Views don't get any better than this. Watch endless PACIFIC OCEAN. Turtles, Dolphins, whales during whale season and other ocean activities. 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath. lanai . Ground floor unit makes for easy access. Oceanfront pool. It has to be one of the most awesome condos in all of Kauai.

IF YOU GET ANY CLOSER TO THE OCEAN THAN THIS, YOU WILL BE SWIMMING IN IT.

Experience the South Shore of Kauai at it's best. (Poipu Shores Complex)

Poipu has the best Kauai beaches for swimming. Poipu Beach Park is kid-friendly and best for exploring tide pools, snorkeling, and building sandcastles. You can walk there from the condo.

The condo is upgraded but it's not luxury, it's upgraded to be island style with bamboo and such, it's very nice, very comfortable and incredible location, if luxury is what you're looking for, this is not it, if you're looking for comfort, amazing location, incredible views, romance, privacy and want to watch ocean wild life right in front of your own eyes, this is the condo you're looking for!

Due respect to all guests, there are two types of guests, some guests are coming to Hawaii to have a wonderful time, enjoy the condo and the views, those guests are more than welcome! There are guests who are coming to do property inspection, enjoying a vacation is the last thing on their mind! I don't know of any property that is 100% perfect in every aspect and I don't know of any ocean front property in a high humidity, wet climate, salt air with strong winds like the state of Hawaii that will not have rust here or there or electronics never breakdown! If you are coming to do property inspection rather than have a nice comfortable, relaxing vacation in a nice, clean property with amazing views, please save your money, your time and energy and keep searching for the perfect ocean front property that's perfect in every aspect!

We stayed at Melodee's condo for 10 nights and loved everything about it. We sat on the lanai and watched the turtles swimming every morning, and the sound of the waves crashing put us to sleep every night. The location was excellent--a quick walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches, and easy access to the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail. Poipu Shores is in a quiet neighborhood and is a smaller condo complex, so it felt cozy and personal. The views in this area and from your own lanai and the pool deck are breathtaking. Melodee gave lots of clear instructions about how everything in the condo worked, left us a whole basket of snacks, and quickly addressed a couple of small issues. This condo was more expensive than some of the others we considered, but it was absolutely worth every penny. We hope to come back soon!

The ocean view was amazing - we saw sea turtles everyday and caught the end of whale season. Neighbors said they saw spinner dolphins one morning. Location is great - easy to get to the beach on foot. The pool was nice to have when we were done with the sand. Melodee was very responsive and great to work with! We were sad to leave and hope to come back someday!

The AC did not work till the last day making the condo damp, other than that it was a great stay.

It was very unfortunate that the AC main unit broke while you were there. Every effort was made to get it repaired as quickly as possible. I did offer you a full refund to check out, which you declined. Therefore I reimbursed you for one night for the inconvenience. I appreciate your understanding & politeness as a guest. AC did get fixed on your second to the last day of your stay, only wished it got resolved sooner. Again I apologize, it was not in my control.

The location of this rental is amazing, waves crashing and watching turtles, whales and dolphins. The access to Koloa Town and area restaurants was very easy. We had a small issue with the dishwasher but the owner got it handled very quickly.Given the high rental fee we were very disappointed that the unit is in a tired state and needs refreshing. It was lacking in being thoroughly cleaned which needs to be addressed, especially the bathrooms. The master bed mattress is very soft making it uncomfortable at least for us. The photo of the furnished balcony is misleading. There are two high rise tables and 4 chairs as well as two large lounge chairs making it very crowded and mostly patio furniture storage.The window cleaners came on our second day but only cleaned the outside of the balcony glass. The louvered windows throughout are very dirty and filled with bugs in screens and the sills. We tried our best to leave the unit better than when we left, following the instructions. Before we would return however, there is much that needs to be improved.

Thank you😘 for your input. We checked out the unit & were not happy with housekeeping service. I did inform them of their poor cleaning. Regarding the bugs, there were an influx of gnats throughout the building, it was in the AC & screens. My husband cleaned all the windows & screens & the AC which had lots of gnats. He also steamed cleaned the floors & scrubbed the shower tub. He was very disappointed with the bathroom. We apologize for your frustration & bad experience. It hasn’t happened before and I don’t foresee it happening again.

The heated pool allows guest to enjoy being in the water while listening to the waves crashing against the rocks. Or sitting on the balcony with a drink makes your viewing of turtles extra special.

This property is so amazing. Wild to say but the pictures don’t even do it justice. Great little neighborhood with easy beach access / dining within a half mile or so. Plenty of turtles and saw some Rays out in the water too!

This condo was at least as good as advertised. The ocean view was beyond amazing. We saw sea turtles every day while we ate breakfast on the balcony.We plan to come back to Kauai someday and when we do, we hope to stay here again. The location of this condo was perfect! My wife fell in love with this condo.Finally, the owners were very responsive to all of our messages and they were very friendly.

Bucket List Trip to Kauai!

Amazing property!!! The views off the balcony can’t be beat. You can see sea turtles all day. The location of this property is great. Minutes from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We loved Poipu beach and see the turtles and monk seals. Communication was awesome with the owner and check in and check out was seamless. Great property!
