Great beach location!

Condo was very clean and is located within short distance of great restaurants. You step right out onto the beach which was so convenient. We had a kitchen sink leak and property owner addressed it immediately to fix it. Condo is small but plenty of space for the two of us and our pup. We enjoyed a great week!

Was a great place for what we were looking for. Location was wonderful, not in a bad area. Check in process was a breeze and very easy to find. The room was very clean with immaculate ocean views. The room had everything we needed, except a pair of scissors, so no complaints! Very happy with our vacation here.

A great vacation!

Rental was very clean and well-equipped. We slept well in the good bed. Beach view great. Beach was groomed and cleaned daily. The facilities at Patricia Grand were very good and the staff helpful and friendly. We loved having our dog with us. Good nearby area for her duties. Overall, this vacation was a very positive experience

Oceanfront oasis

My husband passed away recently and I needed some time away. This unit proved to be the perfect place. Not too noisy, I got to take my dogs and just unwind. The place was perfect. If I had to find one negative thing, don't walk on the balcony barefoot, I don't think they mop it. 5 stars anyway.

We enjoyed our stay! First time traveling with our pet and the owners made the process easy. Communication was great and they answered all my questions promptly. Location was close to all the things we wanted to do.

Awesome location

The view from the room’s balcony was spectacular! The room was a little small, but clean and very comfortable. Everything is as pictured and we will definitely be back. Love that they are so pet friendly.

Beautiful direct oceanfront unit

My husband and I needed an after holiday season getaway to the beach and we found this unit on VRBO. Excellent price for an excellent direct oceanfront unit for us in our two pups. Check-in was easy( check out just as easy. Communication with the property owner flawless. Unit was clean, comfortable, well appointed and spacious Thank you again for an excellent stay.

Overall the Patricia Grand was a great place to stay. The place is a little older but very clean. We had a great ocean view and a small but nice deck to sit out on. The pools are very nice and it has great beach access. I would stay here again.

Loved our stay

We loved the property. The condo was beautiful and perfect for us and our fur babies. The owner of the unit was great to work with the set up our visit. The view was amazing! I will definitely come again and stay in this condo.

Great Stay

We had a great time with our kids and dog. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend away. We enjoyed the amenities on the property (pools, coffee shop). Close to restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed the ocean view from the room. Would stay here again.

Great condo perfect for pets

We had a great time here. Easy check in and checkout process. My dog loved the balcony and so did we. Watching the sunrise from the bedroom was a plus. The shower was hot and had tons of water pressure. The beach was beautiful and we found lots of treasures there.

Summed up in one word, excellent. First of all, the owner replied very quickly to questions. It was so easy to book. The room was so clean, the hotel and staff was great. We were able to take all 3 of our furbabies and they loved their beach stay. We will definitely be booking our next stay here.

Great Place For A Get Away

This was my first experience using VRBO and also my wife’s and I first time staying in Myrtle Beach SC. We loved everything about the trip. The condo was very conveniently located to many attractions. The balcony view was amazing my wife and I would watch the sunrise every morning the pictures don’t do this room justice. The bed is comfortable but we brought our own pillows and blanket as well as our own wash cloths and towels just our own personal preference. We would stay at this condo again.

Great studio with beautiful ocean views for is and dogs

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The laundry machines were just a few steps from the door of our unit. The restaurant in the building was surprisingly good and surprisingly reasonable. Rafia answered questions quickly before our stay. (Let me know to bring our own beach towels.) If you are traveling with furry companions, there is a great grassy area adjacent to the building and it was really clean considering how many pups are there. People were good about picking up. Though after dark i always took down a small flashlight to make sure i didnt step in a mess that was missed.

Great location

Would definitely stay at the Patricia Grand again. Great amenities. Great location. Only problem is their elevators-one was broken often, one smelled terrible. Literally waited 20 minutes for an elevator numerous times. As far as this unit, all door frames and baseboards very banged up- need painting. Rest of the unit was nice although not exactly as pictured in listing (bench missing, no rug, balcony floor not covered) The owner was not overly warm or friendly, barely knowing who I was. All in all I’d still probably go back.
