Another great year at this Villa, with 5 other guys kiteboarding for 5 days a short walk away to Long Bay. Hope to be back again next year!

This property had plenty of room for all of us. The pool was large and a nice outdoor area. Kitchen had everything you would need for your stay.

Amazing stay!

Wonderful stay! Even better than the photos. Marciano was terrific in promptly communicating with us throughout the stay. The house is immaculate, the pool was amazing, and the location was terrific. Great property for families with young children!

Lovely Villa

A Lovely villa, perfect for our family. My daughter, son-in-law and their baby stayed in the smaller one bedroom villa, and the rest of the family, six of us, stayed in the larger three bedroom villa. The pool was cleaned every morning and was wonderful, and the beach was a 5-6 minute walk away, and well known for kite and wind surfing! We had a great time!

Wonderful Experience

This property is beautiful, spacious, everything was stocked, easy check-in and out, detail instructions left for review. The host was responsive to any questions before and after our arrival. Great location on the island. We enjoyed the stay at Imperial Villa and will return to TCI just to stay at this vacation villa again. Thank you for hosting my family.

Great location for couples getaway

Traveled as a group of 4 couples. The guys’ primary objective for the trip was kitesurfing and this was the perfect location, just a short walk to the picturesque Long Bay Beach, which was not crowded and enjoyed by us all. The women were more focused on relaxing and this beautifully furnished home was perfect! Tons of space for everyone, safe, and well-supplied rental. The pool was huge and the large outdoor space was very handy for group dinners, congregating, and room for the guys’ kite gear. Great communication from the property manager and an incredible time was had by all. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The Imperial Villas is an amazing property. We had both villas for four nights and loved every moment there. The pool is massive and beautiful and was a focal point for my family. Each villa also has a rooftop with gorgeous views. The pool deck is large and non-slip which was perfect for our toddler (and for the adults too). The beach is a 3-4 minute walk away. Imperial Villas is the perfect location if you want more space for your family but at the same time you are only a 5 minute drive from the restaurants and activities of Grace Bay. We would love to come back!

Great stay at the villas

Both villas were beautiful and the pool was even larger than we had expected. Decor was nice and kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cooking items. Marciano was really great to work with. He met us for check-in and showed us around and answered any questions. When we had issues come up while staying there he was immediately responsive which was really nice. One recommendation I would have is to have more of the basics available for those staying at the house. Paper towels, some basic cleaning supplies, and basic things like salt/pepper and oil would have been nice to have. Also, more pool towels would have been helpful. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Family stay

Would highly recommend this property for families. The pool was the highlight for our kids. It was huge, clean and there were pool floats for the kids to use. All the previous reviews highlighted the prompt communication, abundance of items available in the villa and cleanliness of the villa so just to add a few things: - We felt completely safe in the neighborhood and in the villas. We were concerned with safety not staying at a resort, that wasn't a concern at all. Theres a gate on the property. - Pack as much food as you can in your checked bag, its pricey on the island. - You need a car, make sure your comfortable driving around the island. - Book a ride on provo ponies, its right down the street and you will love it (great for kids also). - Would recommend Marine Room and Grace's Cottage for dinners out. Would not hesitate to book again. Thanks for a very great vacation!

Our Imperial Villa Experience

Visited 7/1-7/7. We enjoyed our stay very much and the property manager, Marciano, and staff, Mayte and Joseph, were wonderful and very attentive. Everything was as described in the listing. The bathrooms were excellent except the showers don’t have a place for your items so everything has to sit on the floor. In addition, the bathrooms do become pretty hot because there’s no AC in them, but this was fine for us. Even though the house is set far apart from others, we would’ve been more comfortable if the bathroom windows had shades. The pool was very enjoyable and Joseph came to clean it every morning! We requested the house be stocked with groceries before our arrival in case our flight was delayed and although it wasn’t, this was perfect. The beach was a 3 minute walk from the house which we enjoyed! Chairs are provided for you to carry to the beach and there are plenty of beach towels for your use. It was a great vacation home!

Villas for Kite Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the villas. We were 5 older guys on a kiting trip. 4 of us had rooms to ourselves with one on a floor mattress in the smaller villa. Rooms were fantastic with own bathrooms. (Tip1: if you are a later sleeper, a mask is good as sun comes up early and (some) rooms are very bright early). It is also very clean and shiny! Tip2: bring slippers as the floors are beautiful marble, cool and shiny and can be a bit slippery. Kitchen well stocked. Pool was nice for a quick dip. Good internet access as some easily did work in the mornings. Close restaurants that we frequented multiple times (ex Coco Van and Turks Kabob). Grocery store a short drive as well.As for a kiting venue, it is a short walk to the beach access and down to what we think is the furthest south we want to be on Long Bay. Easy to run back up to the villa and get a snack (or bigger kite!). Plenty of room outside villas for equipment and repacking of kites. Outdoor shower is great for a quick rinse after the beach. Beach access also for horses so you will see plenty. Joseph is a great on site manager and available for any immediate needs. We will be back!

It was a great stay, excepting one big issue

Let me start by saying I loved the property. Its more beautiful than the photos. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen had what we needed. The bathrooms are fabulous. But for my big issue which I will get to, if there was only complaint its the total lack of dresser and drawer space in the bedrooms. In the villa with only one bedroom, the closets have drawers. But nowhere else. We had to use our suitcases as dressers. When staying in a house this nice, that just doesnt lead to the right feel when you walk into the bedroom.So now my big issue: One our guests stated that there was no hot water in their bathroom. We thought maybe it was from doing laundry. Then the next say she had the same issue. So she called the property manager and they literally got into a screaming match with each other. She said the problem was intermittent and not predicatable. He insisted there was nothing wrong. My wife then reached out to him to try and get this resolved. He ignore her messages. He had said a technican would come to the house. That never happened. Then on Wednesday my wife finally encountered the issue and had to take a cold shower. Let's just say having your wife take a cold shower leads to a very unhappy wife. I am not saying my guest was right for screaming, but nor should the property manager scream. But what I am saying is that when you rent a place it should come with hot water. And if it's not working, the property manager should address.

The technician takes a couple of days to fix the hot water issue. So sorry for the inconveniece during your stay. I am just hoping that you enjoyed the island.

The Villa was perfect as well as accommodations! Everything we could have expected and then some!Joseph was there everyday to clean the pool along with anything else we needed. An overnight rain tripped the electrical breaker causing the water heater to not work in the am but Joseph fixed it right away. no issues.Thanks so much for the incredible experience for our family. Lord willing we will be back for another stay!

Spectacular!

We had a great time in Imperial Villa. We were a party of four couples and everyone was completely sastified with the facilities. The manager Marciano was super responsive to all our requests. When we come back to TCI definitely we will stay at Imperial Villa.
