Featuring a spacious layout of a full kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and living room with a dining area. Oversized private balcony with Direct Oceanfront views and accessible from the main living area and bedroom. Unit 1208 is located on the 12th floor, just around the corner from the elevators and features unbeatable panoramic views of the oceanfront. Walking through the front door, you enter into a small foyer with kitchen on the left. Upgraded kitchen features granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and a movable work island with stainless steel top. To the right is a small hallway, a full bathroom with an upgraded single sink bowl vanity & tub/shower combo, and a large oceanfront master bedroom with a walk-in closet. Spacious main living area features an overhead ceiling fan, dining area, jumbo flat screen TV, and murphy bed to sleep additional guests. Unit features upgraded luxury plank vinyl wood flooring and tasteful upscale beach decor throughout.

Free parking is provided to guests directly across the street at the 7-story Covered parking garage (clearance is 6’6”) Trailer parking is not permitted on-site. 

The resort is located directly on the Oceanfront and Ocean Boulevard, very convenient for walking to the sky wheel, dining attractions and so much more. Uber, Lyft and local taxis are plentiful. The Coast public bus transport is available too. 

The Pet Fee is $20 per pet per night and Extended stays over 7 days are a flat fee of $150 per pet. This is a separate fee and not included in your reservation total when booking. Instead, it is charged separately before check-in. Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Husky are not permitted by the Resort.
