House was very comfortable for our group of 7 - 5 adults and two teens. Enough toiletries and towels were provided. Kitchen js well stocked with pots pans plates etc. Location is great with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and transportation close by.

My family enjoyed our brief stay in the apartment. The owner was very respomsive and provided a book that answered all of our questions and gave some great restaurant options. The apartment was very clean.

Great stay

Great apartment. Good, quiet location. Very secure. Easy ride on the nearby #14 tram to Duomo and other key tourist sites. Management was super-communicative from start to check-out and beyond. Definitely would stay here again.

Spacious accommodation in Milan

Located in a quiet residential area, we found a spacious and clean apartment that could accommodate our party of 6 adults. The apartment allowed us to relax after long days exploring the city. Located within a short walking distance to several cafes and restaurants, as well as the metro line that runs directly to the Duomo and shopping area or the Navigli District. The hosts were very responsive and we would absolutely stay at this accommodation again.

Very clean. One floor below top floor (5/6). During entire stay there was hammering going on upstairs from 9-5. Wanted to adjust to jet lag but sleep not possible. Also, for those who actually want to cook, kitchen had 1 dish towel, no potholders, no mixing bowls, no measuring cups or spoons, no ice cube trays - very difficult to do more than make toast and boil water. Plusses were: elevator, washer, drying racks, fridge, stove and dishwasher. A/c units in each room were nice, although operating instructions would have helped. Tax and extra bed charge for 2 people sleeping in 2 beds not clearly mentioned in VrBo listing, but should have been disclosed prior to booking.

Wonderful stay in Milan

The apartment was located in a great neighborhood and was so spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything you need, their balconies, a big living room, and comfortable bedrooms. The neighborhood is relatively quiet but also has several restaurants within a one block walk. Supermarkets are also close by. Communication with the host was fantastic. She answered my questions promptly and is very friendly. Overall a terrific place to stay.

Wonderful apartment

We were staying in Milan for a few days and lucked out with this great apartment. Super nice, well appointed and very comfortable. It’s not n Solari neighborhood—friendly, good restaurants. Need to walk 35 min or take transport (a lot nearby) to get to center of Milan. Short walk to Navigli which is also full of restaurants and cafes. Hosts were wonderful and communicated well. I would stay here again!

Wonderful weekend in Milan

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this Apartment in Milan. The layout is really practical and great for a group of friends. We loved the style of the decor. It’s located in a really safe and quiet building. Good air con which was essential for the heat this July. Brilliant to have two bathrooms. Only small negative was both the showers heads struggled to stay up in perfect position. Overall great stay and would recommend. Thanks so much â˜ș

Huge space to recover from the crazy city centre

A bright, airy, absolutely enormous apartment tucked away in a quiet apartment building away from the madness of central Milan, but steps away from the #14 tram to take you to the action. This was a beautiful space and very comfortable, with two large bedrooms and one small bedroom that can be combined with one of the larger ones—perfect for a kid. The air conditioning units kept the place very cool even in 36Âș weather. There are plenty of restaurants, and because you're not in the city centre, they're not chock full of tourists behaving poorly. There is an Esselunga (huge, huge grocery store) 5-10 minutes' walk away, and of course bakeries and caffĂšs and everything else you need. Our communication with Sveva was amazing, always answered very very quickly, and the information we needed including the WiFi was right on the table as we walked in.

Great and Quiet Location

We loved this beautiful and spacious home with two bedrooms and two baths. Although I did not meet Sveva, she was very attentive to our needs. Ludovica, who we met during our check-in process, is a lovely lady that was always available to any questions that we might have. I can't say enough about all her help. This apartment is in a gated and very quiet neighborhood. It is an older home that was built with materials that would last a very long time. It has a lanai off every french door. It also has everything that you would need; i.e., well stocked kitchen with more than one set of dishes, lots of espresso/cappuccino cups, pots and pans, napkins (which you usually never find in other apartments/homes on VRBO). I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Good value, a true Milan neighborhood

Spacious, comfortable city apartment, with several good restaurants nearby. A tad out from the city center but a taxi stand is a block away, and the tram is also right there. Our flight was delayed and Sveva was very understanding; due to the delay, self check-in was done but it was a bit cumbersome. If the opportunity arises, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
