Tucked just off 28th Street, you're near restaurants, shops and quick bites. The boardwalk and beach are an easy walk or a quick drive away. A comfortable and convenient home base for couples and families.

Fully Equipped Kitchen – Everything you need to have a home cooked meal during your stay. If there is a specific item you want to ask about, please send a message, we would be happy to verify and or get that item for your stay if possible.



All bedrooms and living room come with a Smart TV for streaming services.



Internet / WIFI Available throughout the entire property.



The following will be provided for each stay:



• Bed linens, pillows, comforters and bathroom towels

• Starter Toilet paper roll will be provided for each bathroom

• Hand soap for each Bathroom

• Starter Paper towel roll for the kitchen(s)

• Dish washing liquid soap and or dish washer detergent gel pods

• Laundry gel pods

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home. This includes two free on site parking spots in a private lot.



The Neighborhood:

Bayside community in a sought-after location for many travelers. Providing a location with both a relaxing setting, amazing views from roof tops, but within walking distance of the Ocean City boardwalk and beach.



Getting Around:

You will be within minutes (10) of the bus spot for the Ocean City bus. I recommend walking though, especially on beautiful summer days! You can walk to the beach and boardwalk in roughly 15 minutes, and will pass various dining establishments along the way.



Other Things to Note:

This unit is part of a multi-unit building. You will be on an upper floor. Other units in in the building available upon request.



Interaction with Guests:

I or a member of my team will be available via the messaging app, text or cell phone. In the event that you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out. If it is an emergency, certainly call. If an in person interaction is required, we will facilitate to meet your need or request. A phone call is preferred between 9PM-6AM EST for matters that need immediate attention.
