The house is very spacious, we had an issue with the dishwasher not turning on, we reached out the property manager and they offered solutions but was not able to resolve. They asked if they could send a tech to inspect but we didn't have the time to wait for someone to come and check it out with the activities we had planned. As we hand washed the sink wouldn't drain and the garbage disposal wouldn't turn on, we noticed it was unplugged and plugged it in but could not turn off the disposal and had to plug and unplug every time we need it to use. We had planned on grilling but the grill was dirty from previous guest so we left it alone, the fire pit upstairs also had missing knobs so we were not able to use it. Lots of minor issues that made the stay a bit inconvenient

Very nice

Very Good

We had a really great time. The house was clean and organized and had everything we needed. Red Sands was very responsive and great to deal with. The only complaint I would have is the patio chairs in the back are kind of broken and probably need to be replaced but that was a minor issue. Other than that everything was really great. We loved having out own private pool! Thanks for the great weekend!

Amazing...but

The house was beautiful, well stocked and clean. I went for a girl's weekend where we wanted to sit by the pool and hot tub for days. The control panel for the pool wouldn't work, even when I reset it per the company. The company had to turn the heat on the hot tub for us, but after hours wouldn't respond. After use, it wouldn't keep heat. So other times the hot tub was lukewarm and the pool freezing. This was super disappointing. We specifically booked this one because of the private pool and spa.

Great space for families

This condo was perfect for our New Year vacation. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and furniture, grill, and of course the swimming pool is always the favorite spot. Beautiful views and a quiet neighborhood make it a place we'll remember.

Perfect Stay

The home was perfect for our family. It was clean and the beds were newer and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels to use and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels and liquid hand soaps in all the bathrooms. The pool was very nice and the grill and patio was enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again. It was an easy drive into Zion and close to grocery and dining. The neighborhood pool was fun for the kids for a change up from the one in our backyard. We even enjoyed s'mores one evening by the fire pit on the balcony.

Extended Family Getaway

Awesome extended weekend stay with our married kids, grandchildren and my parents. The configuration was perfect with plenty of king size bed suites and a bunk room for the kiddos. All of the furniture was comfortable and well kept up. We had plenty of space to spread out as well. Having 2 large gathering rooms was wonderful. We loved having our own pool as well as access to the larger pool across the street with the slide and splash pad. A grocery store was close as well as other shops for anything we needed or forgot. The complex also had a gym and pickle ball courts available. I took off one star on location due to the home backed a street that was busy with constant dump trucks for some construction up the street and it was loud all day in the backyard. When the construction finishes it should be much quieter. We would for sure come back. The rental company was super easy to work with and sent us several texts during our stay and before with updates and access info. Any help was just a text away. We were even offered a discount on staying and additional night the day before check out. It was a wonderful trip.

Perfect getaway weekend!

Such a fun weekend and such an awesome house. The cleanliness was perfect. The whole process working with red sands was the easiest and most helpful rental we have experienced. We will definitely rent this particular home again and will always use Red Sands for all our future rentals. Can't say enough good things about how great it was!

Best place to stay!

Ocotillo is such a great place to stay, it's close to the tuacahn, and snow canyon with tons of hikes. There was plenty to do for entertainment for everyone at the house, basketball, ping pong, and games. The private pool spa was amazing and the house was very clean. Thanks for the opportunity to rent it we will definitely be back.

Very nice home

We thought the home was very nice and pretty. We felt like the cleaners could have done a better job cleaning, but I notified Red Sands. Great location to Tuacahn. Beds were pretty good and we felt like the kitchen was pretty well supplied, except for spices. There were absolutely no spices! I would recommend it to others.

Excellent home for a large group in a quieter location

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, and there is plenty of space for our large group. We enjoyed having an on-site, private pool, and the common pool area was much more convenient than other locations we’ve stayed at. The beds were comfortable, and the house was pretty functional for our size of a group. Overall we highly recommend this property!
