"All Decked Out" is a spacious 2 and a half story open concept beachside home with 5 separate decks for incredible beach and bay views!

Our home has 4/5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, multiple open-air AND screened-in decks, a fully fenced yard with hammock and charcoal grill and a spacious kitchen and dining area ready for great times with your family & friends.

"All Decked Out" is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in West End neighborhood, Playa San Luis, with ample driveway parking and is super close to the brand new ADA compliant beach walkover. The beach is closed to vehicles for added peace of mind.

Watch the sunset from the 3rd floor Eagle's Nest or the sunrise from the private master bedroom balcony. Let the kids run around the fully enclosed yard and downstairs area or the gated main deck. TVs with streaming options (Amazon Prime TV and Sling included) in each bedroom, living room and Eagle's Nest. Come relax!

Perfect place!

We loved our stay! It is spacious with plenty of beds and room for all. We especially loved the green space in front of the property that allowed for a peaceful view of the ocean.

Nice large bedrooms, great decks, great seating/dining/living room furniture

We had a family group plus a few very quiet teenagers and they loved the decks. We easily connected our computers to the TV for slideshow night. The walk to the beach is quick and easy and there is a beach view from both the front deck and the kitchen table. Two beach wagons, about 5 beach chairs and plenty of children’s toys on the bottom level. The other mom in our group plans to rent again with her family if it’s not sold by then! Kitchen well stocked with basics.

Communications with Crystle was fantastic replied to any questions very fast. Proximity to the beach was ideal for the kids just a short walk away. The home was very well stocked with all of the utensils to prepare a family meal. The home was very clean. TVs in each room made it great for that quiet time. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Six family members got together for a weekend at the beach. The house is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities to make for a fun stay. The house is a two minute walk from the beach. Great house!

The house was very clean. The gulf is literally in the backyard. Greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The cart was a huge assistance going to beach, one trip for everything we had.

Great house for large families or multi families

This has been one of the best houses we have stayed at. The furniture felt like home and great quality. Plenty of places for people to sit around and the kitchen was large enough for many adults to work around. My kids are 7 plus years old but I loved seeing how much is available for families that have toddlers/babies. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool a very short drive.

Great Family getaway

Wonderful stay. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we need needed. Close to the beach. Make sure you get Groceries and supplies before you get there. Grocery stores are scarce and expensive. Overall a great place and would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

This property is better than advertised. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. So close to the beach and a beach wagon, boogie boards and toys supplied. Games and toys in the house for all ages. Books too. Well stocked kitchen. It has everything. The kids really enjoyed the Eagle’s nest. We hope to return next summer. Definitely 5 stars

The property was as described on Vrbo. It was nicely decorated, clean and ready for our family to stay. Plenty of space for our group of 11 and accommodating even the baby with a playpen and highchair. Really appreciated the 2 wagons downstairs to haul our stuff to the beach. The only problem we had was the hurricane door when we got there; however the owners sent a locksmith out as soon as we called. Thanks for that! We will definitely return for our family getaway again.

July 18th stay

Everything was great except the towel situation. The lady that came counted the towels and was very rude. If she counted the right amount of towels, then why did she give us additional towels. She also went through our personal bedroom belongings looking for towels. Otherwise the place was beautiful and we enjoyed.

This home had it all! Plenty of space for us all to spread out. We had teenagers stay up in the Eagles Nest so they had some privacy. Our one year old granddaughter had her on nook filled with toys and books that kept her busy. Plenty of bedrooms that the rest of us could get away to with TV’s in them. The living room had lots of seating. The kitchen was big enough for several to get in it and cook and had lots of cabinets and counters. We enjoyed all our meals on the decks that had multiple tables and chairs. We were so close to the beach and enjoyed hearing the waves crash. The owners made sure we had plenty of beach toys and wagons to pull a short distance to the beach. The neighborhood pool was large and just a short walk or ride by golf cart. Our sons had a blast fishing the bay and the beach. What a trip to remember!

Our extended family of 11 stayed here the week of July 3 - 8, 2022 (six adults, 5 teenagers). We loved this property! It was perfect for a family our size and such close proximity to the beach! The pool was a tiny oasis 6 minutes (walk) away that we enjoyed several times throughout the stay and we had it to ourselves each time! Accessing the beach was easy, especially with the wagon provided, and the beach toys were an added bonus! We camped on the beach during the day and fished in the mornings and evenings. We used the grill several nights and cooked in the very well-stocked kitchen each other evening. Went into town a few times for fun, but it was so nice to just be able to hang out at the house and play games/enjoy food/hang out with the family! Definitely recommend this property! The whole neighborhood is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the space was perfect for us!

Great Beach House

We had a family gathering for a beach weekend at All Decked Out. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and had so many amenities! The kitchen was stocked with just about any cookware/bakeware/utensils needed to prepare and cook meals. Dishwasher, huge fridge w/ice maker, lots of counter space made our stay very pleasant. Kitchen table sat 8 which was perfect for us. Our one year old granddaughter sat at the head of the table in the highchair provided. She was delighted to find so many toys for her age there. The bathrooms were awesome, great water pressure, hot water galore. We didn't use the Eagles Nest game room but it could easily have been a 5th bedroom, if needed. The many decks allowed us to spread out. Two of the larger decks are screened in. Deck chairs for everyone and kids picnic table too. There were also beach wagons and beach chairs. Our little one loved being pulled to the beach in the wagon. And sit in her pint sized beach chair. Crystle was very responsive when we had any questions. We had a wonderful weekend and highly recommend this home!

Top Notch

Thanksgiving weekend with 6 Adults & 8 Children. It rained non stop. The chances for a great stay were minimal. The house has more entertainment choices than you can imagine. Toys for the infants to the 10 year olds. TV options galore. Books, puzzles, etc. But the kitchen! I bring my own equipment in anticipation but never touched a single piece. Better equipped than a Bed Bath & Beyond. Owners were magnificent in communication and flexibility. Never a better rental.
