We will be back! Had a Great stay. Wish there would have been an in room stackable washer/dryer though. But over all Great Place to stay and wonderful view.

Our stay was exceptional. The condo decor was excellent and created that home on the beach feel. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The ocean view was amazing with sliding glass door access to balcony from bedroom and living room as well as ceiling to floor windows that gave a panoramic view that was breathtaking. The host’s instructions for arrival were complete and made life so easy for arrival and throughout our stay. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this home away from home for everyone that appreciates excellence.

The space was excellent. Everything was as described and the view is amazing. The porch overlooking the pool and ocean was awesome. So much better than a hotel room for a weeks long vacation because of the appliances. We had 3 adults, a toddler, and a very small dog and it was the perfect size. No hint that a dog had ever stayed in this space before (no dog doors, hair etc.) The pools are the resort were maintained and very clean. The parking garage across the street was convenient and passes were in the suite at check-in. It was very hot the week we were there and the air conditioning was awesome and it even got too cold in the room on occasion.You will not be disappointed if you stay in suite!

The property is beautiful however the AC in the bedroom needs replaced. The refrigerator is small and extremely loud you cannot adjust the temperature. Everything else was great! It is beautifully furnished and we had plenty of space. We were very pleased overall.

The view was perfect! The suite was the perfect size for us. The only suggestion would be for bigger bath towels. My only complaint is check out time. Seems everyone checking out at same time. Maybe adjust check out times so we wouldn't have to wait so long for elevator and space out front to park. Really enjoyed our stay! Owner was very responsive.

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

Great location, very nice suite! Right on the beach, balcony view is incredible. The suite is very clean, we felt like the first people to stay there. The resort that the suite is in was also nice, although a little dated. Nice to have access to resort amenities like pool and restaurant also! Host was easy to communicate with, check in and out process was seamless!

Lovely condo!

The condo was nicely stocked with everything we needed, easy to move around the property and communication with the management team was awesome and quick! Husband enjoyed the gym. Cant wait to go back :)

Perfect getaway

The ocean view can’t be beat! Condo is clean, bright, and has everything you would need for a comfortable beach getaway, especially if you have a dog! Bring your own beach towels, and extra towels if you will be staying awhile. The owner is communicative and was concerned that we had everything we needed.

Clean Suite With a Beautiful View

The suite was exactly as pictured above and was very clean and modern. The view of the ocean was amazing with floor to ceiling windows. The balcony was roomy and the resort had very easy/quick access to the beach. The parking garage across the street was pretty convenient and everyone my family and I met at the resort was super friendly. The property owners were very kind and answered any and all questions we had leading up to our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely try to stay in this suite again for our next Myrtle Beach stay.

Air conditioner does not work well in living room. We paid for full week to be told to leave curtains closed and brought 2 fans which barely cooled it off for July. Was still sweating inside. Needed durableniture

Outstanding unit in a less outstanding building

This unit was excellent. It had everything one could want and was clean. The pictures reflect what the unit is like. The unit is nicely decorated and the view is excellent. Having said this, the building containing the unit is sub par. It is not clean and has seen better days. I realize this is a dog friendly building but the stairwells and elevators smell of dog urine and feces. Example of cleanliness: the same rotting banana peels were left in the stairwell the entire time we were there. More than a week. This unit is great but I won not go back to this old tired building.

Gorgeous view and interior decorations.

The room at Itself was beautiful. The parking was across the street in the garage, The clearance for the garage was 6‘6“ our truck did not fit in the garage just an FYI if you have a larger vehicle. There was parking spots available for larger vehicles but they were all taken. Also construction was happening so dumpsters took up parking. The elevators were overly crowded. The property had a horrible sewage smell we had to leave our trip early, very upsetting with no compensation. The property manager just wished me a safe drive home. I would not recommend staying here at high peak season

Very clean, updated suite with ocean view balcony access from living area and master bedroom. Very Pleased and our favorite suite so far. We have been visiting the Patricia Grande for several years. Easy communication with the host, easy check in/check out.
