This wonderfully upgraded Mainsail unit has a new contemporary flair and a gorgeous coastline view from a private sixth-floor balcony. The living area has a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, mirrored walls, and nicely tiled floors. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, upgraded full-size appliances, and a washer and dryer tucked away in a closet. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, a DVD, and carpeted floors. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, pine furniture, a TV, and a DVD player. The balcony is located just off of both the living room and the master bedroom for incredible sights of the sparkling blue/green waters. There is a dining table for six, three bar stools, and patio furniture for plenty of seating.

Overall the stay was great, room was clean and received fast responses from guest services regarding room issues, luckily had no property questions. I did send some feedback on some recommendations we had but it was still a great stay!

Good location for us and the chairs and umbrella included are nice. Pool is not great ( too far from beach ) ; We also had a leaking ceiling in bedroom 2 that no one seemed too concerned about. Older complex so price needs to be right.

Wonderful stay

Great location, quick walk to the beach, loved that beach service is included. Condo itself was just what we needed. Clean, modern, and large. Only thing I noticed was that the master bath toilet rocks a bit. WiFi worked perfectly. Beds were firm but not too bad. We loved the view from the balcony. Would definitely return again!

Great Location- Condo Needs Updating

Location is fantastic to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. But the condo itself is outdated and could use some work, especially the master bathroom. Front window is not covered and you can see directly into the condo/2nd bathroom. The frogs on the property at night are LOUD! Bring some earplugs.

Great condo!

It has a great view. However the sun will shine on you in the morning with only a little breeze, but the afternoons are great and breezy. The condo is great. It has keirig and regular coffee pots. It has 2 parking spots. We loved having the 2 chairs and umbrella by the beach included. Bring a sound machine if you don't like the sound of frogs at night. They are loud.

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Chair service at the beach was nice too. Walking distance to outlet malls, restaurants and grocery. The condo could use some updating. Linens were less than ideal and no extra blankets. Additionally the heated pool was closed during our stay and we weren’t notified. The main pool was unheated and COLD! Overall good stay, however!

Great location

Love the space, the room size is good and the view is everything. The bathroom and fixtures could use some updating, and the toilet wobbles. The internet did not work, so we had no wifi. We called twice about the issue, someone was supposed to call back but no one ever did. It was quite an inconvenience because we work from home and needed the internet. The place was clean, but it just had a smell as thought it was locked up for a while. I would recommend this place and stay again, just minor changes needed to get it from 4 to 5 stars.

False Advertisement

This property was falsely advertised. Number 1, I didn’t book this property but was given this as an option 2 days prior to my arrival. The condo had a weird smell. The mirrors were dirty and scratched on. The bathroom was missing a door. It was advertised that it would be tvs in each room, it was only a working tv in the living room. TV in master bedroom had broken cords. 2nd bedroom didn’t have a tv. Tubs are dated and badly stained. Guard at gate was rude and very overbearing. I would not recommend this property.

We enjoyed our vacation. It was roomy and clean. The internet sucked making it tough on outside communication. I understand the giving “owners” some special privileges but we paid an enormous price for a week stay and our “spot” on the beach should be first come first serve. We has small children we needed to be able to keep an eye on them better and we weren’t allowed to be “up front”

Is Internet Important to You?

We love the Mainsail Resort and have stayed here in various units over the years! We always enjoy our stay, the proximity to the beach, and the amenities. Over all, this unit was just okay. Nothing to write a glowing review about. A little run down. The internet (provided by Cox) was an issue all week long. The unit’s wifi signal has no password, so anyone can use it. Speeds were so slow we could not stream anything on any device without it stopping to buffer constantly. We finally gave up. We do not remember this being an issue at the other units we stayed at. Maybe we’ll have better luck next time.

Needs TLC but a good location and safe community

The location on the beach and free chair set up was great. The community feels safe which is always a plus. The condo itself could use some TLC. I would also suggest bringing your own floor mats to help with the sand. Also, don't rely on the internet. It never stayed on and we couldn't use our cell service wifi either.

Location is great! The condo was clean but out dated. Washer was leaking. The light cover in the kitchen was broke. Not a lot of dishes to choose from. Toilet was lose (moved from side to side when you sat on it). I don’t expect anything fancy, but the amount of money we paid I expected something a little more up to date.
