We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we deeply regret that the dishwasher, bathroom door, toilet seat, and sinks were not in proper working order. Our team would have been more than willing to address and rectify these issues promptly had you informed us during your stay. We also regret any unprofessional or rude interactions with our staff, and we're committed to improving our service. The noise from the neighbors' dog and the limited elevator service must have been frustrating, and we apologize for any disturbance. We appreciate your honesty, and we will take your feedback into consideration for necessary improvements. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide a more enjoyable and hassle-free experience.
