Nestled in the heart of the coastal city of Virginia Beach where all of the area’s greatest attractions will be right at your fingertips. This coastal beach studio offers a space-maximizing layout which includes kitchenette with full size appliances, self-check-in, Wi-Fi, one queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, one reserved parking space, swimming pool, coin operated laundry, large BBQ area with gas grill, and a beachside lawn with tables and chairs. Great spot!!

Loved being on 40th st. and Oceanfront!Very cute decor, nice comfy bed. Pool and bikes, beach towels and chairs are provided. Lawn furniture and grills too! Staff was super friendly and the hosts were in kind and communicated well. We had a great time! Would stay again!

Quiet weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The studio was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - right at the end of the boardwalk and near many conveniences! Would stay here again.

Just a great place to decompress. Very nice atmosphere with minimal traffic for a beach front property. We met the owners and they are awesome!

Cute ocean view place

Cute room! Bed was super comfortable. There was a good storage cabinet. The only 2 drawbacks. No bedside table on left side of bed. And no outlets near the bed. A great addition would a multi usb port or a surge protector with several outlets near the bed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We found a treasure in this studio! Very comfortable and perfect for a couple. Host was responsive to our questions, place was very clean and the bed very comfortable!

Everything you need with just enough space. Excellent view of the beach and two seconds to walk to it. Near great restaurants and other things to do as well.

Perfect for a couple.

My wife and I booked our trip for Labor Day weekend. We read the reviews and were impressed, so we decidee to try it. It was a great choice. Everything for a beach trip is included. Beach umbrella and chairs, beach towels. We will be back for sure.

Short beach stay!

This was a little treat for my kids after a long multiple day roadtrip to visit colleges. The place was perfect...just wish the weather and waves were more cooperative! But we got to put our toes in the sand and got to take a cool dip in the ocean, which for us is a plus!

Great condo

The condo was a perfect place for us to stay for a couple days to attend a concert. The condo was very clean. The owners provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella and even a soft cooler. Steps to the beach so we could enjoy a quick beach fix. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was great. Would stay again.

Just Show Up

With all of the amenities included [bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, bedding, towels] all you need is your bathing suit for a relaxing beach trip. From the patio, pool or front lawn you have many places to kick back after a day on the beach, plus you are close to stores and restaurants. Super clean facility, and accommodating hosts -perfect place for your beach vacation!

I loved the location. Up at the North end and did not have to deal with all the touristy shops. We spent a lot of time on the balcony people watching. Easy access to beach and the pool was wonderful. Everything was flawless. Would definately book again

This place exceeded our expectations! All information was accurate and the location was even better than expected. Clean, super comfortable bed, clear communication with property manager, well appointed kitchen, and so many different places to hang out, even with the small indoor space! Would definitely rent again.

Our stay at the condo was ideal. We were able to walk and bike everywhere and had everything we needed and wanted near by. The bed is super comfy, the shower was hot and we did not want for anything while we were there.

Outstanding Experience

Studio 210 did not disappoint. Clean - I wear socks, walked on the floor - no dirt or black on bottom. The studio looked just like shown on VRBO. The property owners gave detailed instructions on where to park and access unit. The entrance was illuminated well. There was a sitting area with access to community patio with gas grills. The unit also had a beautifully decorated balcony which gave view of the ocean. Unit has easy access to boardwalk (bikes are available if you want to ride). Cannot praise the property owners enough. Kitchenette was well stocked. Towels provided for bathroom we're soft and plush. Hot water was available 24/7. Other amenities were also available.- beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. We're coming back!

Beautiful little place for our 1st wedding anniversary! Beautiful views and beautiful beaches!! Definitely want to visit Virginia Beach again! Our studio was beautifully decorated and clean. Owners were great!

Perfect boardwalk location

We had an amazing stay at VA beach. This clean and updated studio was the perfect fit for our small family. Randy and Jerry Lynn were very responsive and made our trip to VA absolutely perfect. We look forward to returning next year!

Outstanding Place to Stay and Outstanding Owners!!!! Wonderful Vaction!!

Property was absolutely spotless, and perfectly located!! Everything was new/upgraded; they had beach chairs, bikes, towels, etc... all you had to do was bring your clothes and yourself. Owners and communication were outstanding, very nice people and very accommodating. If we could give it more stars we would!! Will definitely be going back!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!! :)

We live here in Virginia Beach and love coming to the oceanfront. We have walked by this property many times while taking our kids to play volleyball on the beach, as well as biking in from the north end. The property always caught our eye because of how cozy it looked. There always seemed to be a lot of fun going on. So, when the opportunity to buy a unit here we knew this was a great fit for us. We have been in the hospitality business for over 34 years. We would love to help others enjoy this paradise we have been so fortunate to experience.

This property is located right at the beach at the end of the boardwalk at 40th and Atlantic. I like to call it the quieter side of the boardwalk. You do not have to drive anywhere. Everything is truly in walking or biking distance. So much to do in Virginia Beach. Everyone is super friendly here too.
