The apartment was very clean, extremely comfortable, kitchen was in great order with all the essentials. Washing machine and dryer worked well. Easy access. Would stay here again.
Once you get used to the circuitous entry protocol for this condo, it is a very convenient location. The architecture is great, with ultra high ceilings, and generous spaces. However, one of our biggest draws to the property was the 3 full bathrooms with rain showers and a deep soaking tub. There was barely enough water for one person to enjoy a rain shower, everyone else is SOL on a hot shower for HOURS afterwards. We had just 4 adults (ie there was a fully unused third bedroom and bathroom) and stayed during an especially cold weather period. We could each take a quick shower, using just the economy/handheld head at the end of a long, cold day. Forget enjoying the rain shower and there is no way the water heater would have filled the soaking tub more than a few inches. I contacted the management company about both this and how to turn on the in-floor heat. They did get back to me about the in-floor heat. But, they seemed unconcerned about the hot water, and said that the unit hadn't been rented for a long time and it likely needed to "warm up." It did not warm up, and we never were able to enjoy the advertised bathroom amenities. Other than that, we liked the heated parking garage, the gear storage, and the layout of the unit a lot. The kitchen could have been better stocked, but that seems to always be a roll of the dice with rentals. The train is close and loud-- we were familiar with this, but prospective guests should note it.
