Great stay overall! Robyn was quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The Cozy House had everything our family of five needed and was in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay in the house. Our host Robyn was fantastic and reached out to us around our arrival, letting us know to contact them if we needed anything. Location was perfect. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It accommodated our group 6, allowed enough areas for us to spread out. The outdoor patio area was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Check-in was easy and the kitchen was nice. The house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard was great for relaxing and the squirrel was friendly. It was just what we needed.

We brought the whole family along for an end-of-summer business trip/vacation. The house was near where we were working and close to a lot shopping, groceries, and entertainment options. It was comfortable for our whole family. Having a garage to park our car in was a pleasant bonus. The owner made contact to make sure our arrival was smooth and communicated when lawn-care was going to be done. Our whole stay was pleasant and this will be a preferred location for us to stay if it is available the next time we come to town.

Great place to stay in Boise

The property was perfect for our needs. The check-in process was simple and easy, the house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and it was conveniently located near downtown Boise with access to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you'd need within walking distance. Having a garage to keep our car in was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring break

We rented the place to see my son who attends Boise State. We wanted to be close to his apartment and this place exceeded our hopes and expectations. When we pulled up the host was cleaning the yard and he couldn’t have been more inviting. Upon entering the home we immediately knew we made the right choice! Everything was perfect and we felt a strong homey vibe. This will be our go to place when we go back to Idaho. Thank you so very much!!

Boise visiting our Daughter

Our daughter just moved to Boise for a job w the US Forestry Service. My wife and I wanted to spend a week getting her settled in. Our other daughter joined us from Bozeman too. Robyn’s place was perfectly located for everything we needed to do in Boise. We skied at Bogus Basin, hiked to Aldermans mine and had some great dinners and drinks in downtown. Also the house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect Host and Location

Robyn was an amazing host. She communicated clearly and was more than willing to answer our questions. The house was spotless, comfortable and well stocked. We come to Boise for swim meets and this is by far the best house we have stayed in. We will use this property again!

Perfect!

The house was just what we were looking for. Enough space for 3 adults and 2 kids (16 and 10) and near enough to skiing and great food! The house was clean and comfortable and the owners communicated well and made themselves available if we needed anything (we did not, it was all great). We all said we’d definitely stay there again.

2003 to get away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles and have a better quality
of life. We chose to settle in Boise because of the easy access to nature, the thriving
economy, and the fantastic place to raise a family
