This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is 5 minutes drive from Nerja. Set up on a hill with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. It is a light and bright apartment with a very large terrace and communal pool. Cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, a TV and DVD player (no TV channels only able to play DVDs) and air-conditioning/heating in the bedrooms. Car rental necessary. It is very near a beach with a great restaurant, just a minute away by car but there are many more beaches in the area. It is only a 12 minutes drive to Baviera Golf Course. The age limit for this apartment is no children below 8yrs old due to the height of the terrace wall and that is a long way to the ground below.

Jane was really friendly and helpful with communication even before we arrived.The apartment was fabulous, very spacious, clean, lovely furnishings inside and on the large terrace.The view from the terrace was amazing to wake up to everyday.We had breakfast here in the sun and there were ample chairs, sun loungers and tables.The kitchen was well equipped and had condiments, spices and every utensil you might need. The bedrooms & bathrooms were lovely with very good showers. There were beach equipment including chairs, large beach mats and parasols.WiFi was excellent. Would highly recommend this apartment.

I absolutely love staying at this apartment – it really does feel like a home from home. The views are absolutely stunning and the place is full of everything you could possibly need. The beds are so comfortable, and every time I visit it’s such a peaceful escape. I’ve been coming here year after year with my daughter, and we’ve made such special memories together. Jane, the host, is fantastic – always friendly and on hand to help if needed. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty all around.

Stunning view, clean apartment, air condition in the kitchen and bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, close to the beach, a 5 minutes walk to the pool, close to Nerja that has a lot of restaurants. If you are going to spend some time in Nerja, I can for sure recommend you to rent Jane’s apartment.

A Perfect Holiday

Me and my daughter have stayed here for the last 3 summers and it is just perfect. The apartment is modern, clean, quiet and has absolutely everything you need from beautiful furnishings to the most comfy beds. The views are simply stunning and the balcony awnings mean that I can sit in the shade and enjoy them even with my fair skin. The beaches are great with lots to do ... from swimming to parasailing. Jane is a fantastic host. She is helpful, accommodating and very friendly.

Magical views!

We stayed in this lovely, large, extremely well located apartment for the month of April. The property is exactly as advertised except the terrace is even better than described. It is huge with amazing views, nice furniture, and two electrically operated awnings. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals. The washer and dryer were a real plus. Parking is very convenient. We walked to town every morning on the beach for a coffee. It's a perfect and beautiful way to start your day. Jane was always responsive and available and pleasant. The landscaping on the property is amazing and was in full bloom in April. You won't be disappointed if you choose this apartment for your holiday.

Luxury with every home comfort and a stunning view

I love this villa and everything about it and will be coming back next year. This is our second stay here and it was even better than the first. My daughter (22) and myself have more wonderful memories. The villa is immaculate and has everything you need from comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen to a large balcony with stunning views. There is also a collection of beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach is 8 minutes walk and 2 minutes drive. You can walk to Nerja in under 15 minutes. The villa is in a very very quiet area and it is kept incredibly neat with beautiful flowers. Jane is a great host and there whenever you need her. Absolutely recommend without reservation.

An absolute gem!

Everything we could have asked for and more! The view is even more amazing than in the pics and the sun-drenched terrace is simply massive, with lots of seating options, plants and flowers (and awnings for those avoiding the sun!). A spacious and bright home, beautifully decorated with flowers everywhere, comfy furniture and a dream kitchen - every tool and appliance you could think of (my favourite was the milk frother), super sharp knives, plus a binder of recipes. The host graciously encourages guests to use her extensive spice collection plus other kitchen staples, asking only that you replace items that run out. The beds are super comfy, the two bathrooms are both large with great shower pressure. There are games and books to enjoy, plus a yoga mat with blocks, small weights and cleaner! The wifi worked great. The location is ideal - Nerja is only a few minutes drive away, Malaga 45 minutes, and numerous other small towns are under an hour away. The host provides many helpful restaurant suggestions. I know I have a lot of superlatives in this review, but this place was truly fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation spot!!!

My family enjoyed our 13-nights stay very much. The description of the apartment and the listing photos are accurate. Jane, the property owner, was very accommodative and responsive to all our inquiries and was pleasure and very easy to deal with (check in /check out was simple; Jane provides information on everything and beyond). The place was airconditioned and comfortable and the entire area is very beautiful and well maintained. During our stay the entire area was quiet, it was not overcrowded at all, and we had no issues with street parking (right in front of the property). We have not used the communal pool (we just checked it out - looks exactly as on the listing photos); we rather enjoyed quite pretty local beach (short walk; beach chairs and umbrellas were in apartment). Our suggestions for improvements: basic necessities such as toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen cleaning supplies were limited and are expected to be supplied by guests (this is a little cost, but for tourist just an inconvenience, something to consider); the apartment felt little dated and would benefit from a refresh, which would alleviate the place to the next level (the reasonable, in our view, price was reflective of this fact and once again the photos were accurate so it is up to an individual to judge this place ‘s overall feel). New towels and knife sharpener would be nice as well. All in all, this was a great experience and we highly recommend Jane’s rental near Nerja. Thank you Jane!!!

A Home from Home with an amazing view

My family and I (2 adults, 2 children 15 & 12) recently holidayed in this beautiful apartment. The layout is lovely with an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge but we didn't spend much time inside as the huge terrace was where we spent most of the time. It gets the sun on the terrace from sunrise until late afternoon but the 2 electrically operated awnings give enough shade that you can use it all day long and admire the stunning view of the sea and the town of Nerja a mile or so away. The apartment is a home from home with all the equipment in the kitchen that you need but also added little touches like mosquito plug ins, beach equipment like chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, bat and ball etc. You need these as the beaches are the type where you make your own camp which we love. We have been all over the Med and have bought so many umbrellas for the beach and then had to leave them behind that having this equipment already at the apartment was a real bonus. There was lots of local information in the apartment in folders, a guest comment book and leaflets for all you need - taxis, bus timetable, take aways, restaurants, water parks etc. We arrived about 12 noon and the apartment was all ready for us with a bottle of wine on the table. It was all clean and ready to go, all we needed to do was open the blinds and windows and take in the view. After a week all the linen was changed too. The property itself was perfectly maintained, everything worked. No leaky taps or broken equipment. Ladera del Mar is spotlessly maintained, the landscaping and planting is brilliant to look at. If you are up early enough you will see (and hear) all sprinklers giving the plants their daily dousing. The booking process was easy and Jane provided us with everything we needed to know and do in order to complete the paperwork. All of the information provided was accurate and the directions were step-by-step and spot on. We hired a car for the fortnight and you do need one as there is no supermarket within walking distance and the road up to the apartment is pretty steep. We used the bus into town in the evenings, 1 euro each and got a cab back for just under 10 euros. So you don't have to have a car but it makes life a lot easier. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone, it's probably the best equipped we have stayed in in 10 years renting villas and apartments and the area is beautiful.

Magnifique appartement avec vues splendides.

Nous avons grandement apprécié ce magnifique appartement : grand, fonctionnel, très propre et bien aménagé. La propriétaire laisse à disposition ce qu’il faut (détergeant lave-vaisselle et lave-linge) pour utiliser les appareils qui fonctionnent parfaitement. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée : on peut facilement préparer des repas à son goût. Les salles de bains sont bien conçues. L’appartement est bien situé pour visiter plusieurs sites de l’Andalousie. L’environnement est tranquille. Les vues du balcon sont magnifiques. Attention aux amateurs, la télévision ne fonctionne qu’en apportant son câble HDMI et en utilisant son propre téléphone intelligent ou tablette avec un compte personnel. Le lit pourrait être plus confortable. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cette location.

Un seul mot : Magnifique !!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce superbe appartement qui est tout à fait digne de la magnifique région dans laquelle il se trouve : L'Andalousie. Il est facile d'accès et idéalement situé pour profiter de tous les charmes de Nerja sans en avoir les inconvénients. Comme je l'ai déjà dit : L'appartement est superbe : Joli, parfaitement équipé, très spacieux et proposant une très terrasse offrant des vues sublimes sur Nerja et la mer toute à proche. Les plages sont donc à proximité et une joli piscine vous tend également les bras tout prés. Autant dire que tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. D'autant que Jane, la charmante propriétaire , avec une exquise sa gentillesse et beaucoup de dévouement, mets à disposition toute l'information locale nécessaire, contribuant ainsi un peu plus, s'il en était besoin, à la qualité du séjour. Je conseille donc sans réserve et sans la moindre hésitation cette location

Perfekte Aussicht

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Die Terrasse und der Blick auf das Meer sind traumhaft. Es war ruhig und entspannt. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert, wie von der Vermieterin Jane beschrieben. Es gibt viele hilfreiche Informationen vor Ort. Nerja ist sehr vorteilhaft gelegen für Ausflüge in die Region. Gastronomie war sehr gut, freundlich und preiswert.

Hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Wir würden diese FeWo uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Eigentümerin, Jane Riley, hat sich bei allem sehr viel Mühe gemacht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, der Ofen hat einen Hitzeschutz, wenn man ihn öffnet, die Betten sind sehr bequem, es gibt 3 Klimaanlagen (offene Küche, 2 in den beiden SZ) weiterhin gibt es Sonnenschirme, Strandstühle, eine first-aid-Box und eine sehr umfangreiche Info-Mappe. Die Terrasse ist einfach klasse. Was für ein schöner Meerblick! Auch aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer kann man das Meer sehen. Ferner ist die Terrasse sehr groß, sodass man auch immer natürlichen Schatten findet. Zwei elektr. Markisen sorgen bei Bedarf ebenfalls für Schatten. Es gibt auch sehr bequeme Sonnenliegen, mit einer ergonomischen Form. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Villenviertel. Sie ist ruhig, von den Nachbarn haben wir nichts gehört. Aufgrund der Hanglage empfiehlt sich jedoch ein Auto. Und einen kleinen Nachteil: Es gibt keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme. Das fanden wir jedoch nicht weiter tragisch. Nerja selbst ist ein hübscher Ort. Zum Strand fährt man ca. 10 min (der beste ist u.E. der mit den Treppen, playa de carabeillo). Sehr zu empfehlen ist das 7 km entfernte "weiße Dorf" Frigiliana. Und natürlich, ein MUSS, die Alhambra, 1 Std Fahrt. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass wir uns sehr, sehr wohl in dieser FeWo gefühlt haben.

Great property in a great location

An immaculate and very comfortable property. Whatever a holidaymaker could think of is there. The communal pool is great, even in the not so sunny times the water temperature is around 20C. The beach is in a stone's throw, Nerja with its shops and restaurants - in approximately 5 min drive. Checking in and out was very easy, the hosts always ready to help and answer questions. Five stars.

Amazing apartment and the views!!

I can only recommend this apartment, it is well decorated, has all the things you would need and everything is easy to use and well documented. But the most incredible thing is the expansive views - we could easily live there and get up to those views every day!

Incredible place and the view WOW!

Beautiful apartment very nice ocean view with a beautiful terrace where we took all our meal in front of the Ocean The apartment is beautiful nothing missing Just at the limit of Nerja and Torrox everything is near And the host Jane always respond for questions and her kindness 10/10 Thanks Jane

We lived overseas for over 30 years mostly in the Asia and The Middle East. Now retired to the UK. We bought the apartment in 1985 following a holiday in Nerja and renovated the apartment in 2006 but always keep it updated and in good order.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It's the views. The view from the apartment and large terrace is simply stunning and many clients have told me that they chose to eat at home because the terrace and the views were so lovely. You are only 5 minutes from Nerja but yet have peace and quiet at home. The gardens are also both mature and delightful. The communal pool area is both pretty and peaceful.

The view! It is also a spacious apartment and an attractive estate with a creative architectural layout - no 'blocks' of apartments
