The Space:
Welcome to Ivey House, a captivating Gulf view retreat located in the serene Saint Joe Beach. This meticulously managed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, ensuring an unforgettable coastal escape.

As you step through the entrance, the main living area welcomes you with a cozy ensemble of two chairs, a sofa, and a flat-screen television. An elegant desk provides a dedicated space for work or reflection. To the right, the gourmet kitchen awaits, boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and charming exposed brick. Fully equipped for culinary adventures, the kitchen features bar seating for two and a charming breakfast nook accommodating two to four guests.

Adjacent to the breakfast nook, the laundry room boasts a full-sized, stacked front-loading washer and dryer for added convenience. Across from the kitchen, a full-size bath captures attention with its luxurious tiled walls, chandelier, single granite sink, and a tiled shower stall.

The main living area branches into two bedrooms on each side. The left side hosts the master suite, featuring a king-size bed, a flat-screen television, and a full bath with a single granite sink and tiled shower stall. The right side accommodates another bedroom with a king-size bed, complemented by an additional chair and ample storage.

Venturing further, an additional living area unfolds, offering panoramic views of sunny days and breathtaking Gulf sunsets. This spacious area encompasses a dining table seating eight, two chairs, a sleeper sofa, a love seat with a chaise lounge, and a wooden checkerboard table for two. Beyond lies a cozy space with games and a twin sleigh bed. The third bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed and an additional chair, is accessible from this second living area and connects to the main bath.

Stepping outside, the enchanting outdoor entertainment area beckons. A dining table for eight, a custom-built outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and full-size fridge, an outdoor sectional with chairs, a flat-screen television, and a custom pool with a pool bar, seating for four, and three bar stools immersed in the water create a luxurious haven. A gas fire pit and four lounge chairs complete the scene, all within the privacy of a fully fenced yard.

For panoramic views, an "observation" tower boasts a lower covered deck and an open upper deck, perfect for basking in the sun during the day and relishing stunning sunsets in the evening.

This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $150 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.
