Arturo Maison, villa familiale avec piscine privée, située dans un cadre idyllique sur la côte majorquine. La propriété se compose d'une zone de l'annexe qui peut accueillir 2 familles (10 personnes). La maison est construite sur une superficie de 1200 mètres carrés, il est idéal pour les familles et dispose de 5 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 2 cuisines, salle à manger, et d'excellentes terrasses. Il est entièrement équipé avec SMART TV (Netflix), DVD, télévision par satellite, jacuzzi, cuisine, blanchisserie, barbecue, lave-linge, sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, etc. La maison dispose de la climatisation avec pompe à chaleur et le WIFI gratuit. A quelques minutes d'un magnifique parc naturel, un zoo, plage immaculée, supermarchés, restaurants, centre médical, location de vélos, location de bateaux est etc.

Great villa in a very accessible location

We had an amazing stay and the communication and amenities were top-notch. The villa is excellent for families and has a lot of useful things in the house that made our stay very easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful villa in upmarket location

This property is excellent for families. The photos shown on the website do not do it justice - it's much better than it appears!The location was ideal for us. It is in a peaceful area of detached villas but within easy walking distance of the town and beach.It is well equipped both inside and out, and the property manager is highly competent and easy to deal with.All in all, I recommend this highly.

Beautiful family villa in great location

Everything we hoped for. Perfect accommodation for us with our adult children and young grandchildren. The villa is really well equipped with extra thought given for children of all ages. We spent such a lot of time in the beautiful pool and sitting together outside under the veranda. Lots of outdoor space including a barbecue and room for parking. We have all said we would like to come again.In terms of the area, the villa is set in a quiet residential area away from the noise of the beach front hotels but in easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The beach is gorgeous, sandy and clean and is shallow from a long way out so perfect for children.

Amazing stay

Felt at home. Welcome package and information book very helpful and available in lots of languages! We stayed here for a week with family and friends. Great place to stay with kids as there was lots of toys, cribs, highchairs and anything wise you might need. They were so accomidating and got back to us right away with any questions we had. Location is in a quiet neighborhood but near a touristy area of the island. Beach, restaurants and grocery store all within a was 5 min walk away which was great. Great place to stay!

Best Villa EVER!

It was amazing and we had a great time.The villa had everything we were promised and needed.The locatoin is perfect ,especially if you have small children.The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and beautiful.Very close to the supermarket.The pool was so nice and we had a great time playing in it.Simone and Hans were super helpful and friendly.

Nice villa in quiet neighborhood

Clean villa, well equipped kitchen and lots of space. Air-conditioning in every bedroom, walking distance to both shopping, beach and restaurants. There where even parasols for the beach and trolleys for grocery shopping. Our family (ages 10-75) really enjoyed our stay. Easy to get in touch with Simone when we needed to. One should know though that two of the beds only holds the weight of smaller children.

We arrived in the afternoon, and were met by pur gracious host Nancy. She showed us the house and we got a welcome basket with goodies for both adults and kids.The house was nice and clean, and all the ammenenties we needed. Both ordinary towels and beachtowels for everyone.A new coffemachine was waiting for us, but the wrong capsules was given in the gift basket. Nancy swung urgently by with a new machine, what a nice surprise.The pool was superb, and we really enjoyed ourselves.The best about the place was probably the location. We didn't use the rental car. We used our legs, because everything was close nearby. Just 5-10 minutes walk to everyting.We recommend La Casita 2 for families (cheap and good food), La casita for adults, JJs for homemade english food (a lot of food value wise), Plan B for tapas, B.I.A for varity.The beach in Sa Coma is amazing. Just a 5-7 minute walk.We also recommend the caves, but Dinosaurland is for kids.If we visit Mallorca again, we will def. be back.

Catching up with overseas friends

I believe our whole group feels the same when I say we cannot say enough good things about this property and its property manager Simone. The contact was fabulous. She was very helpful. This property was so well stock with all the essentials, more so than anything rental I’ve stayed in. A large Grocery store was a nine minute walk was a six minute walk to the. Each. There were smaller grocery stores with 6 minutes as well. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one, very walkable. The pool was beautiful and they had plenty of pool toys and the facility was just amazing. We would definitely stay again and we thank Simone for her hospitality.

Lovely property, well maintained. Pool and patio area has the sun all day.

Comfortable villa with a lovely pool and patio area. The pool was cleaned twice in our 10 day stay. We were seven adults and never felt crowded. Although the kitchen was well equipped we ate out most nights. We did use the brick barbecue to the side of the villa. The beach was within easy walking distance (approx. 10 minutes). A large Eroski supermarket was less than 10 minutes walk as well. Lots of restaurants are close and easy to walk to. We especially enjoyed Cafe De La Mar nearby. We travelled to a small resort nearby (Porto Cristo) one night which only cost 14 euros and had a lovely meal overlooking the marina. Simone, the housekeeper was very helpful and kept in touch with us to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a great holiday in a nice area.

Lovely well equipped villa near a beautiful beach

A lovely villa set in a residential area but not overlooked. Pool was beautiful although maybe a little cool in April. We had 3 kids and one infant with us and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, so much so that I was able to make my own baby food. It was easy to entertain the kids with Netflix and a wii. The supermarket was a short ten mins walk in one direction and the beautiful sa coma beach was five mins the other. We decided not to hire a car but I don’t think we missed out on anything as the buses were easy to use. Both the owner and the host were easy to contact and quick to reply. Our only small criticism was the amount of hot water available. It was inadequate for the amount of people that the house can sleep. We often had to have cold showers or baths. If this issue was sorted we would 100% book again as everything else was perfect!

Fab Villa

This villa is super equipped and was brilliant for our family holiday. We took our three adult children, their partners and our 1 year old grandson. The pool area was safe, the beds comfortable and neighbourhood was pleasant and quiet. We had an issue with the pool shower and the managers responded really quickly and got it sorted. The showers in the property are affected when you have more than one shower operating at a time or if anyone uses water elsewhere in the property while someone is showering. This was inconvenient but once we were aware, we were able to work around it. The owner and the managers were brilliant at answering our questions and sorting issues as they arose - I couldn't fault them. Sa Coma itself is not somewhere we'd return to. The vast majority of accommodation is on large hotel, purpose built complex's which leaves the town lacking in a wide variety of restaurants and bars. However, S'Illot was lovely and we enjoyed a fab restaurant and the Prohibition cocktail bar! The facilities in the villa are superb and we bbq'd and cooked with ease. I would recommend this accommodation but am glad we had cars with us to explore other areas of the island. We visited Cal A'dor and hired a boat for the day and Port de Pollensa which is our preferred area of the island. Our "kids" went further afield and we all love Mallorca! Thank you to the owners and managers of this villa - if we could pick you up and put you somewhere else we'd return year after year!

Très bon séjour à la Casa Arturo

Maison familiale très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien! Nous avons grandement profité de la terrasse et de la piscine. Commodités (magasins, restaurants) et plages effectivement très faciles d'accès à pied, à moins de 5 min. Propriétaires sympathiques et accueil chaleureux, ce qui fait toujours plaisir! Seul bémol: le jardin arrière, peu utile car très exposé au soleil et difficile d'y surveiller les enfants. Mais l'espace terrasse et piscine à l'avant de la maison est bien assez grand...

vacances a Sa Coma

Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour, nous avons apprécié la villa qui était parfaite pour les petits enfants. Le positif : nous sommes proche de la plage (15 mn à pied) et des commerces. Le négatif: nous ne sommes pas allés nous baigner dans la piscine, l'eau beaucoup trop froide. Très heureux de nos vacances.

Besser als erwartet

Sehr gute Information vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes durch die Agentur und die Betreuerin des Hauses. Unkomplizierte Komunikation über email und whatsapp. Sehr großzügog angelgtes Grundstück und Haus mit unerwartet guter Ausstattung : mehrere Kaffeemaschienen, Badetücher, Föne, Einkaufswagen, Grill und vieles mehr. Alles super sauber. Toller Pool- wurde 2x gewartet während unserer Ferienwoche. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden!!

3Generationen auf Malle im Haus Arturo

Großzügig ausgestattetes Haus mit viel Platz für 3Gerationenfamilie sehr schön auch für Kinder an alles wurde gedacht Vermietung jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett. Auch zu Kompromissen für Ankunft und Abfahrtszeiten bereit wir hatten das Haus länger als geplant. Im Kellerbereich nur eingeschränkte Lichtverhältnisse und geringe Geruchsbelästigung. War aber kaum ausschlaggebend für den tollen Pool und gesamtaufenthalt. Fazit wir kommen gerne wieder zurück

Schöne Unterkunft, super Ausstattung, tolle Lage (Strandnähe) und nette, flexible Vermieter

Vermieter hat uns von sich aus lange vor dem Aufenthalt kontaktiert und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar, hat immer schnell geantwortet. Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert, wir konnten sogar früh morgens einchecken und haben auch für den Check-Out zusätzliche Zeit im Haus bekommen, ohne jegliche Zusatzkosten. Vielen Dank hierfür! Die Ausstattung im Haus war toll, Poolspielzeug, Grillkohle, Spülmittel, Waschmittel und sogar Strandhandtücher waren bereits vor Ort und standen zur freien Verfügung. Das Haus ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber eine super Aufteilung, sodass wir mit 3 Familien (5 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder zwischen 0-10) problemlos Platz finden konnten und sogar jede Familie ein eigenes Badezimmer hatte. Die Lage ist toll, wir kannten Sa Coma noch nicht. Der Strand ist vor allem mit Kleinkindern ein Traum. Feiner Sand, keine Steine, klares Wasser und selbst unsere kleinsten konnten meterweit in das Meer gehen da der Strand sehr flach ins Meer verläuft. Alles in allem 100%ig weiterzuempfehlen, wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder!

Wunderschöne Villa mit Pool

Wir hatten eine super Zeit mit 7 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Für Kinder und in der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Der Strand und ein großer Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr nette Betreuung durch Simone und ihren Mann. Alles top gepflegt auch der Pool.

Im großen und ganzen ein schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus war sehr schön, der Pool das absolute Highlight. Im unteren Bereich gab es ein bisschen Feuchtigkeitsprobleme und es gab Ameisen im Haus, aber damit muss man leben können. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Good but could better

Villa could do with some TLC, the pictures on the listing are not accurate, they do not reflect the current state of the property. Pool area was great and location of the villa is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the bars, restaurants, supermarkets The villa is advertised as having an annexe with 2 bedrooms, it is a basement with one bedroom and another area with 2 beds in it which is separated with curtains which do not close. There are no locks on the bathroom doors which caused a few embarrassing moments. Beds and furniture could do with updating. We had an issue with the towels which was rectified after a message to the owner. Could be better!

Basically we did not want to respond to your comment, but people read it and ask me what happened compared to the mostly very positive feedback. On forehand it was very difficult to get in touch with you, at arrival you texted at 2 in the morning requiering new towels You got other towels and in between you where asked if all was well and before departure you said all was great..

Hele fijne woning!

Wij waren met 6 volwassenen, een kind van 5 en een van 1,5. Hebben echt een super verblijf gehad! Woning is heel mooi en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zelfs speelgoed voor de kids! Heel fijn contactpersoon daar als er wat is. Wij zouden dit zeker aanraden voor andere gezinnen! Twee tips: zwembadwater is wat aan de warme kant en de matrassen zijn erg hard. Ik kon er prima op slapen, mijn man iets minder.
