SEACLUSION est une belle maison de vacances face au golfe dans le quartier exclusif des dunes isolées de Cape San Blas. Étant dans la partie nord du Cap, cette zone fournit les plages de sable blanc et les eaux émeraude / turquoise. Vous serez fasciné par la course quotidienne des dauphins qui se nourrissent à quelques pas de la plage. Profitez de plus de 8 000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie extérieur qui comprend également une belle piscine surélevée au deuxième niveau. Trouvez votre endroit préféré sur l'un des 3 lits pivotants, empruntez la promenade privée jusqu'à la plage ou montez l'escalier en colimaçon pour profiter de la vue depuis le pont supérieur. Et attendez qu'il fasse nuit, vous serez surpris du nombre d'étoiles au-dessus de vous et de la clarté du ciel nocturne.

Chaque chambre est une chambre face au golfe avec salle de bain privée. Trois des chambres sont également au niveau de la piscine privée et chacune a son propre accès privé à cet espace extérieur étendu. Cette maison est un endroit incroyable pour une escapade en famille et elle ne s'arrête pas à l'extérieur. Un plan d'étage inversé offre les vues les plus incroyables pour le niveau de vie principal et la cuisine d'un chef avec des appareils Viking garantit que même le cuisinier le plus exigeant sera satisfait. Un bar avec mini-réfrigérateur et refroidisseur à vin garantit aux adultes un moment de détente.

The Best!

Our extended family of 4 couples has enjoyed yearly getaways at many VRBO houses in past years, but this was the best! Extremely clean (a must), beautifully decorated, high-end furnishings, but most of all, the view. Whether inside the house, on one of the decks, or in the heated pool, the ocean was right there. And those padded swings - I could stay there all day.

Excellent house for our family

Really nice house and great floor plan. As mentioned in other reviews, the appliances in the kitchen were very nice however a bit worn (writing on the oven to show settings and temps were gone). The house did show no pets allowed, however a couple of rugs did have an odor of animal urine. We knew going into the stay that the pool wasn’t heated but it sure would have been nice to have and would make the pool usable all year. There is limited Wi-Fi access which is only an issue if you have to do a little work or have kids needing to complete school work during the stay. We would definitely stay again!!

Best Place on the Cape

I truly am at a loss for words to describe this amazing property. The location is second to none. With only one other home between you and the state park, it’s like having your own secluded, private beach. The house is stocked with anything you can possibly imagine or need. The property managers are very quick to respond, kind, and super helpful. We saw a manatee, MANY dolphins, and a stingray. You walk down the steps from the pool and are immediately on the beach as opposed to many homes where you have to navigate a super long boardwalk to reach the beach. The huge decks provide an amazing place to view the incredible sunsets. I honestly can’t think of one thing I would change about this wonderful home. I’m so thankful the owners allow others to enjoy this breathtaking property. You will most definitely be thrilled to vacation at Seaclusion.

Fabulous house and location!

Me, my wife and our 2 teenage kids stayed in the house for a short vacation. The house is spacious and tastefully furnished, clean and simply a joy to stay in. We experienced some minor inconveniences which did not significantly detract from our overall enjoyment, but would like to mention it for completeness. 1. The most vexing problem was the boardwalk that connects the backyard to the beach and is clearly marked "private access". During our stay however, people from the house/s behind this one used this boardwalk without any hesitation which left the impression that the owners of the house have arranged with people in the vicinity to use this as a semi-public access to the beach. This meant that groups of people would shuffle right across the property, between the fence and our vehicle throughout the day with beach equipment, chairs, fishing poles and a variety of coolers which had to be refilled or restocked by increasingly more unsteady gentlemen as the day progressed. This boardwalk passes right by the swimming pool and provided unobstructed views of us on the lower deck as well as of the bedrooms - which of course meant no privacy. 2. There appears to be a lovely entertainment system installed in the house, but without instructions to use. It would be very nice to be able to use that. 3. The kitchen is fantastic, but there is no smoke extraction system, which is a pity, and we decided not to cook much for fear of making the the beautiful furniture smell of smoke. Otherwise a lovely place and we enjoyed it tremendously.

The boardwalk which is directly connected to the house is actually private to the house. The other boardwalk is actually on an easement which is owned by the neighbors and is private for their use. This is beside the house so it can be perceived as being part of the property but it is not. There is an extraction system which down-vents any smoke from the stovetop. Our staff stands ready to answer any questions you may have during your stay to make sure you have a flawless visit with us. Thank you once again and we hope to host you again very soon.

Family Refresh Getaway

Our stay at “Seaclusions” was better than I could’ve imagined. The location is AMAZING. While it’s secluded, it’s still located a short drive away (15min) to downtown where they have grocery stores and plenty of restaurants! The beach front was gorgeous with an unobstructed view of the sunset every night and plenty of outdoor amenities were provided for us to enjoy! The house had almost everything we could think of! You’ll definitely need to bring extra towels though. It does state to bring towels, but you’ll need more! You should also bring washer & dish detergents since very little was provided. I’ll also add that no cleaning products were provided and that’s something I wish they had supplied. The only real complaint we have was the WiFi situation. There were times where we had zero service, which was no big deal for us, but it was hard to communicate with the property manager without the WiFi. The tech guy showed up to fix it the morning after we arrived, but after multiple attempts on 3 different days, there was a point where we didn’t want to be bothered anymore and didn’t care about the WiFi. All in all, I’d 100% go back! The home was beautiful and the location was heavenly!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful but is showing it’s age and needs updating. Upper oven is difficult to keep at temperature, lower oven does not work at all. Exhaust fan for range has been removed and not replaces. Rugs are stained, mattresses are old and need to be replaced. Internet is non existent. But I don’t come to the Cape to hang inside. The decks are the best I have ever experienced, and we have been coming to the Cape for over 15 years and have stayed in over 7 gulf front homes on the north Cape. The location next to State Park is fantastic. I highly recommend this property, especially if you like to be away from the crowds of some of the busier parts of the Cape. Every issue we called Cape and Coast with was dealt with promptly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying that overall we had a great time and we all fell in love with Seaclusion! We came from so over the US to do our annual week vacation together and this was our first time to the Cape! The house itself was magnificent! It was perfect for our large group. It was clean and it was very well stocked. The nightly sunsets are like none other! It would not be fair of me to not mention a couple of things that should’ve been addressed before we ever arrived. First and foremost, the ovens! The cleaners had obviously been using harsh cleaning chemicals on them and therefore there wasn’t anything on the dials to go by. No temp settings, no on or off, pre-heat, nothing. We had planned on cooking some very expansive meals. We contacted mgt., they sent someone out and let’s be realistic, what’s he going to do? He can’t put the settings on there. The most bothersome part was that the owners were there right before us and did nothing. As an owner of a vacation rental myself I don’t understand how you could’ve left it like that knowing that we were coming in and expecting to use this magnificent kitchen. Anyhow, mgt couldn’t do anything, so we used trusty ole Google and found a picture of the dials and tried to guesstimate the settings on the ovens to use them. The second issue that would’ve been nice to know ahead of time was that the nice ice maker shown in the pictures at the gorgeous wet bar area was no longer working either. Ice is a big deal you have to be prepared for at the beach, especially for a large group. I do know that things break down, that’s to be expected but give guests a heads up.Let me finish in saying this, even though the ovens issue was a big deal it was not big enough to ruin our stay at this gorgeous home! We were not going to let it for one and let’s be realistic, The house itself is amazing and most definitely we’d go back!

Beautiful house

Beautiful house, it is located one house south of the state park. The beach is perfect. Elevator helps get the gear to the third level kitchen. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped. Very large refrigerator, drip coffee maker, toaster, ice cream maker, Breville toaster oven/air fryer/convection oven, two wall ovens, and glass range top. Has bar with ice maker, wine cooler, and small refrigerator. Water pressure is outstanding. Comes with gas grill, two kayaks, corn hole boards. Things that need fixing: Ice maker stopped working on Day 3. Range vent doesn't work. Oven controls are unreadable. Vikings are notorious for this, which makes both ovens almost unusable.

The property description was accurate and the home was clean. The pool deck is a wonderful outdoor space for swimming, gathering, and outdoor games. The upper deck is roomy, has covered areas on each end, has good deck furniture, and a spectacular view. The beach access is good and is a great location. The indoor living area is spacious with an extra seating area and a second small kitchen area. The icemaker and elevator are a plus. The bathrooms are roomy with nice showers. Beds are comfortable and the bedrooms have great closets and plenty of blankets, etc. The kitchen is roomy, has a fabulous refrigerator and everything you need to prepare meals but the appliances need updating as the oven is struggling, the cooktop vent does not work, and the dishwasher bottom rack barely will roll, but these were manageable. These upgrades may be in the works, though, as the non-working microwave was replaced while we were there. All in all this is a wonderful home and appears to be well-loved. We had a great stay and we are returning next year. Thank you to the owners for the beach gear credit and extras in this home and to Cape and Coast for their excellent service.

Reviewer Comments: 2nd year spending July 4th week at Seaclusion great layout and location, home is showing some wear since last year, torn screens, worn furniture, there are many positives the views, home layout, elevator makes load in and out so easy, being in a gated community helps beach to be very private The swings on the pool deck make a great place to take a break from the sun or just hang outWanted to go ahead and rebook for next year but price increased over 50% I understand supply and demand bring increases but that’s CRAZY

Hi Denise we think you'll find that when you compare our market to other beach markets in Florida including St George Island and the Santa Rosa area we are still 20-30% lower. Plus you have the added benefit of not having to fight for a spot on the beach. We hope to see you next year but we understand every family has their budget.

The home had everything that we needed to stay. Cape and coast were very helpful with a few matters that we had while being there. Would go back to seaclusion again for vacation. Our family loved this home and location.

Amazing house and location

This is the perfect property. Beach and view is amazing and the pool provides a great escape when the kids need a break from the sun. Kitchen is well stocked with all needed items. Bar area was also stocked separately which is a nice bonus. Elevator was a god send for loading. My only critical feedback would be screen doors need some maintenance and the top bunk in the children's bed was not made and making was quite awkward. Very minor things, overall this was a dream vacation. We are already booked for next year!

Beautiful Views from every room!

This house exceeded expectations with the views and privacy on the beach! There is only one house to the right when facing the ocean. Beyond that house, it is the state park area. The lack of crowded beach area was such a nice change from more popular destinations like HHI, Siesta Key, etc. This is such a hidden gem! My 9 year old daughter wants to add that the beds were SO comfy and the pool was awesome! :) We did not have working WiFi when we arrived but it was repaired in a timely manner. The only complaint we had was that the garbage disposal and dishwasher were out of commission upon arrival. I was dissatisfied that the cleaning crew would not have alerted property management and then given us a heads up. I contacted property management first thing Monday morning, and while they were very responsive to calls and emails, they did not send a technician out until Wednesday after 5pm. He therefore did not have time to order parts and complete the repair during our stay. My husband fixed the disposal on his own as we could not wait the three days, especially since we had to hand wash dishes. This was quite an expensive rental to not have the technician sent the same day I called in the issue. While not a reflection on the house, it is on the property manager and very disappointing that I had to spend at least an hour a day staring at the wall washing dishes instead of enjoying vacation. The good news is that future renters should likely enjoy a brand new dishwasher! Overall giving it a 4 but it is very close to perfect! Looking forward to hopefully staying here again soon!

Reviewer Comments: Front door won’t lock as described, every room has light bulbs that need replacing, shower water temps inconsistent, some will scald, oven and stove top need maintenance, road to property in the gated community is sand so can’t ride bicycles.......

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about all the issues with this house. The stove top is less than a year old and we were able to get it to work fine after you left and have not had any reported issues since. We also couldn't reproduce your issue with the shower temps so we are so sorry that you had the issue. The road in secluded dunes has always been a gravel sand road but the HOA is moving forward with paving the road and increasing infrastructure to the area. Although we do try and check all the lights on turn day sometimes we miss them or they blow during the week. All of our homes have spare light bulbs under the sink if you don't wish to have our staff come out and replace them. However we are always a phone call away if you want us to come change them while you are at the beach!

Thank you for turning on the elevator, true lifesaver. Pool was a nice change from beach Feedback, add more towels, spray some WD40 on the beautiful screen doors. Add details of all the cool stuff you have available, chairs, outdoor cover for the beach, wood etc. The furniture is starting to show wear and tear, a little dirty.
