Welcome to your mountain retreat at Silver Rock Condos in Fernie. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience, and access to great amenities, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
The open living area features a cozy seating space with a TV and a gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dining area has a table that seats four, perfect for meals or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances, along with oil, salt, pepper, and a small jar of coffee beans to get you started. A stackable washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen for your convenience.
The primary bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a queen mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. For safety, only small children should use the upper bunk. Fresh sheets are available in the closet. The main bathroom also includes a tub and shower combination, plush towels, locally made hand soap and body wash, and a hairdryer.
Step outside onto the private patio, where you will find a BBQ and a small seating area overlooking the parking lot.
Silver Rock Condos offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Guests have access to an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a fully equipped fitness center. The building also features heated underground parking for added convenience, as well as an elevator for easy access to the unit. Ski and bike storage are available, making it a great option for outdoor enthusiasts year-round.
Whether you are visiting Fernie for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or simply to relax, this condo offers a comfortable and well-equipped home base for your stay.
Important Notice!!! The pool area is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of the year/beginning of January 2026. Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
