Notre belle maison est située au-dessus du niveau de la mer et entourée d'un paysage tropical luxuriant et une vue imprenable sur l'océan peut être vue de chaque pièce. Des brises tropicales fraîches sont appréciées dans toute la maison et pour les mois d'été plus chauds, toutes les chambres sont climatisées. Profitez de la cuisine qui est magnifiquement équipée pour les repas à domicile et les divertissements. Les levers et couchers de soleil sont spectaculaires depuis le balcon enveloppant où vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter de votre tasse de café du matin ou de votre cocktail du soir sous les étoiles qui semblent assez proches pour être touchées.

«Leisure Lee» est une maison privée, spacieuse et entièrement meublée de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, idéale pour les familles, les couples et les jeunes mariés, située à Rainbow Bay à quelques minutes de sa propre plage privée, son sable blanc étincelant et ses eaux cristallines parfaites pour le kayak, le bombardement , plongée en apnée et pêche. Rainbow Bay possède également son propre restaurant privé et ses courts de tennis, alors venez, asseyez-vous, détendez-vous et profitez de votre séjour dans votre maison de vacances dans la belle Rainbow Bay.

Il y a de nombreux endroits à visiter et à voir sur l'île d'Eleuthera tels que Preacher's Cave - une magnifique grotte souterraine située à Hatchet Bay qui donne l'apparence d'une cathédrale voûtée de plus d'un mile de long avec des stalagmites et des stalactites qui brillent aux flambeaux.

Le pont de la fenêtre en verre à Gregory Town - C'est un site incroyable où les eaux profondes de l'Atlantique rencontrent presque les mers calmes du détroit d'Exuma sur le côté sous le vent d'Eleuthera à une distance aussi petite que 30 '. Un spectacle vraiment remarquable qu'il faut voir pour le croire.

Surfer's Beach où ceux d'entre vous qui aiment le surf peuvent profiter de cette région que de nombreux «experts» comparent aux meilleurs spots d'Hawaï.

Water Views

Amazing property to stay at. Sits on higher elevation in Rainbow Bay giving you distant views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean. Property has been recently been refreshed. Still a few minor items should be addressed. A counter top starting to de laminate, some of the bathroom cabinet doors not staying fully closed, and a couple of lights being out or not adequate lighting at kitchen counter tops. Awkward doing laundry, washer is located in main part of house with the dryer located in garage. Internet going in and out. None of these items are deal breakers for staying at this wonderful property. Host accommodating in correcting items being brought to their attention. Would have been nice to a have a direct contact number for the host. Had to contact directly via email, or through their local house keeper person. We would stay here again.

Absolutely Fantastic!

A home away from home in every respect. Cannot wait to return. Huge family room, clean, fully stocked kitchen, high end towels and bedwear. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Close to stores and restaurants. Great Property Manager who is A telephone call away and always ready to assist.

Relaxing, Comfortable, just Incredible

Just breath taking. Very comfortable home and perfectly situated between several fun places! Visit The Laughing Iguana and have a chat with Pitagay. Go down to Beach Club and maybe you'll get lucky like us and see the dolphins swimming just off the beach. Or go to Bottom Harbour and see the green turtles. All are minutes away. But this house has beautiful views. I enjoyed looking out at breakfast every morning. For those of you that can't get away from your TV, there is DirecTV. But if anything, this is a perfect house for an island adventure! You can't go wrong here! Enjoy!

Incredibly well equipped!

Leisure Lee in Rainbow Bay had an incredibly well equipped kitchen. We made all our meals at the lovely home and every piece of cooking equipment was available. There was a nice supply of storage containers. Facilities were very clean. Wonderful open space in the living area. We liked having a washing machine and dryer and a clothes line. The internet did not work for the first 4 days (the fault was due to the service provider - not the rental house). The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone needing a rental in the Rainbox Bay area. You will LOVE it. Joan and John

Paradise in Eleuthera

This was our fifth time to the Bahamas and first visit to Eleuthera. We stayed four weeks! The rental was even nicer than the pictures you see on the site. The windows are hurricane proof and the thickest - best quality in any house we have rented in the past! The home was very clean upon our arrival! As noted in other reviews the sheets and towels are of top quality. Great communication with our host Linda before and during vacation. She even assisted in getting our taxi to and from the airport since we did not have international minutes. Would highly recommend her choice “Wallace “! We also rented their car and it was in prime condition inside and outside. Rainbow bay is a very community neighborhood…. Yet the home is located at the end of a street in a higher part of the area providing privacy, beautiful landscaping and views. Rainbow Bay Beach is a smaller beach with five or six tables with thatch roof umbrellas where in the afternoon many second homeowners and renters provide lots of conversation and dinner invites. When you take a stroll you’ll always pass at least one or two other couples… very much a community feel without being crowded. (We however enjoyed finding many of the 130+ beaches where you may be alone or see two other people on the beach.) We even were able to witness a breathtaking double rainbow from the porch that started from the Caribbean and ended in the Atlantic… Magazine perfect ! You can take a bike ride right across the street and be on the Atlantic in just a few minutes. Just a few miles south is a grocery store, a group of restaurants on the water and a bakery called Cravings with the best carrot cake ever! The Atlantic has to ‘die for’ beaches that go on forever and the Caribbean side, although sometimes Rocky, has the best shelling. We left with over 35 sand dollars, 35 tulip shells to name few. There are many restaurants to choose from and French Leave our favorite..Buccaneers, Tippys, Front porch and LeoRoses also favorites. LeoRoses provides afternoon music many days and we enjoyed dancing and being home by dusk. Also if you enjoy “off the beaten track“ places stop in for a drink at the Deck. Beautiful beach on the Atlantic with an eclectic owner named Mark and his helper Maurice (who has the greatest smile). It was a weekly stop🤪. We recommend Leisure Lee and suggest you relax and explore this beautiful island! Cheryl and Paul

Beautiful home with fabulous views!

Leisure Lee is exactly as described on vrbo and more! The grounds are beautiful and the Caribbean view is amazing! The Lees are wonderful hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was super clean and welcoming with fresh flowers. Leisure Lee will definitely be our first choice when returning to Eleuthera.

Beautiful Eleuthera

Every day brings a new adventure and a place more beautiful than the last! Leisure Lee is well situated on the island with many nearby conveniences. The home itself is secluded with stunning simultaneous views of the Atlantic and the Caribbean. It is cozy and comfortable, and has everything you need for the beach, for the kitchen, for entertainment, for communication, and for restful sleep. The Lees are kind and considerate hosts who genuinely want you to enjoy their home and your time on this gorgeous island!

Beautiful views

The views from the large deck are stunning! And don't forget to go out on the deck at night to see the stars! The house is fully equipped for cooking with several large pots and plenty of dishes. We used the snorkeling gear at all the beaches. It is so nice to be centrally located on Eleuthera. We hit the northern and southern most points during our week long visit. We loved meeting the local people at the BBQ in James Cistern. They are very kind and welcoming people. It was a must to have a car to get to see the island and all it's wonderful beaches. Thank you John and Linda for sharing your beautiful villa with us! It was spectacular!

Beautiful home with excellent views and amenities.

This is a very beautifully furnished, clean and quiet home in a private and gorgeous location. It is centrally located on Eleuthera and close to great surfing and snorkeling and one of the best restaurants on the island, Rainbow Inn. The owners and caretaker were easily accessible and very helpful throughout our stay. They also provided a great rental car. We highly recommend this home. Paul and Robyn Morigerato

Amazing place

It was our second time at this home. Tremendous views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean from the deck. No neighbors and very secluded so you have all of the privacy you want. Centrally located about 2 minutes from Rainbow Inn, 6 minutes from James Cistern (JC), 20 minutes to Governor's Harbour, and about 10 minutes from Hatchet Bay. The home is well appointed and the air conditioner keeps the house very comfortable in any weather. Satellite TV and internet work well. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you can imagine. It is perfect for families. The clothes washing machine is a welcome convenience and the provided snorkeling is a nice touch. The owners are kind and thoughtful, and the property's caretaker lives a stone's throw away and is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I can't wait for the next trip!

Paridise Dream

The owners John and Olinda were fabulous to work with. This was a welcome home visit for us as our parents built and lived in this house 25 yrs ago. We were joyed to see how well maintained Leisure Lee was and furnished with all the luxuries of home. Well stocked kitchen, fridge with ice maker, 2 eating areas with open kitchen, living, and dining room. Windows with ocean views on 3 sides. The addition of A/C allowed for total comfort living. Coffee on wrap around deck with spectacular views and sunsets-priceless. Rainbow Bay Beach just down the road. Always an adventure either snorkeling or swimming with both calm Caribbean or mysterious Atlantic ocean beaches available. Bahamians are very welcoming. Leisure Lee is a quite, private property but restaurants and small grocery stores are available along the Queens Highway. Our family vacationed here for a week but are bringing home a lifetime of memories.

Beautiful!

The view is the first thing that takes your breath away when you venture onto the wrap around balcony. Water - everywhere. It didn't matter the weather - the view was exquisite. The home is clean and simple ... makes you feel completely at home away from home. We would definitely come back - if only for the amazing view!

Great views. Great location. Well appointed. A/C is the best on the island.

Our family spent 7 days here and have not one negative thing to say. Everything you need is in this house and you're centrally located for all of the best beaches and close to grocery and convenience stores. The caretaker, Freddie, came and made sure we were set up. The homeowners provide every appliance and luxury needed. This is one of the few places on Eleuthera where one can see both the Carribean and Atlantic at the same time. We cannot wait to return!

Leisure Lee is an Eleuthera gem!

We were a party of five spending a week in Eleuthera and could not have chosen a better place to stay. Not only are the owners extremely responsive and accommodating but the same goes for their house manager, Mr. Ferguson, who will attend to any of your needs or answer any questions you may have during your visit. The views from Leisure Lee are spectacular, it's location on the island allows for convenient travel in either direction and the villa is well-appointed with beach needs (coolers, towels, etc.) , kitchen tools, gas grill, etc...you name it, it's probably there. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfectly relaxing!!!!

My husband and I have been visiting Eleuthera for the past 12 years. We had the pleasure of staying at Leisure Lee this year and will definitely rent here again. There are four sets of sliding glass doors in the main room that not only lend to spectacular views of the Caribbean AND the Atlantic but also give you a cross breeze that is very refreshing. The owners have taken great care to provide top of the line linens and towels and the kitchen was as equipped as well as mine is at home. Also, Mrs. Lee was extremely efficient in corresponding quickly to all of my e-mails, answering all of my many questions!!! We highly reccommend this wonderful Villa to anyone wishing to visit the beautiful Island of Eleuthera !!!

Still waiting for our security deposit to be returned

This house has a good location, great views, plentiful linens and towels, and a reasonably equipped kitchen. When we rented it for three weeks in February 2017 two of the four a/c units were not functioning correctly. After the repair person got them operating by manual resetting, they ran but did not respond to the temperature and other settings on the remotes. The owners' initial reply to this and to the non-functioning of the a/c in their car, which we also rented, had been that everything was fine when they some departed some days prior. We did not request a return of the rental fees for the house or the car. (In fairness, they did offer to refund the balance of the car rental if we found another one, but they did not offer to let us drive their other car, which was sitting unused in the garage.) We have now on several occasions requested the return of our security deposit, but have yet to get an affirmative response to that request.

Perfect place to stay in Eleuthera

The place is as advertised : Just perfect. Clean, a real house where you could live all year long with all comfort... and you wish you could considering the terrific view from the terrace. We just loved it and the kids also. Central to visit the island. And the car that comes with the house is the thing you need and it's very easy (you're picked up at the airport, driven to at the end of your stay - like a star). En Français : Vraiment un coin de paradis, très propre, bien placé. On se pince pour y croire tous les matins au réveil.

Home away from Home!

My third stay at this beautiful villa! It is amazing with a great view! The house is very comfortable, clean and cozy! You are located close to many very adventurous places, great dining, nice beaches. This house also has a car available which is a plus. Would never stay anywhere else. Also has a great caretaker and the owners are so nice and really make your stay pleasant. Home away from home!

Paradise

We enjoyed another stay in ELeuthera and staying at this house is what made it so enjoyable.From the comfort and views is by far our favourite place to stay. It was our first time there with our grandkids and they loved it. They are still talking about the house and beaches. The caretaker was amazing as usual, easy to get ahold to if we needed anything. We can't say enough for the generosity of the owners, they go Above and beyond to make your stay there pleasurable and we can't thank them enough. We look at Eleuthera as our second home and can't wait to go back.

The location - minutes away from four of the most beautiful Settlements in Eleuthera - James Cistern and Governor's Harbour to the South and Hatchet Bay and Gregory Town to the North. Private beaches, tennis courts and restaurant - Shops, Grocery Stores and Utility Companies all in close vicinity.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love the wide open views of the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. The colours of the sea are breathtaking. The wonderful sound of the rain on the roof - so soothing. At night, the stars seem almost close enough to touch. It is a truly tranquil place to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of the City.
