Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This charming cottage rental is just steps away from the beach and offers the ultimate sun, fun, and surf experience. With a queen bedroom, private porch, and cozy living room, it's the perfect space for couples or solo travelers.
Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, a smart TV in both the bedroom and living area, and a dining area that seats up to 3 people. The queen bedroom features beautiful hardwood floors and the bathroom is a luxurious blend of marble, pebble, and glass tile.

Step outside onto the upstairs porch/patio and you'll find the perfect spot to relax with a cold drink and take in the stunning views. Equipped with comfortable patio chairs and a table, it's the perfect spot for al fresco dining or just lounging in the sun.

Downstairs, you'll find a private, mostly fenced-in patio complete with a charcoal BBQ for grilling up fresh seafood and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach. Plus, we provide one parking pass for your convenience during your stay.

Cute little beach house

Cute little beach house a short walk to the beach, property shared with several other rentals but felt peaceful and quiet. Parking is on street nearby. Convenient location to explore the St. Petersburg area.

A great little spot for a couples getaway in Pass A Grille. Well maintained. Nice features and a very short walk to one of the best beaches in North America. Everything you need is right there!

Wonderful location, very clean, great communication

My wife and I stayed a few nights at the SeaSpray unit and really enjoyed it. The place is definitely small, but it was cozy for a couple that is comfortable living in close quarters. The rental was very clean and came with everything we needed. Communication from the owner, Lisa, was excellent. The location is incredible - literally a block and a half from the beach. The bikes were a great perk and were perfect for checking out the area or biking to breakfast or dinner. If we ever return to this area, I am certain we will look to stay here again.

It's NOT What You Think

The BEST part about our trip was that this property was literally "just steps to the beach". The beach and weather were great while we were there. We were also able to walk to several nearby restaurants. Use of the bicycles would have been a plus, but we didn't need them. The neighbors were quiet. The amenities listed are: *Dining area - Big enough for two or three *Kitchen - It had everything necessary, but many things were not clean. *Ocean view - You cannot see the ocean from this unit. *Gym and Tennis Court - We did not see either. *Bedroom - The queen bed appeared to be a full, not a queen......no walkability in the room. *Living area - queen pull-out in the living area (seemed to be full-sized). The bar made it difficult to sleep comfortably. There was also garbage under the couch and ants on the main walls. *Neither my husband nor I slept either night we were there, BECAUSE of the poor sleeping conditions. *Bathroom - I barely fit in the bathroom. I am 5'2", 110 lbs. The shower was bigger than the rest of the bathroom. *The listing also states "parking on-site". Parking is NOT on site. It is street parking and is first come, first served. We cut our trip short because of all of this. If you need to connect with the booking agent, you may have to text a few times..... FYI - After you book and pay, you will also be asked to take the garbage/recycling to the street if you stay on garbage/recycling days. ("Not mandatory")

Property disappointing

The apartment is little but cute. Mattress and pillows were wonderful. Bathroom sink is so small and water pressure was a little stream. Shower was wonderful. Property description states that there was an "UNUSED garage" below the unit but the garage was being remodeled into a 5th rental unit on one side and shelves being built in other side of garage which meant constant hammering, drilling and loud noises. This had nothing to do with the tropical storm in Oct 24 and I feel guests should have been made aware. Maintenance man smoking in garage with smoke entering patio where I was sitting eating my lunch and smoke was seeping into my bedroom. The owner, Lisa, offered me a free week in 2025 only if I stayed 2 weeks and paid for 2nd week. I really have no desire to return to this rental property. Also, parking situation is a hot mess with cars struggling to park in the parking area and area so small. The beach is very close and was wonderful!

Great location!

Literally right around the corner from beach access, restaurants and convenience store. We stayed 4 nights which works well with the studio sized space. It is very compact, so worked well for 2 adults
we would have been cramped with anymore people. Kids or elderly would find the compact footprint and 2nd floor challenging. Having bikes and beach chairs were a great amenity since we didn’t arrive with a car! The property is in a quiet area on the island but a quick, safe and beautiful bike ride to the Shops or other restaurants. Some helpful details we learned was there is a Kuerig coffee maker and charcoal grill. We had a great stay here!

Perfect Break from Reality

We stayed in the Sea Breeze for 6 nights at the end of March. Weather was perfect, we fell in love with Pass-A-Grille. Close enough to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to really relax and unwind. Basic amenities provided and availability of beach chairs and towels was really convenient. We will be back!

I manage two beautiful properties, Pagbeachhouse and stpetevacationRental, located in two distinct areas - Pass-a-Grille Beach (a part of St Pete Beach) and St Petersburg (just 15 minutes away from each other). My properties are listed on multiple booking sites as well as available for direct booking.

I'm a proud mother of a fantastic young adult, and we love to travel, explore new destinations, and stay active. Personally, I've completed 8 Ironman races! In our home, we have a charming black miniature poodle named Charlie, and two adorable kitties - Tiger and Percy.

I believe in living life to the fullest, and my family and I enjoy all the wonderful activities that our area has to offer. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love this beach, & I love this house. I personally redid most of the place myself. We lived there for a while as it is such a wonderful area, however daily demands called me away from the beach so I chose to make life easier and move closer to my daughters school. The beach house is within driving distance to my home, its easy to get to from the airport and an easy day trip to adventures in downtown St Pete, Tampa or Orlando. The best part of this beach house though is the peace that it brings to those who live there, the shelling, walking on the beach or just listening to nature. I look forward to moving back in a few years but for now I invite you to live in this beautiful setting and enjoy the comfort of Pass A Grille Beach.

Even if you only stay for a week you will leave with sunsets on your mind and the horizon and open air in you heart. Enjoy!
