We always love coming to Wabasso Beach and ESPECIALLY this cottage! The location of the cottage being close to the beach is AMAZING! Love, Love the Dog friendly beach too! Our pups enjoyed their walks along the shoreline. An added bonus is the pool & hot tub! Plus we witnessed a SpaceX rocket launch too!
The private beach is perfect for morning walks with your best friends!!

Great location but

The location of this property was great - having the pool was also beautiful but when we arrived, three of the four beds had sheets that seemingly weren’t washed - they were covered in human and dog hair. There were half drank Gatorade bottles under the beds. One of the dining room chairs leg was broken and the dresser in the queen room had two broken drawers and couldn’t be used. The mosquito/sand flea situation around the pool was unbearable - I personally had 28 bites on my leg and torso. The king bedroom, for some reason, is about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house so we woke up sweating every night even with the temp turned down to 69/70. I was never emailed a code for the house the day before or day of - I had to personally reach out to the host to get a code. I had to message the host several times about the aforementioned problems as well as an unexpected water outage - it typically took about an hour to hear back but they did have water delivered to the home as we had a toddler in the house. Overall the property is beautiful but we encountered several problems while there.

Lovely little vacay home!

Easy to get to; easy check-in and great communication with the owners/hosts! The home was so perfect & inviting for our family stay! Really felt like we were on a great beach vacation!! Would love to stay there again someday!!

Winter Get Away

We had a nice "get-away" from the cold winter weather! My husband, our dogs, and I enjoyed a relaxing trip to the beach. The rental property is within a short walk to the beach. My husband enjoyed fishing, while our furry friends loved running around the fenced-in backyard. The pool was an added bonus. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get away from the cold!

The House is adorable. The photos of the backyard should be updated because it is now so much nicer than the pictures. The house has a bit of wear and tear and the driveway is small, 3 cars max. Beach access is awesome. Great for kids and adults.

A Wonderful Experience in a Beautiful Property

We had a terrific experience during our stay! The house was lovely, clean, and well maintained. The amenities were numerous. We did not experience a burdensome set of rules and tasks(like some places we’ve stayed)which helped make it a fun visit. The location was excellent with easy access to a beautiful and quiet stretch of beach. It was a solid value for the product, and we got to bring our dog, Yogi. All in all it was great! Highly recommend!

Perfect!!

Absolutely perfect location!! We were a family of 7 and had plenty of room. Backyard was plenty big for our golden doodle “Winnie” to run and enjoy. The small lizards were a bonus for her to chase and enjoy. Perfect location for a spur of the moment beach walk as it’s close enough without packing for the day. Will absolutely choose this location in the future for my family and friends. The parking is a little tight, but can fit 2 vehicles pretty easy. If you are looking for a great spot for you and your family, don’t sleep on this one!!

Florida trip

After staying in 2 “corporate owned” rentals lately it was very refreshing to stay somewhere with all of the personal touches. To me that’s what VRBO started off as. The kitchen was equipped enough we could manage meals from the house. The fenced back yard was great! The walk to the beach is so close it made it easy to get kids there. Communication by the owner was great. There were charging docks and speakers in the house which just made it feel more like home while we were there. The only downside is this rental is 11 hours away from my home. We will stay here again on our next trip for sure.

Summer Sojourn

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Wabasso is a hidden gem. It was convenient, close, and easy private access to the beach. Water was gorgeous and the beach was almost empty everyday. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy. House was extremely clean and not cluttered. All the amenities that were needed for a nice relaxing week. Already looking to book next year!

Wonderful home in Vero Beach

We had a fantastic stay at the Summerplace beach home in Vero Beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, the backyard was inviting, and the location steps from the beach was fabulous. We loved this house and will be repeat visitors. The owners were also great to work with and were very responsive.
