Magnifique condo situé dans le sud ensoleillé de la Californie sur Ensenada Court, à quelques pas de Mission Bay, de l’océan Pacifique / Mission Beach et de Balboa Park. Situé sur le côté de la baie de South Mission Beach dans un quartier calme. La maison a une grande cuisine, barbecue à gaz et grande terrasse sur le toit. Garez-vous dans un garage tandem ou dans le parking Belmont à quelques pas de là. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer une excellente semaine à San Diego avec un climat idéal toute l'année. Profitez du lever de soleil sur la baie et du magnifique coucher de soleil depuis la plage. Sea World est si proche que vous pouvez voir la tour depuis le toit. Vous avez également une superbe vue sur les toits de l'océan, de la baie et des montagnes russes de Belmont Park. Marchez ou faites du vélo pour tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la semaine ou prenez votre voiture pour rejoindre le centre-ville de San Diego et profiter de la vie nocturne animée et des merveilleux restaurants à seulement 10 minutes. Great accommodations in a great location

Great accommodations with a rooftop deck that can't be beat. You can enjoy the Sea World fireworks looking over everything. Very clean, master bedroom and bathroom can't be beat. Highly recommend.

FAMILY VACATION

It had everything you could ask for and them some. Bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and beach towels. Along with a wagon to take everything to the beach. Top deck had views of the bay and ocean, and perfect spot for watching Seaworld's fireworks every night.

Terrific Mission Beach condo

Warren & Margaret's condo was everything represented and more. We have stayed at many owner rentals both in the US and internationally. This condo was incredibly well provisioned from the kitchen cabinets full of herbs and spices to the boogie boards and sand chairs in the garage. The location is fabulous, literally steps away from the clean beach (with calm water ideal for very young children). The two decks were perfect for outdoor living and dining. The rooms were comfortable for our group of 2 couples and one 7-year old (with a bunk bed that would have accommodated another child/teenager). We would happily stay here again on another San Diego visit.

Perfect location and beautiful finishes

This was a beautifully finished 3 level with multiple patios and a rooftop deck. Everything is so organized and if you have any questions there is a book of instructions. Our Tahoe didn't fit in the garage, but we could always find a parking spot. There was plenty of room for the six of us which included two adults, three teenage boys all over 6' and a 16 year old girl. We loved the location, all of the bikes and the proximity to everything. We walked or rode the bikes everywhere for a week. It was a true vacation. You can tell they care about their home and its upkeep, and they give you the tools to keep it clean. The master bed was really comfortable, I loved the large shower. The towels were really good quality and the linens were too. We had the windows open the whole week, we loved the break from constant A/C in Utah. The beach is beautiful. The rooftop deck was to die for! The teenagers were a little bummed that there aren't fireworks at night anymore at Sea World. (I liked not having fireworks) This is a beautiful and safe unit that I felt right at home in. Overall, this is my favorite VRBO property I have stayed in. Thank you Margaret and Warren for letting us stay at in your home! We will be back!

AMAZING RENTAL VALUE!

Great location and the condo is just beautiful! The full-time residents in the area are wonderful people to visit with, especially "Richard"! The furnishings are EXACTLY as shown, and these owners go out of their way to provide a wonderful alternative to a resort. These kind people treat their vacation renters as visiting friends or family; every possible thing one could think of is provided including spices, bicycles, beach towels and cooking utensils for an entire family. As a former long-term resident of the San Diego area, this condo fit the bill perfectly for my daughter, son-in-law and teen grandchildren so that I could show them the beautiful city of my childhood. It's centrally located, close to everything including the beach! The only "down side", which is far from the owners' control, are the "Dumpster Divers" that go through one's trash night and day. This unfortunately is common to any of the beach areas; but they seem to be harmless and when asked to stop and go away, they did. I would highly recommend this condo to ANYONE and thank these wonderful owners again for such a wonderful, generous, safe and enjoyable stay!

Best Part of Our Vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was immaculately cleaned and organized--they had everything we needed, including beach towels, toys, chairs, and bikes. We enjoyed the rooftop patio with its ocean and bay view. Each night we watched the Seaworld fireworks from there. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible from the house by foot, bike, or car. The Mission had a delicious brunch! The owners' communication is timely, helpful and welcoming. The manual they left contained everything we needed to know. Hands down, we would stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The perfect place to stay in San Diego!

This is the perfect place to stay in San Diego, especially for families! It is a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the bay. The condo has absolutely everything you need, and even more that you didn't know you needed but were so glad was there! The layout is great and is very clean. The rooftop deck is great for eating, lounging, playing and watching fireworks from. We would recommend this place to anyone. Warren is wonderful to work with and everything was exactly as we expected, and even more! We had the best vacation there!

Great Place

This place is everything it advertises it to be. It has an excellent location. The home is exceptionally well equipped. It is beautifully decorated. It has a one car garage, bikes, boggy boards, beach chairs... The kitchen has everything. There are several outdoor decks, one for eating and one for view the night sky which includes nightly fireworks from Sea World. Wow, this was a good call

Our son was in a baseball tournament the first week of August. The other families were in a hotel for the week and our family of 5 stayed at Warren's place. Best move we could ever make. With the 3 bedrooms everyone had plenty of space and the televisions and intenet kept the kids connected. The beds were like sleeping at home, very comfortable. The decks, BBQ, and kitchen made us feel like we had it all at our fingertips. Bikes. boogie boards and towels on site allowed us to pack less and just come in and enjoy San Diego/Mission Beach. Amazing Vacation

Our family of four just left Mission Beach, CA and we are sad that are vacation is over! Staying at this condo with children was easy and convenient I think this is the only way we'll vacation from now on. The condo was very clean and ready for us when we got there. A short distance from the beach and Belmont Park, we were able to walk to and from the beach even with a 2 and 3 year old. Two amazing decks to enjoy the weather and fireworks from Sea World. The house had everything you might need. Kitchen fully stocked with all cooking needs, pack-n-play, baby gates, stroller, beach chairs, bikes. This was more convenient than staying at a hotel when it comes to traveling with children who still needs naps and knowing at night their room would be quiet with no noisy neighbors or parties. We will definitely use this place again with no hesitation.

They thought of everything!!!! Highly recommend.

I uesed to live on Bayside walk and now take my family back every summer for the past 11 years. Out of every place we have rented single houses, condo's etc. I was really surprised when i walked in. The picture's do not do it justice. The owner's thought of it all. From bikes, strollers, blankets toys, list goes on. The place was completely stocked of everything we needed. We had two families on this trip and there was plenty of room and it was very quiet. To decks to enjoy dinner and fireworks. Park your cars and walk anywhere you need. Location is perfect and one of the cleanest have rentals we have stayed at on the beach.

Thanks for the comments. This is our home for much of the summer, so it is set up for us, our kids and grandkids. We try to keep everything current and leave it all out for our guests to enjoy. We spend days without ever getting in our car. It is so much more enjoyable to walk or ride a bike. I love sitting on the sea wall watching the sunset and then grabbing an ice cream at Belmont Park. Then it is back to the condo to watch the fireworks from Sea World every night from the rooftop deck.

Great Vacation Get-A-Way!

This condo is a great get-a-way and we definitely recommend it! It is very clean, comfortable, spacious, relaxing and private. It feels more like a home than a rental. It is equipped with a full kitchen, cable T.V., wireless internet, gas BBQ, patio dining and fantastic roof-top views of the bay and the ocean. We love the quick access to the bay, beach and boardwalk, as well as paths for walking, bike riding and rollerblading. Our favorite Italian, Mexican and rib restaurants are all within walking distance. We really enjoy our early morning walks on the boardwalk, stopping for breakfast along the way and then continuing on for some great exercise! Get ready to relax because once you park your car in the garage, unless you chose to, you won't need to back it out until your vacation is over.

Growing up in Arizona, we both have great memories of vacations in Southern California. We also lived in Mission Viejo when our kids were young and after moving back to Arizona, we decided that we would eventually have a place by the beach at some point in our lives. We now spend 8-10 weeks here in the summer and allow others to enjoy our home away from home the rest of the time.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After vacationing in Mission Beach and Newport for many years, we decided to buy a place in Mission Beach where we could be close to all of the activities, but not right on the beach with all of the noise and people that go with it. Our family loves spending time here in the summer and the fact that we can literally spend a whole week and never get into a car, either walking or riding bikes everywhere that we want to go.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are close to the bay which is perfect for small children who can't handle the waves. We are close to the beach for the bigger kids who want to boogie board or surf! Wave watching is included!
