This is an amazing house in a fantastic location right across from the beach! It is within walking distance to everything you would need and we would love to stay here again.

My group stayed and we absolutely loved this house. The check in process was so easy and the house was beautiful. The distance from the beach was not bad at all and overall had a good location. Totally recommend!

Highly recommended place to stay! We will try and stay here again for sure! Bring your own beach chairs and toys and rent your own golf cart. Everything else was amazing! Super close walk to the beach and restaurants! My only complaint was I messaged the property manager before arriving with no response.

Perfect Father’s Day Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay over Father’s Day weekend! The house was absolutely perfect - clean and so beautifully decorated, every detail felt thoughtfully chosen! We loved how close it was to beach, yet still quiet and private. Even though it’s a big house, the AC worked amazingly well. The temperature in every room was perfect. Our toddler actually slept 14 hours straight one night, which has never happened before! That alone says a lot about how comfortable and peaceful the house was. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway

Gorgeous home! Warm and inviting. We only encountered a couple small issues. Pots and pans were not properly cleaned and we could never connect to the TV. ( Didnt bother me but some of the other guests complained) other than that everything was great! Beach is a quick walk accrosd the street.

We only had one working TV with no cable options. The Internet did get fixed, but was not available throughout the house. We also had an AC issue that took a couple of days to fix.The place was fabulous and the location was very convenient to the beach, the pool, and the local attractions.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spend a lot of time in the Destin area and have rented many properties over the years. Some great and some not so great. This one not so great. This property clearly needs some serious maintenance. The sliding door to the top floor deck will not open as the property is settling. The main entrance door with access keypad does not open and close properly. While the property is nicely furnished, it is quite dated and in need of replacement. Bar stools and dinning room chair seats are broken down. The outside furniture is very old and cheap. The TVs are small vintage 80s and do not support streaming. Most frustrating, the toilets do not flush well and require you to constantly reset the toilet tank seal. Spa tub does not work and drained water out to the floor. The outside BBQ grill is rusting away and dangerous to use. Given the abundant rental options in the area, one could certainly find a nicer property.

Amazing Family Vacay at St. Tropez

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The downstairs functioned as an in-law suite - our parents loved the privacy the ground floor provided and the ease of going in and out without disturbing the rest of the house. Great amenities, great location, and gorgeous property. Would highly recommend this home to groups and families headed to Destin!!!!

This home was was close to the beach which we loved. Also so convenient to have grocery stores nearby. Easy access to the gated community and home at check in. And the property was awesome. Definitely has a lot of room and very comfortable. We would definitely consider this property again for another getaway trip.

Everything about this property is beautiful the scenery is gorgeous. This unit we stayed in I have no words it's just something you see out of a storybook the unit was clean an the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I reached out to Amanda for a question we had on our 1st night she call me back within minutes She was very helpful and very sweet I definitely can't wait until our next vacation here.
