This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

Wilderness Club at Big Cedar offers the ultimate family-friendly retreat leaving the impression of rustic elegance and ideal extended family vacations! There, you can enjoy the unique charms of the resort's wilderness lodge architecture and its beautiful natural scenery.

Approximately 450 square feet, this spaciously warm and homey state of the art studio features 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa bed in the living area including a kitchenette, bathroom and laundry is in the common area. Maximum of 4 occupants.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is Branson Airport (BKG) which is 9 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Wilderness Club at Big Cedar we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

BCL Condo

Our condo was on ground floor, I was expecting a balcony or a higher view, our view was trees and grass. Was pleasant and clean. Microwave clock stares you in the face at night,lol, as the kitchen is at foot of bed. All in all was nice but would have preferred higher floor for the view

Place was excellent. Located centrally to anywhere you’d wan to go on BCL’s properties.

Like the title says, it was perfect. The only downfall I saw were the checkin people were a tad pushy about Time Share options and the fact there were no shampoo, soap nor conditioner in the shower containers and.the housing staff was notified… everything was perfect.

Unforgettable Family Getaway!

This property always surpasses our expectations. The rooms are clean and the service is top notch. The amenities on this property are the best in the Midwest! Pools, prompt shuttles, restaurants, activities, lake access, Fun Mountain, and proximity to Branson, just to name a few. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful

We really enjoyed the beautiful property. Really a lot to see and enjoy. Loved the nice guys that drove the shuttles. So convenient! Very relaxing time but also the activities provided a lot of fun. Dance party totally fun. Christian provided great communication. The kitchenette was a life saver with getting to save money to make food.

One booking but two rooms…?

Couldn’t be happier with the location and ease for a family. I traveled with three kids under 6 and this property has it all, especially with the amenities available at Big Cedar Lodge. Loved the WC pools, lazy river, water slide, and walkability. Big Cedar Lodge was great for food, indoor activities at Fun Mountain, and evening resort activities. ⚠️ One reoccurring issue I read about prior to booking that we also ran into an issue with…the rental agency split our stay halfway through, assigning us one room for the first two days, and another for the next two days. This was done without warning and without disclosing at the time of checkin. The Wilderness Club is operated by a timeshare company and not at all affiliated with the rental agency, which means they have very limited ability to help remedy these situations. I would still book again because of all the positive things mentioned above, but buyer beware!

Staff short

Requested high floor got 2nd floor. Walls to thin, woke up by crying baby next door every morning. Could hear the guy above us going to the bathroom every night. Go karts only available from 12-4, why? Food very pricey. Pools and hot tubs closes at 10pm, why? positive comment: We loved the lazy River. Has issues with front desk JoAnn several times, I called requesting at shuttle @ 9:38AM, and she argued with me,” the lazy River doesn’t open till 10AM” I said, please send the shuttle. She sent it, arrived @ 9:50, and we got right in to our lounge chair to relax. On several occasions, I felt like I was always being questioned by her. We have stayed here several times over the years, we probably will chose another location going forward.

Great amenities for good price

This is the second time we have stayed at the wilderness club. You get all the experience of Big Cedar at a discount. I do feel it is a much better summer resort with large amount of pools and activities. But you still have a lot of kids activists for a winter/fall visit. The only negative is you are 15 mintiest south of Branson. So can be a drive if you plan to go into Branson.

Great getaway

Spent 4 days in Branson. This studio was perfect. A short drive from downtown and in a quiet beautiful community. Everyone a friendly and very helpful.

Great view from the balcony. Plenty of activities without leaving the property. Swimming, boating, fitness center, restaurants, wilderness golf cart tour, and hiking trails.

Family Vacation

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at Big Cedar with our 4 children and their families. Our condo had a beautiful view, and was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and the beds and bedding were very comfy. We ate meals out--food was good, but expensive and waits for food long--difficult with small children. However, they had fun at Fun Mountain and the swimming pools. Lazy River was relaxing for us when we could get away. Plenty to do in the area: Top of the Rock, Dogwood. Braanson, boats, etc.--fun, but all come with a cost. Not a cheap vacation, but glad we expereienced it, and all had a fantastic time.
