Le loft dispose d'un joli jardin privé permettant de profiter d'agréables moments en plein air.

Il dispose de 3 chambres et d'un canapé-lit dans l'espace relax, peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et est entièrement meublé et équipé pour offrir un séjour confortable.

➡️ IMPORTANT: le loft est équipé d’un système de rafraîchissement (qui n’est pas une climatisation) pour l’été, et d’un chauffage au sol pour l’hiver.

POUR LES FAMILLES : lit d'enfant et chaise haute disponibles sur demande et sous réserve de disponibilité.

Pour les SÉJOURS À LA SEMAINE, la réduction est appliquée directement par le système.

Pour les RÉSERVATIONS MENSUELLES, la réduction est appliquée directement par le système. L'enregistrement du contrat est obligatoire pour les réservations de plus de 28 nuits. Les frais d'enregistrement (150 €) sont à la charge du client.

A votre arrivée, vous trouverez :

Great house for teens and Adirondack

We have a great stay. The house is modern, clean, great location and accurate to pictures. Just mindful the stairs are not recommendation if you have kids under 5 I think. Great host communication.

Distance away from major sites

Our family of 8 stayed here for 3 nights. The communication with the host was great and they gave us excellent advice and suggestions. It was clean and spacious. We did run out of toilet paper and the host told us we needed to buy more that they only provide us with 9 rolls. That was a problem for us bc we were not familiar with the area. The location was ok and neighborhood was a little sketchy We had to Uber every where which was a cost we weren’t expecting. The beds were like sleeping on boards and the pillows could have knocked someone out bc they were so hard. This was our 3rd time in Italy. If staying in Milano we would recommend staying in a hotel and not a VRBO. VRBO’s our first choice when we travel but is definitely a hotel stay.

Pillows, for example, are in Memory Foam so high quality but it is possible that, for Your personal taste, You prefer something else. We are sorry that You did not appreciate but thanks for Your feedback, we are always very attentive to all suggestions. The area is very well served by public transport, as highlighted by MAPS. The experience of an apartment vacation is very different from that of a hotel but we understand, in this case, You would prefer a hotel. In each apartment there is a welcome kit, with 3/4 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, soap dishes, dishwasher tablets, scottex etc as written in the description. Depending on the use, the guest will have to provide.

Excellent Designer Property for Our Large Group

This property was wonderful for our family's use. It was close enough to the Green Metro Line M2 (Loreto -> 19 min walk) and the Red Metro Line M1 (Loreto -> 19 min walk and Pasteur ->11 min walk). Nico was very nice and helpful when checking in and when we had a maintenance problem (self-inflicted, not the property's fault). The property was well designed, very stylish, and very comfortable. The WiFi coverage was great and super fast. The available washer/dryer combo was perfect for our large group. Some tips... it may not be listed in VRBO, but this property can offer cribs for those traveling with infants. Also, be sure to ask how to use the AC during check-in... I could not quite figure out how to control it, but the place was always at a comfortable temperature for us. Lastly, the key to the community's main entrance does not work well from the street-facing side, it is better to reach around and use the key to unlock the gate from the inside of the door.

Terrible noise - couldn't sleep

The apartment's 'cooling system' was not airconditioning and did not cool below 27 degrees - this was way too hot. Worse though was the loud banging that occurred every 2.5 minutes for the last three nights. While the manager tried to remedy (it was a faulty water pump) it was not fixed and we could not sleep. i asked for money to be refunded for this time but was not answered. Unacceptable.

Dear Sarah we are truly sorry to read your review , we alwasy accept all kind of critics because this is part of the job and we are aware of that but allow me just to say couple of things The cooling system (which is not air conditioning system) works very well and it keeps the temperature around 21 degres - unfortunately we had the worst heat ever , an extreme situation , we haven't had rain for months so that could have been a problem , but why you have used the blanket we put in the closet ? we found them outside on the beds.. but it's ok Regarding the loud noise , what can I say , it's such a personal sensation that I'm nobody to judge i hope you have enjoyed at least the city of Milano

Great Experience

An enjoyable stay. Very nice for our group of 6, with the open kitchen being an incredible bonus when sharing meals at the loft. Whilst being so close to the station might scare some people, we didn't have any issues. We recommend !

Fantastic stay

Stayed with the group of 8... Property is divine, very modern and very safe, has everything you may need and even more.... but the best part is a private garden. Definitely something to repeat!!! p.s. Nico & Co. are great hosts!!!

Thanks but no thanks

The property itself is pretty great! I was traveling with 3 colleagues and there was more than enough space for all of us. The property was also very clean and well appointed. The location is just ok. It is about 10 minutes walking to the central station but over an hour walk to get to the centre. If you choose to stay here, be prepared to rely on uber or public transportation to get around the city. Unfortunately there were a few issues with regard to the host that left a sour taste in my mouth and would make me reluctant to recommend this property or stay here again. 1. The host requires paperwork to be sent prior to arrival. This includes things like passport info, birthdates and citizenship. Not a big deal really but this was not requested by any other host in Italy and took a bit of time to fill out. 2. We stayed at the property for 1 week. I did not hear anything from the host until 11pm the night before our departure. The message was to inquire what time we would be checking out in the morning as they needed to meet us to get the keys and do a walk through. I had already gone to bed when this message came through. Unfortunately I was also unaware that we needed to plan a time to meet and return the keys otherwise I would have set that up in advance. Most places just tell you to leave the keys inside when you check out. I replied to the message at 7am when I woke up only to have another message from the host. They were furious that I had not responded to their message in a timely manner and said they were going to call the police to get us out. I was shocked. When I replied to the message apologizing, it was met with an aggressive attack on how I didn’t communicate properly (I should be the one to reach out), I didn’t fill out the forms properly and I better have the tourist tax ready for payment. I have stayed at dozens of properties around the world as well as host myself in Canada. I have never been treated more poorly by a host ever. I am sure the host will reply to this message and blame me for everything that went wrong. What happened to hospitality? 3. The host charges a tourist tax on top of the stay. This is indicated in the information and did not come as a surprise. I only mention it as all other hosts we stayed with in the country had the tourist tax included in their nightly rate. It is a bit inconvenient as you must have cash on hand to pay them. Bottom line, they don’t make it easy for the guest.

Fantastisk ferielejlighed i Milano

Superlækker lejlighed i 2 plan. Rigtig flot indretning/stil - og med plads til mange. Vi havde et rigtigt dejligt ophold, og vil helt sikkert gerne komme tilbage. Kontakten til udlejningsagenturet fungerede upåklageligt, og vi fik en meget imødekommende og god service. Lejligheden ligger tæt på supermarkeder og tæt på Central Station, hvorfra der er mulighed for transport til lufthavn eller videre med metroen rundt i skønne Milano. Vi kan klart anbefale denne lejlighed :=)

Great apartment and friendly staff

Apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. Only low point is that there is not much noise reduction from living room to bed rooms. But this is a thing you can resolve within your group.

Reasonable but very expensive for what was offered

The apartment was nice but the location a long walk away from access to public transportation. Moreover the owner was very cheap with towels. We were five people and it wasn't even possible to have an additional towel in the separate bathroom !!! Finally the biggest surprise we found was a little "brown one" in the toilette. Disgusting!!!

Dear Sir, I'm very surprised to read your review and at the same time quite sad about it because our only intention is to offer the best possible service and reading such a comment it is not what we aim to , so first of all , we are sorry if we didn't achieve our goal It's a pity that you don't think the apartment is close to public transports but honestly the Central Station (where you can take either green and/or yellow subway line , trains to all destinations , Passante Ferroviario S1 and S13 , bus n.1 , 2 , 5, 9,22 , 42 and many more) , as described and localized on the apartment description, it is just 600 meter away (not even 5 minutes by walk) and it's a straight street ; plus there are many buses and trams all around in Viale Lunigiana which is 2 minutes away As for the towels , I really don't know what you mean : we provide two towels (large and medium) for each guest that stay inside the apartment (if you stay less than 7 nights) which is something quite normal when you rent an apartment , I honestly don't think this means being cheap with towels (the apartment has everything else you might need for cooking and not only) Plus you were able to check-in as soon as you arrived at the apartment and we have let you stay until 7pm for the checkout , all of this without any extra charges or anything like that Said that , please accept my apologies if you didn't feel completely satisfy about the apartment you have rented and/or service provided and I hope I will have the chance to host you again here in Milan in any other properties we rent , offering you a good rate.
