Enjoy a relaxing Sea Pines vacation while staying at this beautifully decorated, two story villa with the most breathtaking rear lagoon view. Take in the view from the spacious screened in porch or simply by gazing out the window from the kitchen table. Just a quick 5 minute walk to our beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches-just use beach access #45 just across N. Sea Pines Drive. The bridge over the lagoon in back ends at a well maintained practice putting green that you can use. 1/2 mile to 600 acre forest preserve with horseback guided tours daily and electric boat echo tours. Bedroom configuration is first floor king suite, and two bedrooms upstairs, one with a second king bed and the other with two twins. All bathrooms are en suites. New furniture, new kitchen, and many new updates in the past few years, 75 Fairway is a guest favorite in our group. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. Register for your pass at southbeachpool.com.

As with all of our villas, enjoy a couple of free bikes for exploring Harbor Town, South Beach, and the miles of winding paths. We also provide a free fitness center pass to a local gym, free WIFI, free tennis at South Beach and discounts on additional bike rentals. The pictures tell the story--all that is missing is you!
