We have 7 Properties in this Great Neighborhood.
This cheerful beach house has been designed around our years of experience, owning and renting properties, on 'The Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches'. Located in the quiet Laguna Beach section of Panama City Beach (West End of the Beach), The 'Oleander Too' is on Oleander Dr~ 6th house from BEACH ACCESS #83. That's only a 90 second stroll to the Sugar White Sand! There's a Beautiful View from the Huge Deck. This is one of the quietest, most family oriented neighborhoods you will find. This is the quiet West End of Panama City you have heard so much about.

Worlds away from the hustle and bustle but only a few miles from everything you want to do and see. It's the perfect way to have a getaway and still enjoy all the new activities Panama City Beach now offers.
The Carousel Grocery store and World famous Thomas Doughnuts. Shop and eat where local families and guests have enjoyed for generations. Pier Park is only a 4 miles away and we are only 3 miles from Hwy 79. Far from the crowds, but close enough to everything you and your family want to do and see.

Last minute summer trip, more than fair price, with the perfect location allowed us to have a great few days at the beach… that was fairly empty I might add.

Owners were very attentive to any needs that arose. Love that beach towels and chairs were available to use. Kitchen was well equipped for the meals we cooked. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet street. Our 2nd time renting from Haven PCB, and we will rent from them again!

Great Family Vacation!

What a wonderful home and neighborhood! Soooo close to the beach and we loved the covered parking to keep the car cool in the summer sun. Cheerfully decorated and perfectly designed with families in mind. Loved the additional bunks in the master bedroom so our little-one could be in the room at night but not sharing our bed. The owners have thought of everything you could need and the kitchen is very well equipped. The deck had Gulf views and perfect vantage point for watching the sun set while grilling dinner. So many great family memories….. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay!!

This home was perfect for our two week stay. David & Lisa provided everything we needed--from beach supplies to household items. The home is located on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. We were able to get to Pier Park with a 5 minute drive, and Rosemary Beach was about 10 minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were friendly. There are no high rises close by, so the beach was not very crowded. The walk to the beach was about 3 minutes. If you're looking for a laid back vacation, this is a great place to stay.

Perfection

Lisa and David are so kind and considerate. They responded immediately to any request. Oleander Too was the cleanest and best maintained property I have ever rented. And the decor was so “beachy” beautiful without being overdone. The small touches just top off the perfection of the home. And it is only a block from the public access!

Perfect for our family!

Our family of 7 absolutely loved Oleander Too! Close enough to the beach to walk even carrying all the things. Super cute, clean, and comfortable inside. We loved the corn hole boards and the grill. Definitely spent more nights staying in than going out due to that! Worth noting the house does have a two story entry but it was not an issue for my teens and young adults. The deck is perfect for morning coffee with a view of the gulf! We will definitely stay again!!

Clean, Peaceful and Powdery

My rental friends, there is always a dirty ceiling filter, fan, crusty food between counter and stove or rug by the toilet that doesn't get washed between guests. You know what I mean... None of that here and you are just one text away from any needed whim. White powdery re-nourished beaches await. Not many of those left!

Oleander Too was lovely, close to perfect! Outstanding location, decor, comfort, provisions, parking, accessibility, and more!! Giving it 4.75 stars! The dishwasher hummed but didn't clean the dishes 🤷‍♀️ The garbage disposal also hummed but didn't function. 😕 Couldn't find laundry detergent to start first load on departure as directed. 🤷‍♀️Couldn't find regular trash dumpster, so left our trash in one that said recycle. 🥴 Your kindness and rapid responses when we had questions were amazing!! We'll definitely contact you for accommodations when we get back to beautiful PCB!! We highly recommend! Thanks!

Would work for one family

This rental would be great for one family but didn’t work for two. One of the bedrooms had built-in bunk beds instead of a closet. There was nowhere to put clothes or suitcases. We had to live out of our suitcase and for a week that isn’t practical. Also, wasn’t thrilled we had to put sheets over furniture to use but I guess that made the couches clean to sit on. We weren’t able to get wi-fi but 2 out of 7 days and that caused some issues. The response from owners was lax concerning that but maybe that would not be important to some as it was to us. The main TV wasn’t user friendly. Had to use 2 remotes to use and wasn’t set up for hi-def channels. My grandson found candy wrappers and candy in the beds of bunk room. The location was fine and the rental worked out ok other then all that. We would not stay there again.

99.9% of our guests are a true joy. But....every 2-3 years we get "that guest". The one that does not want to be happy or enjoy a vacation with family (or the 2nd family they choose to travel with). You were that guest. Your review is accurate on several points.... #1 -There are 2 remotes needed to operate the living room TV. One for the large Samsung Smart TV and one for the Hi-Def expanded cabe that we provide. There are also Detailed Instructions provided for those less tech-savy... like me :-). I suppose you chose not to read the Provided Chanel Guide that tells the channel range for Hi-Def Channels. Most guests love the wide range of entertainment options available while away from home. #2- We Do Provide slip covers as a courtesy to families traveling with small children. We expect our upholstery to maintain it's perfect condition , but also want parents to enjoy a relaxing week, not worrying about every little sticky finger and sandy toe. Most guests LOVE the attention to detail we provide to allow for a great week at the beach. -#3 We have excellent Wi-Fi service. However... you do have to use the CORRECT password for it to work as it is a secured connection. The password is Provided on the Laminated Instruction Sheet on the kitchen counter. If you chose to use one other that the one provided, it is not surprising that it did not work. As far as a lax response....we spoke numerous times about the wi-fi connection. The first night of your stay we offered to come over Immediately to determine what the problem was but you did not want your family to be "Disturbed during the Cubs game". I called your cell each day to try and resolve the issue, you didn't want us to enter without you being there but you were never home to try to enter a password yourself. When I caught you at home you finally used the CORRECT password, it worked, then...you hung up on me. (The same Password that was clearly printed on the Laminated Sheet that's still on the Kitchen Counter) You are also correct on one final point. You will never stay here again.

Finally Back to the

This was a wonderful return to the "real" beach. My husband and I typically take our grandgirls to the beach each year and for the past two years we have made do with summer trips to the different areas. At the end of last year's trip one of the granddaughters said it is time to go back to the "real" beach. What a great reunion we had in the Oleander Too! The property accommodated our group of 7 girls well. We love to cook and eat together, and the kitchen supplies easily allowed this. The bedrooms were situated nicely so that the older girls had space and the younger girls felt comfortable in the bunk beds. The washer and dryer allowed our group to clean as we went. The property is located one block from the beach access. The property provided beach chairs and a nice wagon to carry the chairs to the beach (by Wednesday everyone took their own chairs). The open area below the apartment was a perfect place for all to laugh and share great memories, in addition to make plans for returns to the "real" beach. The property is conveniently located close to Thomas Donuts and to the Carousel grocery. It is also a very quick trip to two large grocery stores. The Oleander Too is smartly decorated and welcoming. Lisa checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We truly enjoyed our return to Haven Beach Properties. We will be back.

FANTASTIC VACATION

Oleander Too was great! David and Lisa were so helpful with helping me decide which house I wanted to choose, and we made the right decision! Everything was perfect and as it should be--even little thoughtful things like having a phone charging outlet on the nightstands. We didn't bring kids, but there were even popsicles in the freezer. Clean, organized, stocked, and decorated so cute! The location can't be beat--I could walk to the beach barefooted in about 3 minutes. You have to drive to restaurants and such, but the beach was the reason I was there so I preferred the quieter end of PCB at Laguna Beach to condos and crowds. I don't want to fight for a spot on the beach, fight for parking, fight for an elevator, so this place was perfect! My ONE & ONLY suggestion would be a laminated instruction sheet for the TVs. I didn't care but my friend tried like heck to figure out the one in the living room and never did. Fine by me cuz I don't watch when I'm on vacation, and the friends ended up watching one of the provided movies. I will definitely rent from David and Lisa again when I come back to PCB! Also beach chairs, outdoor shower, plenty of outdoor furniture, outdoor water hose for washing chairs, decent size driveway, bags game boards, a nice deck with a picnic table for eating outside--everything we needed! Thanks for a great vacay!

Great place!

This was a great place for my family of 5 to stay at. The owners were super helpful and was very responsive to any questions we had. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, and floats. This trip was perfect thanks to Lisa and david!!

Fantastic Stay!

Can't wait to come back to Oleander Too! It's our new favorite beach house. Haven Beach Rentals was so great to work with, we really felt like they cared about our trip. They made everything perfect for us. The grandkids loved all the beach toys ,bunk beds, and having their very own TV. Don't hesitate booking this property.

Beautiful place

Owners exceptional

Owners are exceptional and are close by if needed. The property was very nice and perfect for our family vacation. Short walk to the beach and they provide beach accessories. The house was stocked with almost anything you could need.

Great place!

My family had a great time at Oleander Too! The house was the perfect size for our group (four adults + two kids) and the parking was SO convenient. The house is a very short walk to two public access points but there was also parking at the public beach access which is helpful if you’re packing a lot! One complaint we had was that the decorative comforters + shams were to be removed from all the beds and replaced with other provided blankets for actual use. It wasn’t a big deal, we’ve just never experienced that request before. Lisa was absolutely one of the most helpful & responsive hosts we’ve ever had!
