Beautiful place and beautiful views, had a wonderful time and all rooms were cozy and comfortable! Only suggestion would be to have house address at bottom of driveway, very hard to find and once you pass the entrance it’s nearly impossible to turn around…

The property was perfection! With a separate king bedroom with en-suite for all of our guests and family, everybody had plenty of room! The hot tub was wonderful for chilly nights, the fireplaces created a homey feel, and the game room provided for great family nights. The cabin felt like pure luxury, but we still felt right at home. The drive up was a typical mountain drive, very exciting! Great stay, hope to be back in the future!

This chalet is in the perfect location. Easy to get to Gatlinburg and to Pigeon Forge. The chalet was spacious and it was great to all have our own bathroom.,However, when we arrived after a long drive to get there, we all had to use the bathroom and the water was shut off. I called right away and it took almost three hours before we had water. The maintenance guy said he believes the neighbors had shut it off by accident??? It seemed to all of us that the place had set empty for a while, because all of the toilets had dark rings around the water level, where it had sat and got mildew around it. That night it got down to 43 and we went to light the fireplace and the gas was turned off to it. The next day we went to put clothes into the washer and dryer and both were shut off at the circuit breaker and the circuit breakers were behind locked doors. That night I cooked a nice dinner for us to eat at the chalet, I quickly found out there were no pot holders anywhere to get my dish out of the oven. After eating, I discovered there was no plastic wrap or aluminum foil to cover up my leftovers. I have never stayed in a place this nice that didn’t provide the basic essentials in the kitchen. There were dishes, utensils, pots & pans, but that was about it. One night we got in the hot tub and the chemicals were so strong, all of us were coughing from the fumes. We had to turn the jets off so the smell of the chemicals would die down. Plus no operating instructions for the TVs.

We're genuinely sorry your arrival was disrupted by the water issue and that maintenance took so long to respond—that's not the experience we want for our guests. We appreciate you pointing out the maintenance concerns, including the mildew in the toilets, the gas fireplace being off, and the locked circuit breakers. These are issues we're addressing immediately with our team. You're absolutely right that basic kitchen essentials like pot holders, foil, and plastic wrap should be standard. We're adding these items now. We're also looking into the hot tub chemical balance and will include TV instructions going forward. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide the welcome you deserve.

Great Place to stay

This was a great place to stay. It is close to activities, restaurants, and shopping. Cabin had beautiful views. Lots of space outside and inside. It was very clean. We would stay here again

Awesome Cabin

We loved this cabin! The pictures shown were spot on. It's a huge cabin giving everyone their own space but at the same time it seems cozy and warm. I would definitely stay here again!!
