This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

Wilderness Club at Big Cedar offers the ultimate family-friendly retreat leaving the impression of rustic elegance and ideal extended family vacations! There, you can enjoy the unique charms of the resort's wilderness lodge architecture and its beautiful natural scenery.

Approximately 450 square feet, this spaciously warm and homey state of the art studio features 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa bed in the living area including a kitchenette, bathroom and laundry is in the common area. Maximum of 4 occupants.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is Branson Airport (BKG) which is 9 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Wilderness Club at Big Cedar we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Perfect place to relax!

We had a fantastic stay at Big Cedar Lodge, booked through VRBO. The property manager, Christian, was excellent — very responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, including a small patio which is a great place to just sit and do nothing!The resort itself is a dream. The pools and lazy river are top notch — the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The shuttle service made getting around a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained getaway to recharge, this is it.

Great Stay!

We love Big Cedar. We come every year. We enjoyed the Wilderness Club and our property manager checked in on us daily. The only issues we had were loud neighbors and our small HVAC unit in our room was very loud. We would stay again!

Another amazing stay at Wilderness Club :)

We did a four-night stay at Wilderness Club, and experienced maybe just under half of what this amazing property has to offer :)) We did water activities in the morning: paddle boat rides, fishing, hiking, mini-golf, and rental boat, to name a few. And then enjoyed the pools in the afternoon! the place is amazing for the kids and all pools seem to have a 3 f swim zone :) When we get back to the room in the afternoons, it was always cool and the AC worked just great. We cooked all our dinners in the house, and then watched TV and played cards with the kids. Thanks for the amazing stay, can't wait to visit again next year !!

Christmas Branson trip

We enjoyed our stay at the wildness club at big cedar. We have stayed at other properties at big cedar and this was a great option. May look at a 1 bedroom next time to give us some privacy. Overall we would recommend to others!

Very pleased with our stay here. Overall the property was pretty clean and the manager was incredibly communicative. We had no problems with check-in or getting into the property. Highly recommend!

Big Cedar is beautiful

My husband was there for a golf tournament and we have friends and family who live nearby. The room was perfect for us two and the grounds and restaurants were wonderful as well

Anniversary getaway

Everything was great. Glad I found this place and at such a reasonable price. When checking out we were told there would be a $45 resort fee. Didn’t expect that but not bad.

Great Weekend Getaway

We loved staying at Wilderness Club! The condo was very clean. Our only two complaints would be that you can hear everything your neighbors are saying through the thin walls, and the sheets aren't great. These two complaints won't keep me from coming back as the whole experience was great and outweighed the not so great.

Branson Visit

All of our Christmas shows in Branson were cancelled, but we had a blast just hanging out at the resort throughout the winter storm. Great place to get snowed in.
