À propos de cet hébergement

Aloha et bienvenue dans notre maison loin de chez nous au paradis! Le complexe Kihei Kai Nani fait partie de notre famille depuis plus de 25 ans. On pourrait dire que les Kihei Kai Nani et leur personnel sont comme notre famille hawaïenne (ohana).

Notre unité au rez-de-chaussée (# 148, dans le bâtiment 6) est dans l'un des bâtiments les plus demandés et souhaitables de l'ensemble du complexe. Nous avons mis beaucoup de soin et de temps à choisir les bons équipements pour le confort et le plaisir de nos clients. Chaque année, nous revenons pour mettre à jour et ajouter encore plus d'équipements pour en faire une unité à laquelle nos clients voudront revenir encore et encore. Nous espérons vous avoir bientôt comme invités! Assurez-vous de vérifier ce que nos clients ont dit de leur séjour.

Le complexe Kihei Kai Nani est idéalement situé dans le sud de Kihei juste en face du parc Kamaole II Beach, à 26 km de l'aéroport de Kahului et à quelques minutes de Wailea, connu pour ses magnifiques parcours de golf et ses restaurants et boutiques haut de gamme.

Notre unité non-fumeur est à quelques pas de la grande piscine, du barbecue et de la buanderie. Nous avons entièrement meublé notre unité avec des meubles neufs, des rideaux de salon et de chambre à coucher, des draps, des serviettes et des chaises de plage, des parapluies, des glacières, un fer et une planche à repasser, un sèche-cheveux, des téléviseurs à écran plat de 32 et 40 pieds et une véranda nouvellement carrelée (patio). Nous offrons également un lit escamotable queen-size, la climatisation, une porte blindée blindée, des ventilateurs de plafond, de grands placards et un coffre-fort numérique de style hôtel pour vos objets de valeur et / ou votre ordinateur portable pour plus de sécurité. Le complexe propose également un parking gratuit et une sécurité nocturne.

Renseignez-vous sur nos deux autres condos disponibles à proximité. Parfait pour voyager avec des amis ou en famille et vouloir rester proche les uns des autres, mais avoir son propre espace.

Politique d'annulation:
Si les réservations sont annulées 45 jours ou plus avant l'enregistrement, vous recevrez un remboursement de votre dépôt moins des frais d'annulation de 50 $. Si les réservations sont annulées moins de 45 jours avant le check-in, vous serez facturé un minimum de 4 nuits (sauf si l'unité peut être relouée au plein tarif) et le solde restant vous sera remboursé. Les annulations de 14 jours ou moins, avant l'enregistrement, entraîneront la confiscation de toutes les sommes versées. Le premier jour de la location, il n'y aura aucun remboursement pour quelque raison que ce soit. Aucun crédit ne sera accordé pour les séjours raccourcis en raison d'une arrivée tardive ou d'un départ anticipé pour quelque raison que ce soit. Aucune annulation en raison de la météo.

Great getaway

Awesome location to stay and explore this side of the island. Host provides clear information and great recommendations. Short walk across the street to the beach and nearby restaurants and the pool was delightful!

Epic Vacation!!!!

This property was amazing! The condo was comfortable, pool side, on the first floor and across the street from one of the best beaches in Maui! Couldn't ask for a better location and stay.

Great location

The location is perfect for everything. Pool, laundry and office very easily accessible from the lanai. The condo had everything we needed and more. Parking was always available close by. Top Maui beaches are right across the street. We had a small ant issue in the kitchen but they had spray available that helped. I will hopefully be able to get this exact condo again in the future.

Good Stay in Kihei

We had a nice and short 2 night stay with our two young kids. Location is great - right across the street from a great beach and easy driving to other parts of Kihei. Place itself is clean and a very nice touch with some welcome gifts upon checking-in. Easy to connect with the property manager who was very responsive to our questions.

Maui Condo

This property is very well maintained. A short walk to the beach with several amenities located within walking distance. Excellent communication from the owner and the operating support team. There is small patio with an overview of the pool however, no ocean view. A wonderful property and amazing hospitality!

Beautiful unit! Very well stocked - even keurig pods! Spacious and close to beach, restaurants and shopping. The beach does tend to get windy so go earlier in the day. Very nice pool close by. Would definitely recommend. We loved it!!!

First Maui Vacation with my Wife.

This was my Wife’s and mine first trip to Maui, and we could not be more happy with this condo. It was perfect. Very clean, provided beach chairs and towels, and has air conditioning. The balcony is roomy. We will for sure be staying here in the future. Thank you!

My wife and I enjoyed your condo greatly. It is very clean and hospitible and has just about everything a person could ask for. Really enjoyed waking to the birds singing each morning and taking a very short stroll to the beach to start our days. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

Comfortable and Convenient

My husband and I stayed here with our two children for four days before heading up to Ka'anapali for the rest of our trip. We found the condo to be well stocked with everything that we needed. We appreciated that it even had stain remover for our clothes. We loved the location right next to the pool. There's a beautiful view right off of the lanai. We also loved being so close to restaurants and shopping. We visited The Cinnamon Roll Place twice during our short trip. We would definitely return to this property. Thank you!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was top notch. It was in the middle of everything you need, plus more, without the feeling of being in a more populated location. We loved all the restaurants that were nearby: deli, shave and ice, cinnamon roll place, seafood, Mexican food, I cream, and souvenir shops. My family spent a lot of time at the beach and pool and it was so nice to have both so close by! We thought it was awesome for you to provide so much beach gear, chairs, towels, etc. The condo was very clean which we appreciated. The Murphy bed was super comfortable. Thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful Condo! better than advertised!

This was a great place to enjoy our stay in Maui. The condo is beautifully updated and furnished! This ground floor unit with easy access had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen has everything even a selection of spices. And the Murphy bed is so comfortable much better than a sleeper sofa!! Tracy has thought of everything and allowed guest the use of so many more things than expected...beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler ..... etc. The beach and park is just across the street and so easy to enjoy and relax.

Honeymoon in Paradise

Our stay at Tracy’a property was absolutely perfect!!! We had no issues, everything we needed for the basics was nicely stocked & very organized. The location was amazing being 3 minute walk to the beach & sunset. We had ground floor which was super convenient to walk right down to the pool & laundry. We would stay here 100% again & will recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful location, ground floor & clean property to stay at. The AC unit in the bedroom was a good bonus & the place never got super warm through the day even though it would get full sun for quite a few hours. Before our arrival, Tracy was easy to contact with any questions, although I didn’t have many since she was super helpful sending me all my information to email a week before check in. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay absolutely perfect & we hope to come back again!

Best Condo setup for a Vacation

Listing was accurate. Well-appointed unit. Kitchen has everything you will find in your own home. Beach gear and beach towels ready to use and enjoy. Unit is very quiet; you don't hear your neighbors at all. Queen mattress was very comfortable. Unit has murphy bed for additional guest, but we did not open up to try out. Owner emails were very informative and clear and local on island manager checked in via text to make sure everything was OK in the unit. It was relaxing experience start to finish. I live on Big Island and have stayed at other condos on other islands and by far the best one I have stayed at so far. Enjoy!

Stunning view and perfect location!

This condo exceeded our expectations all around. It was clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we could possibly need-including sunscreen and after-aloe! Every aspect of this unit was gorgeous, from the choice of tile to the linens to the furniture; it was truly spectacular. Our favorite part about the unit was its proximity to the pool. It's so nice being able to step out onto your lanai and drink coffee poolside (essentially). We had to use the Murphy bed one night due to my husband's vicious sunburn and even that bed was so inviting. The location couldn't be more perfect for us. The private beach across the street was closer than we imagined and the quiet little shops next door were so convenient and welcoming. I'm already missing the bar/restaurants that are next door. We made 808 bistro our everyday breakfast stop and ended up grabbing drinks every night at Moose Mcgillycuddy's. The Mexican food at Fred's is to die for. Of course we made the pricey trek out to Mama's Fish House at the beginning of Hana Hwy and it was worth every penny-the food and the views. All in all, we can't WAIT to go back and I'm missing it already. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

Pool Shut Down

Stayed here for 10 days and this was my third stay in the complex. Booked a few months in advance and was not told that the pool would be closed starting on the second day of my visit. Also the TV in the bedroom went out the first night we were there. Contacted the owner via email and Tracy did not even have the nerve to call me back. Also talked to the owner Margaret and she was aware of the pool being shut down but I guess they just forgot to disclose that bit of information. This is a very nice unit and in a great location next to the pool. I just feel as if they should have been upfront and tell me and at the least offer an apology and some sort of compensation for loss of the amenities.

WoW quel bel endroit

un gros merci à Tracy pour son merveilleux condo. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte et elle s’assure que nous passions de belles vacances. Le condo était parfait. Très propre, bien équipé et emplacement parfait. Beaux petits magasins tout près. Site du condo très propre et tranquille. Superbe piscine très bien entretue et belles fleures tropicales. Ce condo est parfait, je vous le recommande fortement.

Derek is a full-time Captain/firefighter in Oregon and also the VPO of his mother-in-law's company that consists of a motel, restaurant and three convenient stores. He's been a firefighter for almost 30 years and plans to retire at the end of 2022. I (Tracy) also work for my mom's company full-time and manage this condo and two others in the same complex. Together we have raised three amazing children. Our oldest daughter is a Registered Nurse and works for Children's Hospital of Orange County. She is married and her husband is also a Registered Nurse and works for City of Hope. Our son is a professional Firefighter in Spokane, WA. He's married to a twin and is expecting his first child in October. Our first grand baby! Our youngest will be graduating from high school in June and plans to attend Feather River Community College where she will pursue a Bachelor's degree in Equine Studies/Ranch Management. We vacationed in Maui for our honeymoon almost 31 years ago and have been going back ever since. We take our family there at least once a year and more often if our schedules allow. We love the peace and serenity you find in Hawaii.

You will enjoy the friendly staff at the Kihei Kai Nani. Our unit overlooks the pool and is located in one of the most popular buildings in the complex. The walk to the beach takes minutes and Kam II is the least crowded of the three beaches across the street. No rocky shoreline--just great snorkeling and swimming. We also have an amazing on-island agent who will take very good care of all of your needs while staying in our units.
