed not only the room but also the balcony. This place was nice and clean and the kitchen was well furnished. Also had chairs and toys for the kids. The parking can be difficult and you will need to be able to parallel park. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Rental

This rental is very nice. The view is amazing. Bring your beach towels, it is only a few steps to the ocean. The sand is clean and water is clear! Scott was very helpful and responsive during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is amazing. Two master bedrooms each with king size beds great for multi-generation vacationing. The decor made us feel like we were at home. Not a typical rental that only provides the minimum. We will definitely stay here.

The stay was very relaxing and the condo was very nice (the balcony was outstanding).

This is a very nice property and a perfect fit for our family vacation. The spacious balcony provided beautiful views of the water. As we were there over the 4th of July, we also got to experience the fireworks. I would highly recommend this property! It was our first time in Panama Beach City and Scott provided us with suggested restaurants and answered all our questions promptly. He was great to work with.

This condo is conveniently located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Location, Location, Location! It is 6 miles to 30A, 2 miles to Pier Park for shopping, eating, and the pier. Our condo is the best Penthouse view on the beach!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

One of our favorite features of this condo is its location... The gulf breezes are amazing on our unit which makes it more comfortable for sitting on the 15 x 45ft large balcony where we begin each day with coffee watching the sea life and end it with breath taking sunsets.
