Designer Decorated Home - Accès privé, à pied de la plage - Grande piscine et spa!

Nouvelle maison dans une communauté fermée sur l'île de Vero Beach. Cette maison est décorée par un designer avec des plafonds de 14 pieds et une cuisine gastronomique avec une cuisinière à gaz et des appareils haut de gamme. Cette maison est parfaite pour les familles avec enfants. L'accès privé à la plage est à quelques pas. La plage est très calme et l'accès public est à des kilomètres. Cette maison se trouve sur un demi-acre avec une piscine, un jacuzzi et une clôture à l'épreuve des enfants. Le grand Lanai est un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre et profiter de la journée.

Winter getaway

Very nice house. The host was excellent, making sure that everything was in order. Great house for families. We enjoyed the pool, plenty of room for everyone and I especially liked the office so that I could get work done. Close to downtown Vero but far enough to be private. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach, this is perfect.

Spectacular Vero Beach luxury home

We stayed for a total of two weeks in this fabulous home. First week with family, second week just myself with my husband. House is so much better than pictures depict! Such a great location to the beach and beautiful backyard pool. The property manager, Richard is so nice and very responsive. We had a beautiful two weeks of fun and would highly recommend this beautiful home,

This home is everything you would ever want for a family get together. Plenty of room for everyone with all of the amenities. The property manager goes above and beyond to insure you have everything you need and answer any questions. Even set up a couple of tee times at a local country club.. Perfect house for our family vacation!

Our family had a wonderful stay!! It is a beautiful house that you feel comfortable in right away. Everyone had their own space, so we never felt like we were on top of each other. It was nice to have an office area for those who needed to check in with work during the week. The pool was perfect and used every day! The beach access was an easy walk that we all enjoyed every morning and night after dinner. The beach wagon was definitely appreciated! The location of the house was nice. Easy to get to the grocery store, restaurants and the Navy Seal Museum was a big hit with our grandsons! The communication was awesome! Questions were answered VERY quickly! Everything that is listed was there which is so appreciated. We had an amazing week in an amazing home!

Lovely

We shared this home with another family while our sons were at a spring break training camp at the Jackie Robinson training facility (Dodgertown). The house was spacious and spotless. The covered poolside patio was a perfect retreat during the rainy days. We could play cards, grill out and not be affected by the weather at all. I have rented houses for years now and one of the things I find important to me is what supplies are available if you cannot get to the store right away. With the baseball schedule we were unable to get back to the house until 10 pm. The house had everything we needed and then some. The owner is great to work with and the atmosphere is lovely. I would definitely recommend.

Great House - Comfortable & Roomy - Great Access to Ocean

Lots of room to enjoy, wonderful pool area, great access to beach across the street. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood to be in. Could have had better communication when we arrived, no notebooks outlining nearby attractions, restaurants and places to see, which is pretty standard. No directions on turning on the pool filter and spa; pool was a somewhat dirty with bugs when we arrived & filter not running. Later found out iPhone there was attached to pool/spa controls. (Note: iPhone "find my phone" alarm went off at 1:20 AM and scared the heck out of us!). All information should be there, as with other properties we have visited. Honestly, if you list a grill as an amenity, that grill should be equipped and ready to use. We were ready to grill burgers and had to run out & purchase propane and we did not receive a reimbursement when asked. Why advertise a grill if you have to buy propane? Never had that happen at a property we rented. (Amenities should be part of the home rental price). We used a broken broom to sweep the kitchen but no dust pan was found. Purchased bathroom tissue and paper towels only to find 2 large boxes of these items in garage later. (Helpful to get that notebook going with details :) Beds were comfortable and so was indoor temperature. The weather was great but could not sit outdoors at night due to lots of mosquitoes, so be prepared. In the daytime, the pool & the ocean were really, really wonderful. The beach is so private and gorgeous, it felt like we had it all to ourselves. We picked up a lot of trash on the beach from Hurricane Ian on our daily walks. We always clean up the rental home and leave all properties clean, even when on vacation! All beach towels were washed, dried & folded and we started a load of bed sheets before we left. Hope they get a notebook together with information for future guests. Thanks for sharing your spacious home with us.

I take all reviews very seriously and have never had the concerns that this tenant had. Unfortunately the property manager had a family situation and had to leave town before the tenants arrived. This was very unfortunate and was the root of the problems. This has never happened before and will never happen again. The pool filter is on a timer and goes on every day, the pool was also cleaned right before their arrival. There was a tropical storm that week which caused there to be a lot of debris and bugs around. We immediately had the pool cleaned again after hearing form the tenants. There are three propane tanks for the grill and we do fill them on a regular basis. I also gave this tenant a $500 refund for their troubles. Up to this point all of the information about the house has been given verbally. I have taken the advice on a notebook with house information, pool operation, internet, restaurants and local attractions and it is now available upon arrival. I am very sorry this happened and I can assure you this will never happen again. I take great pride in renting our home and want everyone to enjoy it as much as we do. My apologies for what happened and know we will take great care of you if you come again. Best, Dave

BEAUTIFUL, large house in gated community. Large, well equipped kitchen. Large heated pool. Delightful 6 min walk to the pristine beach via private access. The owner and property manager were very friendly, responsive, and helpful in making every aspect of our stay pleasant and easy.Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way and we look forward to returning!

West Ocean Oaks

This home was spectacular and as advertised. The beach was pristine and we had it pretty much to ourselves. Water was gorgeous. Even the walk to the beach was pretty. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the ocean. The wagon they have is great hauling your things to the beach. Richard the property manger and his daughter Eliza were great to work with. We can’t wait to go back.

A Vacation in Paradise

This home is a wonderful place to vacation with family. The location is perfect for beach time or just relaxing at the pool side. The rooms are beautifully decorated and maintained. Dave and Richard were very attentive and made sure that everything went smoothly. Our family would love to stay here again in the future.

A superb family vacation spot

This South Vero Beach, Fla. location is an outstanding spot for a family beach outing--and this home with pool made it even more so. The photographs online do not do this place justice--it is bright, open, sun-filled, cozy and comfortable--nicely decorated yet down-to-earth. The beach was all our own on several occasions, but with a good-sized pool at our footsteps, it was a difficult choice of where we should spend our time, with family members of all ages and two little ones who were entranced with the choices. Many restaurants nearby to choose from--and we found some great ones! Definitely a winner! I hope we'll find an opportunity to return.

Perfect Getaway!

This house was perfect for the low key vacation we were looking for. There was more than enough space for two families. It was stocked with everything we needed for the beach, pool, and cooking. My favorite part was relaxing on the lanai and watching the kids have a blast in the pool. The walk to the beach is short and extremely beautiful with the path cutting through amazing trees. We would book again! Just remember your bug spray as the no-seeums get bad at night.

We are a young active family of 5 . We love Vero Beach as it is such a beautiful place with so much to offer. We spend every December at the house for the holidays and head down whenever we can. Vero is truly a wonderful place with so much to offer.

This home is beautifully decorated with all of the comforts you would want. New large screen TV's, new grill, upgraded towels and linens, ceiling fans in every room top line appliances and much more.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We chose Vero Beach because it is such a pretty town that is not overrun with people and traffic. There are excellent restaurants and the down town area has great shops, fun nightlife and much more. We visited many FL towns and found Vero to be the right fit.
Our home is uniquely set up for two families and has all the comforts of a luxury home. The house is not cluttered with too much stuff yet offers all of the needed amenities and much more. The private access to the beach is a real bonus as the beach is spectacular. We supply all of the beach chairs, toys, cooler, towels etc.
