Pass-A-Grille Beach studio everything you need is here! Nice big deck with beautiful views of the Gulf. White soft sandy beach a few steps away. Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, Coffee and Ice Cream shop all within walking distance. If you want to experience the real Old Florida feel this is the place for you.

Pass-A-Grille Beach studio everything you need is here! Nice big deck with beautiful views of the Gulf. White soft sandy beach a few steps away. Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, Coffee and Ice Cream shop all within walking distance. If you want to experience the real Old Florida feel this is the place for you. The room is 300 sq ft..with a queen size Murphy bed that folds up easily during the day to allow for plenty of living space for a couple people. There are 2 comfy swivel chairs and a flat screen tv. Nice little kitchen with everything you need. And plenty of space for your clothes and toiletries.

We have a laundry room on site 2nd floor also that requires quarters to operate. Wifi is available. Large comman deck with awesome views of the beach and Gulf to soak up the sun and watch fantastic sunsets. Steps to the beach restaurants and shops. Great location to a beautiful layed back beach!

Check in was easy. Very clean. Host was very friendly and accommodating! Right across the street from beach and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Would stay again!

Memorial Day Getaway

We have absolutely no complaints. The place was clean, convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Perfect place to watch the postcard sunsets. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was great. We hope to make future memories here again.

Best stay on Pass-a-Grille

This room is absolutely perfect for 2!! Adorable and cozy!! Beautiful views of the beach and sunset from the balcony that is just steps away from the room. Quiet, peaceful place!! The amenities provided save you from having to pack as much in your suitcase! The property owner is quick to get back to you and very willing to work with you on early check ins and late check outs if it works. We have stayed here twice and can’t wait to come back again!!

Location is suburb!

This property had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location on Pass-A-Grille. Julie was very communicative and on street permit parking was easy to find.

Anniversary trip

The condo was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable and all of the appliances worked great. We had to contact the owner at one point and she got right back to us. We loved where the condo is located. It is close to great restaurants and cute shops. Most important is that its across from the beach and we saw the most beautiful sunsets. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is well equipped for two people and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the bed was unexpectedly very comfortable! We would stay again.

Adorable condo with perfect location to beach

Loved the proximity to the beach. Condo was updated, stocked well, and very quiet. Julie communicated in a timely fashion with us on questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend this place.

A perfect place for what we were looking for. Small, cute and clean! Host was wonderful and very communicative. I would definitely head back to this cutie! Location couldnt be better for us beach goers. Friendly in town location. A week of rest and sunshine.

Perfect Location

Perfect location on the perfect beach. Although the balcony was being repaired and we could not use it- which would have been awesome- we had a great time. Small unit but all we needed for the two if us. Would definitely say there again.

Weekend Beach Getaway

Julie's beach condo was a lovely place to stay for my weekend getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware, dishes, and utensils. The murphy bed was extremely comfortable, and the all the linens and towels looked brand new. The condo was clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially time on the community deck which provided a spectacular view of the Gulf and unbelievable sunsets. I visit Pass a Grille about once a year and will look to rent from Julie again.
