Kickback and enjoy the Boise Lifestyle at Surf Park Place! This 1 bedroom private suite is complete with bicycles for riding the Boise Greenbelt, a 26 mile bike path along the Boise River. Perfectly located at the original Boise City Wave, you can watch or even participate in Boise’s surfing culture. The adjacent park, Esther Simplot Whitewater Park, boasts 3 Ponds for SUP, canoeing or relaxed raft floating; there is also a beach area to enjoy. The views here are amazing and gives you a look inside why Boiseans LOVE where we live!

The room was clean but was difficult to keep clean because of the wet weather. The furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. The parking situation was not ideal and thankful we were able to find parking due to the slow season of our stay. The views were the best part of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! One of the biggest highlights was the location—being right on the greenbelt, with easy access to beautiful walking and biking trails. We spent every morning and evening enjoying the views.It was the perfect balance of nature and convenience, and we truly felt relaxed and recharged after our stay. Great location to everything! loved waking up in the morning and sitting outside on the trail. Great to be able to walk to coffee shop, restaurants, and wine bar! Hostess at the Airbnb was very friendly! House had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Great house great location

This house is right on the Boise River. We rode the bikes that came with the house on the beautiful Greenbelt bike path. Did some tubing on the river. Lots of ducks Loved our stay!

Just a few steps to the Greenbelt for walks or bike rides & fun to watch the surfers. Loved being able to walk to coffee shops & places for a beverage. Modern & comfortable accommodations. Great central location - easy to get to all parts of Boise.

Boise Stay

The property location and accommodations were just what I was hoping for. The apartment was very clean. The location on the Boise River Trail close to music, food, and swimming was perfect. The only drawback for me personally was that parking can be challenging and the mattress was a little too firm.

We stayed near this location a few weeks before this trip and loved it so much. This property is well located and the view of the river from the living and bedroom is stunning. We have everything we needed for our 20 day stay and we will be back for sure.

Great location if you like to be active!!

Loved this location for being able to run/walk/bike/tan on the greenbelt, coffee and food nearby. Home was clean and quaint!Only thing I didn’t love was that to get in there was no stepping stones, just mulch and it was quite wet I. That area for some reason and a bit muddy!!But I would still stay here again!
