This condo features a king bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofabed in the living room. With newly-renovated tile flooring throughout, along with the inviting, coastal décor, you will fall in love with SunDestin 1515. Upon entering, you will find the beautifully-decorated, fully-equipped kitchen immediately on your right, boasting new granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. All kitchen appliances and utensils are provided, ideal for creating your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads to the dining area and living room, providing a spacious and open layout. The dining table seats up to four guests comfortably.

Step into the inviting living room, boasting matching furnishings and décor as well as a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player combination – perfect for enjoying a family movie night after a long day at the beach. Step out onto the spacious private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking coastline views of the sunset. Adjacent to the living room is the welcoming main bedroom suite, featuring a comfortable king bed along with a mounted flatscreen TV and DVD player combination. The private balcony is also conveniently accessible from the main bedroom. The bathroom boasts a single vanity with stunning granite countertops, along with a tub/shower combination.

The beach is just a short walk away. Don't forget to stop at The Back Porch once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just under two miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just under two miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's famous animals, including a rare albino alligator. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just under eight miles from this condo.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2024.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fabulous condo

The unit is nicely updated, beautiful view and quite relaxing. Took advantage of the bar and grill, UberEats and gift shop and stayed in unit or on beach!

UNACCEPTABLE

My family traveled to Destin, the place we were married, to celebrate me and my husbands 10 year anniversary. I’ve stayed at SunDestin for the past 8 years and twice in 1515...I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. After spending the day we checked in enjoying our selves on the beach and out to dinner we came back to put our children to bed around 9:30pm, when we pulled out the sofa bed there was food and food stains on the sheets. After calling the front desk I was instructed to contact Vacasa since they do not manage the room I was in. After putting in a call I was told they would submit the request but it was “after hours” so they probably would not be able to remedy that night. I then again called the front desk but still again unable to get any resolve that night, not even an offer for a clean pair of sheets. So a family of 4 “slept” in the king size bed. 1:30pm the following day still no response or attempt of contact from anyone...after calling and being disconnected multiple times I was finally able to reach a “supervisor” who then complains that I was put through to her personal cell and she is not sure why. She then proceeds to tell me that she was aware of the multiple requests....but was unable to contact me because the number they had was wrong (before this I had gotten multiple text/emails about my reservation so they indeed had my contact info). They finally send a cleaner up to the room to “fix” and their fix was to change the sheets. Not once did they spray/disinfect the mattress or sofa. I was then contacted from the manager from Vacasa attempting to resolve.....and that being credit for a night and to reimburse for the airmatress and other items I needed for my children to sleep comfortably and safely for the remainder of the week. This is completely unacceptable and I will never do business with SUNDESTIN OR VACASA ever again!!!

Beautiful

Everything was beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Only 2 cons: The bathtub kept getting stopped up while shower was running and also we were having problems with the screen door. That’s it!! Lovely place felt right at home ?

Partially obstructed view

Pros: the home's furnishing we're overall updated and comfortable. The condo was mostly clean upon arrival although it could use a good deep cleaning to rid some of the things that aren't normally tended to. The drying rack on the balcony and chair/table combo was appreciated and useful. I loved that the a/c was NOT on the balcony like some others apparently are. Ours was quiet and cooled very well. I appreciate that there was a box fan and clothes basket in the closet for use. We took advantage of both. The bedroom was roomy and bed and pillows provided an excellent night's sleep. Cons: Broken tiles on the balcony need replaced. View of water was as shown in picture - look out sideways, but having seen the whole makeup of the building, most units do have a straight on view of the water which I would've preferred. Beach towels would've been appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this unit and would stay here again.
