Location, location, location! More spacious living room than many options. Close to slopes. Loved the push button fireplace and beautiful nature views.

Really nice place to stay with private view. We didn't use the kitchen other than coffee in the morning. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. Easy walk to everything. Great place to stay for a family as there is plenty of space. We would stay here again.

Consider Elsewhere

My family and I come to Breckenridge every year and have stayed at this property the last 4 years. We will be staying somewhere else next year. Though the property is beautiful and central, the staff this trip was rude when it came to my service dog and uneducated on service animal laws.

Construction sanding and grinding all day outside the unit

There were 8 construction workers using grinders and power sanders outside the units on the decks from 9 am to 6:45 pm. The front desk said they knew nothing about the construction? We checked out a day early due to the loss of use for an entire day and that the construction would continue the next morning. $ 112 credit issued for the "inconvenience". A full refund of a full day is in order. We lost the use of the room for the entire day.

Excellent Location

The location is fantastic. Great breakfast spots right across the street. There is a nice coffee shop right next door on Main Street. Wallking to restaurants and shops is very convenient. There is a nice airflow for summertime weather (we hit a few days of an 88 degree heatwave) but the front desk was nice enough to bring us an additional box fan for the guest room that didn't have as much air flow. (Windows on only one side.) The living area and main bedroom had windows on several sides plus ceiling fans in all rooms which was nice and cool for us. The condo is on the first floor. The veranda wraps around two sides off the living area and main bedroom with chairs. Although, there is a road close above, it is mostly hidden by trees and greenery. Very nice to sit out there. The condo was nicely furnished and updated. The guest bedroom has twin beds pushed up together. The room is small for two adults but good for one adult or two children. The bathrooms are both huge. The main bedroom is a very nice size. Kitchen and living area are nice and comfortble. The pool is huge. There is a hottub in a fenced in area between our two buildings that was very nice. The hanging baskets of flowers all over the property are gorgeous. If you need anything, you can dial zero to call the front desk. They have extra hairdryers if you need an additional one as well as a box fan in case you hit summertime heat. The parking garage is below the the buildings with an elevator. The toilet in main bathroom ran every thirty seconds but I have notified the property manager and they will take care of it. The coffee maker is for 12 cups and the two containers that were supplied were for a full 12 cup coffee maker. So if you want to make less than 12 cups, I suggest you stop off at the Safeway or Walmart at Frisco to buy filters and a small bag of coffee. Or better yet, just go to the coffee shop next door. (There is a City Market when entering Breckinridge, as well as a Breckridge Market & Liquor near the gondola. The stores in Frisco have better prices. There is a small grocery by the post office but that is the most expensive.) Overall, it was really nice. We had a great time.

Beautiful condo and facility, but the management, Vacasa, and housekeeping did not seem to be set up well with good communication. Are beds were not set up correctly ( supposed to have two twins and a king) . We didn’t realize until bedtime that the twins were made into one bed and no staff was able to help us when we arrived so we ended up with a rolll away. Spent a lot of money for very strange sleep set up.

Wonderful spot

We loved this corner unit. It was private and had wonderful greenery outside of all the windows. Even the one side that was attached was on the stairwell. Very nice unit inside, comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. They do provide shampoo, etc just realize they are small hotel size ones so you may want to bring your own. Would definitely stay again.
