This new beautiful 5 bedroom / 5.5 bath townhome can sleep 19 guests comfortably, or up to 23 guests with the assistance of 4 fold-out twin mats. There is plenty of room for all! The first level of the home is an open floor plan style, with high ceilings and gorgeous decor. The master bedroom and ensuite bath are right off the entryway. Relax in the soaking tub or rinse off in the large separate shower. You will have plenty of room to get ready for your day at the double sink vanity. Just outside the master bedroom, you have your own patio where you can relax. You will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, a half bathroom, and access to the back patio and BBQ grill right outside the dining area door. Upstairs, there is a huge loft area, TV, game table, darts, arcade and access to the balcony deck where you can relax and watch your group at the pool or the beautiful southern Utah sunset.
