Two Bedroom Loft in Fernie's Historic Downtown

Welcome to our newly renovated loft in Fernie’s historic downtown. Our home has two bedrooms and an open concept living space with hotel quality linens, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy downtown views & attractions, while being minutes away from trails, parks and the infamous Fernie Alpine Resort. Steps from our door, you will find an abundance of shops, cafes, galleries & restaurants. Our central location makes our listing the perfect place to enjoy Fernie to the fullest.

2 Bedroom/1 full bath, modern condo, in the heart of Fernie's historic main street of 2nd avenue. The condo sleeps 4 people comfortably, with a master bedroom and queen bed, with a second bedroom hosting double bunk beds. There is also a storage garage at the back of the building for your use, where you can store your gear for every mountain activity. Your private garage is located on the right and has its own unique padlock and code. Please do not bring mountain bikes, skis or sports gear into the actual building. As for parking, street parking is free and available on a first come, first serve basis in both the front, side and rear of the building. During winter months, overnight parking is free in two downtown designated parking lot areas.

Access to the condo is reached via 2nd avenue in the front of the building, above and to the left hand side of, "Grow: Children's Boutique." Storage, again, is in the back of the building, garage to the right, and can be accessed via your own personal entry code.

The condo is located on the main drag of Fernie's history downtown site. The condo is located above a very quiet children's store, which closes each evening by 5 pm. There is a second suite above and next door, which is currently tenanted by the owners. Suites are 100 % sound proof from one another and offer a peaceful surrounding in which to rest. However, please note that Fernie’a downtown runs along a train line.

We had a fantastic experience staying here! The unit was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially loved the convenience of being downtown and having easy walking access to all the best spots in town. The host was excellent, and the check-in process was effortless. This was the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in!We loved the location above the coffee shop and near many restaurants and shops. The kitchen was very well equipped. The hosts were very responsive. Note to lite sleepers: we had the window open at night and could hear people outside the pub up the street and the train which passes through a couple times each night is quite close and woke us. We didn’t mind this though. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean, and well appointed. Great little kitchen if you want to cook, lots of closet space as needed. Perfect location, close to plenty Fernie has to offer. Host was great as well, good communication and easy to work with.

Perfect apartment for a bike / ski weekend in our favourite mountain town!

This is a perfect space with a great location right on Main Street, walking distance to all of Fernie‘s best restaurants. The apartment was set up perfectly and had all the small things that made a quick weekend stay comfortable and easy. The gear garage made managing our bike equipment a breeze. Communication with the host, and our check-in checkout process was outstanding.

It’s quite hard to expand on “WOW”! What a wonderful place to stay. The unit is spacious quiet, clean and well appointed. First off the location is right in the middle of historic downtown Fernie. Right off your doorstep there are great local restaurants and shops. Big Bang Bagel and Rooftop Roasters are awesome places to start your day. For an incredible meal you must visit Himalayan Spice Bistro. For leisure there are lots of places to visit whether it’s biking, hiking or hanging at the beach within 30 minutes at most of your stay. The Downtown Loft USA must for an incredible stay!

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in the middle of a road trip through the Kootenays and into Alberta. The Fernie unit is fabulous; it appears relatively new and the hosts have provided everything you could need including laundrey facilities. The unit is air-conditioned and the AC is easy to operate and set at a comfortable temperature. Location is in Fernie's historic downtown within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, bars, a distillery, and bike shops. Easy to park nearby and instructions for access very clear. Highly recommended.

Fantastic loft! Prime location downtown Fernie (beside Rooftop roasters and Big Bang Bagels) and is central to restaurants and shops. The space itself is clean, well equipped and welcoming. Two bedrooms (one is a bunk bed) and the full kitchen makes meals for kids easy. Communicating with the hosts was incredibly easy and they were so kind and helpful.Our go to spot the next time we revisit Fernie!

Outstanding Pied-Ă -Terre in the centre of Fernie!

This gorgeous apartment exceeded all of our expectations! It feels absolutely brand new with high end fittings and fixtures throughout.Located next to a coffee shop and a bagel shop, it is the perfect location for a wind down chillout weekend.We enjoyed free 'rock-star' on-street parking during our stay.The only downside was the fact that we didn't book a longer stay!Will definitely return - thank you so much for allowing us to share your beautiful home!

Great find on main street

This is a charming little suite conveniently located next to a coffee and bagel shop on main street. Very clean and well supplied, nice hosts. The bunk beds work for kids, but I wouldn't recommend it for adults as the mattress is a bit unforgiving. Otherwise, all was perfect.
