This newly remodeled home offers 3 Bedrooms which includes a Bunk Room for the kids, 2 baths plus an outdoor shower, an open-concept living/kitchen/dining area, tons of parking and so much more. This neighborhood will remind you of the classic "Old Florida Charm" that's so hard to find today. Book today to make the memories you'll cherish tomorrow!

Unique Property Features:
~ PRIVATE beach access. Guests & Owners of small neighborhood are the only people who will be on your beach.
~ Open space around home. There is a private neighborhood park extending from the front yard and a pond extending from the back yard.
~ Large shaded outdoor space. The gulf breeze blows through this shaded space making it a great place to spend time.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

GOLF CART- is not provided. We can provide the golf cart for $100/day but must be rented for your full stay. No golf carts are allowed outside the neighborhood as it is illegal to drive them on HWY 98 or the sidewalk so they must stay in the Neighborhood. We would require a signed waiver and a credit card on file for the golf cart. Must be 21 to drive the golf cart no exceptions.

Beach Getaway

This property is clean, fully furnished, has comfortable beds, has seating on the porch with a partial view of the ocean, and is a very short walking distance to the beach. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Peaceful retreat

We loved our stay this week. The property was beautiful, great views with a short walk to beach, no shoes required. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, boards, etc. Enjoyed relaxing, cooking/grilling and evening beach strolls.

Quick Beach Trip

The property was extremely close to the private beach access. Plenty of parking. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. Even had sharp knives which is a rarity in a rental house. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent as well

Perfect spot for our family vacation

The house was wonderful! It was perfect for our family and our stay. We have always stayed in condos and after this vacation we may never stay anywhere but a house! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The walk to the beach was really short. House was clean and decorated very well. Will definitely try to book this house again on future trips!

Perfect vacation for our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home and the location was perfect! The pool was most definitely the best we have ever had in a rental property. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and the walk to the beach was easy! Neighborhood was safe and we even had the benefit of an ice cream truck that visited the neighborhood! Outdoor entertainment area was a big plus! Adults and kids in our party give this rental a 10 out of 10!

Amazing!

This house is absolutely perfect- beautiful and charming, so comfortable and spacious. Outdoor space is abundant, the deck, under the house as well as a little green park right out the front door. Neighborhood is small and quiet and the beach is right there. My family did not want to leave!!

Amazing beach house!

We loved our stay at Old Florida Charm! The private beach and private pool were simply amazing. Our kids loved the put put area and the downstairs area by the pool was so nice to have, we ate many of our dinners outside. The outdoor shower was so nice to have after beach time. The private beach was amazing and never crowded. Took about 2 minutes to walk to the beach, was not far at all I honestly think its quicker than being in a busy condo waiting for an elevator to get downstairs. The neighborhood was so quiet and quaint and very close to shopping and restaurants. We felt very safe at this house. The property owners are top notch, never had rental management so in contact and friendly. 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying here again this year. We loved the new landscaping in the yard and the addition of the new chairs by the pool. The only things we weren’t so excited about were the bedding and towels. They were the exact same ones as last year and are becoming a little worn. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the spices for sure! I would love to see the golf cart included with the rental. The price was too high for a cart that only has access to the neighborhood. Other than those small things, we love the house and will probably be back next year.

Amazing!

Beautiful home, fantastic location. Private beach access was worth everything. Having our own pool was the cherry on top. First time visiting the area, usually go further south down the gulf, we will definitely be back. Followed several facebook groups to get an understanding of shopping, restaurants and things to do. Very helpful. Thank you for sharing your home.

Annual Fall Beach Trip

Everything was as described in ads except the heat for the pool was not yet available. Very clean and free of clutter. It was nice to have a few extra things that most rentals do not provide, like extra trash bags, a condiment cabinet stocked with basic products. And lots of beach/pool toys and chairs to use.

Great Vacation

This is a beautiful home with a gorgeous pool with easy access to the private beach without having to cross a street to get there. The location is great because you are near shopping and restaurants, yet you feel miles away from it all once you pull into the small neighborhood. The front porch and the patio area under the house were a favorite of ours. Beautiful view of the ocean and the small park from the porch, and a beautiful view of the pool from the downstairs patio. The house is also beautifully decorated with lots of extra touches. Also, easy communication with Donna was excellent and appreciated. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Property, had everything

The house is exactly as pictured. The beds & pillows were COMFY, plenty of space for everyone and all activities. The kitchen is one of the best vacay kitchens I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot!): spices, bowls, pans, utensils, etc were amazing. Plenty of towels (beach & bath), laundry space is great too. The private beach is SUPERB - large crowds everywhere except on this little patch of paradise. Pool wasn't quite ready to use for us but it looks wonderful. If you're on the fence about this property... GO FOR IT.

The Owners thought of everything!

I know this review may seem long, but I want to be sure I leave my review as detailed as I can because I know the importance of a good review since I look to Reviews before I choose and book my vacation home. We just enjoyed a week at Old Florida Charm and the home was even better than described. From kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes and pots and pans, to comfy beds with fresh white linens, plenty of both bathroom and beach towels, to extra fans in every room, to beach chairs and boogie boards, and to a very short 2 minute walk out your front door to the beautiful white sand private beach, this home did NOT disappoint. This home made you feel “at home”. Additionally, I have to add what another reviewer mentioned, they even have a great kitchen knife set! which is not the case in many of the rentals I have previously stayed in. My two favorite things about this home were the cleanliness and the proximity to the beach. The host, Ryan, was great and reached out to confirm all was good from day 1. We will definitely be back and will recommend this home to friends and family when they plan a trip to Destin/Miramar Beach.

Graduation Vacation

We booked this vacation for my 18 y/o son’s high school graduation. We also incorporated my other son’s former graduation, since it was the midst of COVID 2020 when he graduated. Our party consisted of a few 18 y/o’s, 21 y/o’s and the two old fart parents, all who traveled from Las Vegas. We enjoyed sipping morning coffee and evening vino on the wrap around deck. The house was spacious and in a location that felt very safe. I think the teens left the front door unlocked accidentally a few nights. The beach is literally a few steps away, with beautiful white sand beaches. The private beach access was great, since we walked a quarter mile west and the beaches there were flooded with people. Our piece of paradise was not crowded and there was no issues sitting completely beachside. The only bummer was that the pool was not available for another few weeks, but we knew that when we booked it. The kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, utensils, gadgets and spices. It was only missing martini glasses. Our family had a great trip! The house was one of my favorite parts! It is only about 4 miles from the main Destin tourism.

Words can't do it justice...

This place is beautiful. Exactly as described, if not better. It was very clean when we arrived. It has a well stocked kitchen with all the spices you could need (sans black pepper, which we left, so it's there now), and really nice appliances. Beds are comfortable, as is the living room furniture. House is spacious and well decorated. The living room had ample seating for our group of 5. The porch is amazing to hang out and enjoy the breeze almost any time of day. The grill is also very nice and easy to use. The outdoor shower is awesome for when you return from the beach. Having nice beach chairs provided was a bonus, and my son enjoyed the beach toys. The area is very private, and seemed very safe. We left our wagon and all our non-valuave beach stuff in the area under the house and never worried about it. The beach, even at the end of July was not crowded at all. The walk from the house was not bad at all. 2-3 minutes max. The host service was very friendly and checked in with me multiple times, even though we had no issues at all. I definitely hope we can return next year!

Vaca Getaway ☀️

First off you are dealing with Destins finest people if you choose this property!! Ryan, Meghan, and Miss Donna are phenomenal property owners and managers!!🙌👏👏♥️ Our vacation getaway with our entire family was an absolute amazing experience! We enjoyed every moment from the beach, to golf cart rides, to many “Alvin Andy’s” haha shopping trips! 😆 One day we had fun at the outlet mall as well! I don’t know about your family but we took about 925 pictures! Seriously😜 My husband LOVES to capture every moment! We enjoyed the lovely PRIVATE beaches that this property has to offer. Any questions or concerns I had Donna would text me immediately to address my questions. She truly is AWESOME!! The property was clean, comfortable and had the basic necessities to get us started. I can say with absolute confidence that I will ALWAYS book with Ryan and Meghan!! It’s so hard to find hard working people like ourselves who truly care about our needs. We had to switch properties at the last minute and they upgraded us at no additional costs!! Like seriously, who does that?! And Donna was just seriously incredible!💗 If you’re looking for a place to stay definitely stay with Ryan & Megan!! If you want that EXTRA attention or just need those couple of questions taken care of, RYAN & MEGHAN! MODERE~ Love you guys♥️ We will grab dinner next year 😄

The neighborhoods private beach was an unexpected blessing. No waking up early to claim a spot. The back yard was an oasis with a real sized pool that my kids could actually play in while I floated on the other end. I can't wait to come back.
