2 chambres 1 salle de bain complÚtement maison en duplex meublé est situé au calme et magnifique St Pete Beach. Nous nous efforçons de présenter absolument, un cadre propre et confortable. nos planchers sont en bois franc d'origine, ils sont propres et tout à fait unique, La cuisine est originale aussi bien, mais il est clair, soigné, et tous les appareils sont de taille standard. Nous sommes fiers de notre apparence authentique et sincÚre, et nous espérons que vous pouvez apprécier cela. Chaque chambre est meublée avec un nouvel ensemble de chambre à coucher Queen, un canapé-lit double de taille double, fabriqué par la société de garçons paresseux (ils sont trÚs confortables pour dormir). deux lits simples jumeaux disponibles. dormir confortablement 7 personnes.
La maison est situĂ© Ă  1 minute de la plage. Le trolleybus vous emmĂšnera tous prĂšs de la plage. À proximitĂ© des commerces, restaurants, bars, et le centre de Saint- PĂ©tersbourg. il vous suffit d'apporter toute la nourriture crĂšme solaire, tout le reste est ici, tout mais vous !. meubles et literie qui vous font sentir comme chez vous. canapĂ©-lit Ă©tĂ© vient d'ĂȘtre ajoutĂ© pour plus de besoins en sommeil. Jack et Jill salle de bain vous donner une vie privĂ©e de votre invitĂ©. Une buanderie dans les locaux avec grille de barbecue dans la cour.

Wonderful stay!

Our host was wonderful and gave us a full tour of the home. The home was clean and comfortable. The home was very close to the beach and to a quaint town with nice restaurants. We will definately be back!

Absolutely perfect!

This was a great stay. The location is perfect, beach is steps away, husband fished steps away to the bay. We didn’t need our car as we were in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house is absolutely spotless. The owner is extremely accommodating and he and his family are very friendly. I would without a doubt stay here again.

Cory was so so very accommodating I was coming to the area for a reunion Several days before Hurricane Helene came through Cory worked very hard to get the property ready for me I don’t think I would have been able to find an alternative rental Thanks for making the best out of a bad situation

Very clean, beautiful, very close to the beach

We wish we could have stayed longer! The property owner is very friendly with fantastic communication. He is very attentive to any needs or concerns that we had. The property is beautiful; a lot of pride went into every detail of this house. And best of all, literally steps from the beach. A very short walk, literally 60 seconds from the front door to the beautiful beach. We would love to stay again in the future. Highly recommended property.

Vacation on the Beach

We stayed for mini vacation earlier this month. We wanted a place near the beach and this was the perfect place. The beach is a 3 minute walk from the house. You have your own private path to the beach and it is literally like having your own private beach. Restaurants and ice cream parlor is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including coffee and sugar. Cory was very hospitable. We would love to come back.

Cosy home steps away from the beach.

If you love the beach, but not crowds, this is the place for you. The beach is only a minute walk away. If you forget something, you can run back up to the house very quickly. This end of the beach is very quiet, not like the busy Clearwater beaches. We traveled to Sanibel for the day and should have skipped it. The beach at the house is so much better for shelling. Cory will give you buckets and bleach to clean your shells for the trip home. We felt very much at home and Cory was a great host.

Great vacation destination!

We booked this house for our girls weekend. 5 girls total, with two rooms and a pull-out bed, it was a cozy stay but we still had room to have privacy when needed. The house was clean and stocked with lots of amenities. Everything was as promised in the description. Cory was so accommodating and friendly! What a great host! He knew we didn't have a car and the first night he brought us a large case of waters so we wouldn't have to walk with them from the local shop! He is very knowledgable about the area and gave us great tips on how to get around and the best local places to stop by. He was never intrusive but always available if we had questions. The location of the rental was great for us. A quiet area, restaurants and a grocery about a 5 minute walk away, a 15 minute walk to the historic area, and a quick taxi to the nightlife. The best part, it's just steps from a secluded beach where the gulf water was calm, warm, and great to float around in all afternoon. I would certainly return here to stay and visit again! Thanks Cory!

I can’t say enough about our host and this property! This was the best experience and beach stay we have ever had. The cottage was beautiful, spacious and immaculate. The location was great—we had our own private little path straight to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and the sunsets were incredible. Our host, Cory, was absolute wonderful—truly the best host we’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming, with thoughtful touches and exceptional hospitality. He made the check-in to check-out process seamless and met us personally to check-in, showing us around and answering any questions we had. Communication prior to our arrival was excellent.I cannot recommend this host highly enough. We will be returning for sure!

Perfecto!

Perfect for us as it is far enough from the busier area of PAG, but close enough for us seniors to walk uptown to RWB, Wharf as well more distant restaurants such as the Brass Monkey and Paradise Grill. Easy access to the beach and short FREEBIE ride to Publix. Can't wait to return!

The location of this house is perfect! The street dead ends into the beach access and we mostly had this area of the beach to ourselves. The host did not communicate through the vrbo app, thankfully we had his number to call because the wifi info was not correct and we couldn’t locate the laundry room or the outdoor trash cans. This house is a duplex and there’s another small house next door (connected to the laundry room) so we didn’t want to snoop around. Once we made contact with the host and got all that sorted, it was perfect. The house was very clean, we had plenty of parking and couldn’t beat the location and how peaceful it was.

We had a wonderful time! The house was very cozy, very clean! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, my 11 year old grandson had a great time as well. Cory is very helpful, and a great host! Eckerd Graduation stay

We stayed here for our daughters graduation from Eckerd. The location was perfect. It really is easy short access to the beach. On the beach you can be 100's of feet from the nearst other person. Cory is a great host and quick to respond to anything needed. I would completely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Pass-a-Grille

This little house is just perfect. The location and private access to the beach is wonderful, we never had anybody within 50 yards of us on the beach, lots of privacy. Everything in the house is new, clean and everything you need is there. The owner Cory it's very responsive and clearly takes a lot of pride in his property. We'll definitely stay there again!
