3 bedroom, 1 bath historical home in downtown Livingston, Montana.
3 bedroom, 1 bath in downtown Livingston, Montana. Built in 1900 this was my grandmother's home for over 50 years. My sisters and I loved coming here as we grew up. Main Street is 3 blocks away as well as the Yellowstone River is just a few walking blocks away. Great location, near restaurants, shopping, bike path and art galleries.
The house was very clean and well supplied with everything one could need. Lots of room with thee bedrooms and walking distance to downtown makes this an easy choice to stay when I visit Livingston again.
This was the perfect place for us to stay when we were attending a wedding. There were 5 adults for 5 nights. The home was clean and well cared for, near downtown and every place we needed to be, and it was well stocked with all needed kitchen supplies and linens. The host, Laurie, was helpful and replied to our questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again
This is a comfortable home perfectly situated to take advantage of all there is to do in Livingston. Laurie is a wonderful host who was readily available to answer a couple of questions I had. I highly recommend this house. I will be back.
The house is in a fabulous location for walking to downtown. This house is just like going to your grandmother's house, quaint in some ways, old in others. The house was clean, Laurie was helpful and prompt when we had questions.
Overall the stay was great. Very clean, cozy little house. Provided everything we needed. Perfect for my family of 4 with two children 6-8. The neighbors house is oddly close, like literally 16 inches away, the houses are almost touching. But other than that the house sits in a quite neighborhood within walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Laurie was a great host and was very prompt to respond to any questions I may have had.
I don't mind that this was an older property, however, I did mind the grease on the wallpaper above the stove and the trashy property next door. The house smelled stale so we thought we would open the windows in the main bedroom. The curtains were so old they were in shreds on the back side and you couldn't get the windows open to even get any fresh air. Then one evening when we were watching a rented movie we had to close the doors we had open for fresh air because the lawn service showed up to mow and we couldn't hear the TV. Please, take this property off the network and invest some money in it. This was the worst property we have ever encountered and a complete waste of money!
The property was very clean however outdated. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere to eat and window shop.
Laurie was super quick to respond and very helpful.
We enjoyed our stay in Livingston and still got to play in Bozeman with our son. Wall air conditioning was great. Fun little old house in walking distance of the historic town. We loved the table top poker. â€ïž
Loved learning about the history of this house. Reminded me of my grandmothers house many years ago. The house had everything we needed. Perfect location to walk everywhere in town. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had all amenities. It was clean and obviously a well loved home.
We enjoyed our stay in this unique older home just blocks from the business area of Livingston. This home is a nostalgic memory of grandmaâs house. Laurie was very gracious and helpful.
At first glance, I was a little concerned that the house may be too old and not offer enough modern amenities. I quickly changed my mind, and liked the house more and more each day. Comfortable older home with plenty of space, A/C units where needed and a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything in the home worked just fine, and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us to move around. Was especially impressed with the comfort of the bedrooms. If it had one drawback, it was that it only had one bathroom. We knew that going in however. All in all, I was very happy with this cozy little rental unit. Laurie, the property manager was great to work with and attended to our needs very promptly. No complaints!
If you're looking to experience Montana in it's most pure form, look no further than this living option. This quaint property offered us an affordable and reliable living space in the heart of a rural Montana town where we could wake up at the crack of dawn and comfortably drive to Yellowstone within an hour and a half to beat the crowds.
