Kick off your shoes—you’re officially in beach mode. This oceanfront one-bedroom condo is your sunny little home base, where mornings start with ocean views and the hardest decision of the day is beach… or beach again.



The Space:

Inside, it’s easy, breezy living. The king bedroom is made for sleep-ins after long days in the sun, while the living room sleeper sofa keeps things flexible for your crew. The open kitchen and dining space has everything you need for quick breakfasts, snack breaks, or pretending you’ll cook before heading back out for tacos instead.



Step onto your private balcony for coffee, people-watching, and that salty ocean air that instantly improves your mood. From sunrise to sunset, it’s your front-row seat to the boardwalk and beach life below.



Spend your days soaking up the sun, wandering the boardwalk, or doing absolutely nothing (highly recommended). And if the weather decides to be dramatic, you’ve got an indoor heated pool and hot tub ready to keep the good vibes going.



With WiFi, linens, towels, and parking included, all you have to do is show up, settle in, and let the ocean take over from there.



Guest Access:

Please check in at the Front Desk upon arrival and indicate that you are arriving as a Timeshare Rental Guest.



The Neighborhood:

Virginia Beach Boardwalk — Walk this 3-mile oceanfront boardwalk with restaurants, shops, entertainment, and ocean views. Take a photo with the King Neptune statue.



First Landing State Park — Explore 20+ miles of trails, kayak, watch wildlife, or picnic in the historic park where English settlers landed in 1607.



Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center — See sharks, sea turtles, otters, and more. Take a boat tour to spot dolphins or hike nearby trails.



Sandbridge Beach — A quieter beach south of Virginia Beach for relaxing, surfing, and paddleboarding.



Military Aviation Museum — View a collection of restored World War I and II aircraft and book a ride in a vintage plane.



Getting Around:

We recommend a car in this area.



Other Things to Note:

No pets or smoking are allowed, including on balconies/patios.



A $100 refundable Security Hold is required at check-in.



Guests must be 21 or older to book.



Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).
