Mountain Soiree is located midway between Ruidoso and Alto sets Mountain Soiree, a luxurious vacation home that’s the perfect getaway for up to eight friends or family maximum occupancy.

Whether you are sitting out on the covered deck watching the hummingbirds, soaking in the luxurious brand new hot tub, or enjoying a fire in the living room fireplace, you’ll know you made a smart choice when you came to Mountain Soiree for your vacation.

When you arrive at Mountain Soiree, you’ll walk in the front door, lay your bags down, and relax on the living room’s comfortable couches and armchairs. Maybe you’ll start a fire in the wood-burning fireplace or perhaps, you’ll head right out to the covered deck to breathe in the pine-scented air and relax. With a large group it’s important to have plenty of shared living space. That’s why in addition to the large living room with HDTV upstairs there’s a lounge downstairs with fireplace, HDTV, and plenty of comfy seating. You also have a washer and dryer! On your way up to Mountain Soiree, stop at the grocery store and pick up food supplies. The fully equipped Mountain Soiree kitchen is a chef’s dream with a gas stove and plenty of prep space. The dining table can handle your entire group of eight. Or, take your food out to enjoy on the deck. Everything seems to taste its best in the mountain air. The four Mountain Soiree bedrooms include three with king-size beds and a fourth with two twin beds perfect for the kids. With three bathrooms, you won’t wait for a turn in the shower.

There is parking for up to 4 vehicles max in the Mountain Soiree and garage access. If you visit in winter, it’s wise to come in a 4x4 or have chains for your car. Despite the best efforts, mountain roads can be icy. But all that snow makes the short drive to Alto skiing worth it in winter! NO PETS ALLOWED! Minimum 3-night stay.

No Sound Speakers shall be brought or used on the property. Any loud noise will be grounds for immediate termination of rental. This is a quiet family based neighbor and this house is for those who are wanting that type of environment. HOA rules prohibit loud music or activity outside the property or in common areas of the gated community.
